---|---|---|---|---|
Here is where you can give a description of your Roleplaying Kingdoms. Your Kingdom only has twelve points to distribute amongst these five divisions, so use them well. Four is the maximum. I'll use this as an example: Infantry - ** You also have twelve points to distribute amongst these statistics: Economy - **** Those will explain your Empire's wealth and power. Then you can explain your Kingdom a bit: | ||||
Gah Septim >< I was making a topic for this O_o I was making it 13 points as what you had to work with. 4 *'s is the max in each area. Could you give a description about what each category stands for? (Culture, Science, ect) * = Poor | ||||
[[OOC: We could have thirteen if you'd like...and those four are just the general representation of how advanced your Empire is at the time. With a high science, they have better weaponry. With a high economy, they have more gold and power. With a high culture, the cities are beautified and glorious. With a high military, your military is larger. And why did you have to add MAGIC!? *rubs eyes*. I don't want anybody to have an army of master mages, so lets just say that each army has two stars in their magical area.]] Cidellian Empire Military Training Imperial Statistics Cidel was founded 1000 years ago in the foothills of the Cidel Mountains by Validus Cidellus, a former General of Serillia. Over time, Cidel grew, and after three hundred years, it occupied all of what had once been the Serillian Empire. Now, after seven hundred years, it is a superpower. It has what may be the world's best cavalry and a fine navy, though it is moderate in everything else. It is supported by the Harkness Lode within the Cidel Mountains, an enormous supply of gold, silver, iron, and coal that seems endless. The Cidellus name ended five hundred years ago when the last of the Cidellus line, Kyraria Cidellus, married Tiber Septim. Tiber Septim proved to be an excellent Emperor, and a fine husband. Now, five hundred years later, Validus Septim, son of Waldorfius III, is the Emperor of Cidel. | ||||
Heh, I was working on one, too, but stopped because I guessed someone else would get there first. I can't quite describe my kingdom using this setup, though, because it's really a three-in-one deal...but, I'll try anyway. Hm, what if I describe all three major cities separately? | ||||
Make it a one-in-one deal and it may work :) Magic is used in a lot of RPs in case you didn't know :p Havin 4 star magic does not mean you can destroy an entire army of nonmages...even if the person has 1 star for magic. It is just for RP purposes. | ||||
A one in wha? Please explain... | ||||
[[OOC: Alright, but lets make it fourteen stars for the military training, and twelve for the Imperial Statistics. Thirteen is an unlucky number! XD]] Cidellian Empire Military Training Imperial Statistics Cidel was founded 1000 years ago in the foothills of the Cidel Mountains by Validus Cidellus, a former General of Serillia. It has what may be the world's best cavalry and a fine navy, though it is moderate in everything else. Their siege weaponry is lacking, but they never used it in the first place. They usually infiltrate enemy ranks and use their spies to open the gates. Cidel's massive economy and their great military is supported by the Harkness Lode within the Cidel Mountains, an enormous supply of gold, silver, iron, and coal that seems endless and is rumored to have once been used by the dwarves of the region before being driven to extinction by the orcs. The orcs were then exterminated by the Serillian humans. The Cidellus name ended five hundred years ago when the last of the Cidellus line, Kyraria Cidellus, married Tiber Septim. Kingdom of Tasidian Military Training Imperial Statistics Tasidian was founded upon the edge of a large body of water, now called the Sapphire Sea, by Charley Deallus I. The city grew quite quickly and was a haven for many against kingdoms of barbarians and warlords. Charley Deallus II expanded the country greatly during his reign, but he was killed by a nazgul lord after overextending his power. Ernest Deallus was known as Ernest The Orange because of his bright orange eyes. He watched a city burnt to the ground within the first days of his life, and his father Charley II killed along with the nazgul lord. Ernest never made it back to Tasidian because his mother, Yevanna, died of a sudden illness. Zurmon cursed Charley with an eternal life of misery and banished him back to the lands of Tasidian. Ernest Deallus was assassinated shortly afterwards and Tasidian was destroyed by several corrupted countries under the power of Zurmon. Charley, his brothers Thomas, Edward, and Ernest II Deallus were all sent into exile for six years with most of the people of Tasidian. Hunter Deallus, the youngest of the family, rescued the brothers and they escaped their imprisonment. They revolted against Zurmon and destroyed the men he left in charge. Tasidian was rebuilt, but was never as beautiful as it once was. Over one million people were killed in the revolution, which left the military weakened. Tasidian slowly regained its strength, but Charley left his brother Thomas as king. Charley went north and established The Order of Tasidian, which eventually led to the death of Dark Lord Zurmon. Charley unfortunately died as well and was remembered as the greatest king that Tasidian had. Thomas Deallus had two sons, Jonathan and Cedric, whom carried on the Deallus legacy. Cedric was the more adventurous of the two and headed the Order of Tasidian. Tasidian prides itself on having excellent trading with other kingdoms due to its navy. The military is smaller because Tasidian is a peaceful country, but has skilled archers. Beautiful cities are common in the country, and Tasidian is being rebuilt so that it is once again back to its former beauty. Tribes of dwarves and elves live nearby in the numerous forests and mountains. The elves are especially close to the people of Tasidian, and there is a special group of elves that have been guardians of the Deallus family for many years. [[How is that? A tad long, but I cannot help myself at times]] | ||||
[[Ok, if I do this with respect to the actual kingdom itself and the armies employed by the kingdom, I can make it work... But in actual RPs, the power and culture of the different clans will come into play, of course...]] Kingdom of Rilienor Military Training Imperial Statistics This kingdom is not really a kingdom, but more of a confederation of clans, centering around three major cities - Rilienor, Barathor, and Aeglironior. In Rilienor resides the strongest of the clans, the one which all the others obey, as well as a dozen lesser clans (ranging in power, of course) that add to its strength. Rilienor is a capital of learning, and the clan that holds power does so with knowledge. Barathor has long been inhabited by people who mingle with the desert tribes, and so its people tend to be darker and are looked down upon by the Rilienorians. Its people are warriors, since their alliances with certain desert tribes causes them to often have to participate in desert disputes, and constitute an above average cavalry force, including camelry. The chief Barathorian clan is supported by only three lesser clans, with the majority of its power coming from its relationships with the tribes of the desert. The Aeglironiorians are as far removed in culture from the Rilienorians as are the Barathorians. They constitute about two dozen clans that KNOW the highlands, and the mountains are a part of their hearts. They are fond of music and dancing, and yet are fierce warriors in their own right, as part of the toughness required to live in the sometimes unbearably frigid mountains. They occasionally war one another, as well, but the city of Aeglironior is a safe haven, and is never included in their struggles. The Aeglironiorian Bowmen are incredible (five-star bowmen for RP's, in fact, but not incorporated into the armies of the kingdom); an Aeglironiorian aspiring to be an archer is not considered a "Bowman" until he can shoot...well, that will have to be revealed in an actual story. Oh, and the Aeglironiorians have little to do with the mines, or the lumbermills - the Rilienorians oversee both. Indeed, the Aeglironiorians are not that powerful, and have few sources of income, although they do have a rich culture. They spend much of their time fighting the orcs in the mountains.... There are said to be elves in the northern forests of the kingdoms, but if so, the Aeglironiorians keep their presence secret from the rest of the kingdom.
| ||||
We can only have up to two stars in magic, so put those two stars somewhere else. Sorry Hirgon. | ||||
[[Ugh, missed that part. Beg your pardon. Also switched up siege and navy, seeing as the focus in the ruling kingdom is more on trade than on warfare. That rule might be a problem, though, because maximizing magic is so simple now, and doesn't involve giving up as much...So far all three kingdoms listed have max magic.]]

BRONIMINAN EMPIRE Military Training Imperial Statistics Bronimina is a huge northern landmass (see world map when it is finished) and a large portion of it belongs to the Broniminan Empire. The Broniminan Empire is an ancient kingdom ruled over by the Emperor of Bronimina, who is usually chosen by succession. The Broniminan religion (the Old Beliefs) is left mostly unworshipped as Bronimina's larger empire expands across a huge area, merging with many different cultures outside of it's official natural boundaries. This has led to a collapse and overhaul of Bronimina's original culture. Bronimina does not trade in gold, it is only considered a trinket within it's boundaries due to the fact it is so rare it was not discovered until outside traders brought it in. They use silver instead as a main currency. All their coins are stamped with the imperial logo; a hand holding a globe. The miners and smiths have all kinds of rare metals in the mountain range and the researchers and alchemists are constantly coming up with ways to make life better for everyone. They developed the 'Ranger', a metal crossbow capable of firing a bolt a very long way. The dawrves have several small cave-towns in the mountains, and strange beasts live out on the ice, but mostly the land is left for the humans. | ||||

[[OOC: There it is again.@Delran "The world's largest and best navy" You cannot just do that because that is BS. I might as well say my navy is the world's best now....no one is the BEST at anything for sure. You don't have to change it, but would people maybe rephrase things to "One of the world's largest and best navies" or something because it sounds like a cheat in itself saying you are the best.]] | ||||
Are those weapons... sp@m cannons? XD And Charley, he does have the world's largest navy right now. His military is two stars above yours, meaning that his navy is twice the size of yours with better training. BUT, that doesn't give him the right to say that, not everybody has posted their military size yet. | ||||
Septim take it easy....lol...at least I can keep in mind that none of us will probably war each other...maybe >.> | ||||
[OOC: BEst navy as none has 4 stars there. If it were another one with 4 stars at the navy, I would have said "one of the".] | ||||
I hope not, or my Sp@m cannons will pwn. ;-) | ||||
[OOC: Will change it when time comes.] | ||||

[[OOC: You can't have more than four, Wraith, sorry. And pikes and halberds > Cavalry, I know, unless you were talking to Delran. XD]] | ||||
Damn, ok. I'll fix that tomorrow. :p | ||||
[[OOC: I said this to him earlier anyway when he put no stars in infantry. XD Pikemen > Cavalry That's how the battles will work.]] | ||||

[OOC: Also Cavalry > Swordsmen] | ||||
[[What about cavalry archers? *blinks innocently* Actually, that just gave me a serious thought. How do we portray the strengh of our light cavalry versus the strength of our knights, and the same for pikemen versus swordsmen, and, say, short-range bowmen versus longbowmen?]] | ||||
