I have been experiencing outages with utopia. However, this was the first that took the site down for 10+ hours. Are these outages this common? | ||||
of what I can tell its been down for over 12 hours, and for me the first downtime this era :) | ||||
I made a mistake 22 hours I meant. I experienced the server going down for about and hour or less before. Me and my brother thought it was. our service all those times. | ||||
The server went down around midnight. It failed to renew it's IP. Possible because of a bad network card or something with the ISP. | ||||
will i be financially compensated for the inconvenience? | ||||
