In Noxa City, anything goes, no police patrol the streets, for they are corrupt and fat, no heroes have been seen for fifty years, but that is about to change.

Septim is walking his pet mongoose, Slasher, when off the coast a ship crashes, a green cloud goes forth and covers three city blocks, most are killed by the cloud, but those who survive gain...strange abilities, Septim and Slasher survives, Septim finds that he has the powers of flight, super strength, invulnerability, and power over time, he becomes Captain of the Heroic Order, but his nemesis, a Mafia Don named Alfraido Scelusini creates the League of Villains. Which side will you be on?

You may select three powers, I have powers that can pretty much Godmod me, so I will use a different character for my hero, my Septim character is pretty much my mod character, if anybody godmods he will reverse time and kick you in the balls...yeah...so pick four powers and help clean up or clean out Noxa City.

Powers: Super strength, heat vision, super speed, flight, enhanced senses, healing factor, adamantium claws and skeleton, telekinisis, shoot acid from your mouth, the power to grow and shrink, creating multiples of yourself, invisibility, sonic scream, night vision, toxin generation, X-ray vision, superhuman intelligence, and the knowledge of every language in the universe.

With some of these powers you get bonuses, such as with superhuman intelligence you can build gadgets that can make up for not having a power, such as a jet-pack or night vision goggles, but these items are not reliable and can break in the middle of battle.

Super Power - Super Strength, Super Speed, Flight and Invisibility

ummmm no.......i dont get the radioactive part....the shapeshifting w/e....the regeneration.....does that pretty much mean you cant die???? and instant teleportation.....probably annoying to fight.....kinda like Nightcrawler from X-Men...except he sucked as a hero

it's simple Charley...if I'd put my penor in your ear...your ear will develop a load of mutated cells...injecting people with my blood...well...just think about radioactive poisoning in general...and cutting off my finger, lodging it into your throat will simply hurt you more then it would actually hurt me...and a shapeshifting nightcrawler ftw!!!
