Is there a particular reason that you still have to pay upkeep on an army even if its just sitting in your own city? | ||||
Because the soldiers are still on duty :) | ||||
become then orc wouldn't have their upkeep problem which would make them overly strong | ||||
That's an easy fix. Remove orcs along with free upkeep. | ||||
