*Might turns to Septim.*
{Revenge, you are claiming the throne of Serpanta without Septim's approval. This constitutes rebellion on your part. Unless you are an abnormally good explainer, Septim will send his army after you and completely destroy you.}
[I already have Revenge though.....]
[[ I havent taken it over, I just took the small throne of the province while I stayed there.... ]]
[Your dead....] | ||||
[[ No I'm not ^^ ]] | ||||
[Even if your not....your in my castle and im awaiting your answer.]
[[ I said I shreded my human form and ascened, I now work in a cafe with other ascened beings...]]
*Septim appears before Might could strangle Revenge and grabs Might's arm, Septim pulls Might's fingers from Revenge's neck and pushes them both from eachother. "Revenge...you are Duke of your province, Serpentia is under my command, with Westa-Rar being the Duke, you CANNOT take the province while here, whether you are a High Duke or not, now get out of my sight or you will be arrested for treason..." *Septim watches Revenge go through the heart and turns to Might. "Do not take those matters into your hands, my friend, I can take care of them, now, Wraith is solely in charge of this investigation. Duke Westa-Rar will help him if need be. Now return to your business..." *Emperor Septim returns to Erabor to see Revenge. "I am sorry Revenge, but you cannot take other's dukeship from them because you are in the area..." *Septim sits on his throne and sighs.
[I wasn't strangleing him....I had my demon hold him.....which is still holding him......] "Septim, I sent Wraith on his mission and Revenge started to command him like he was in his army or something! After I told him to stay out of it and leave Wraith alone!"
"Alright..." *Septim uses his awesome demon-grip-breaking skills Revenge is free, then everything that happened in my last post happens again...
[I could arguue that he could still hold on to him but ok....]
*Emperor Septim rises from his throne and walks to his vault, where he picks up the sword that his old King, Killer, once used. "Killus, Killer's old rapier...we never did find that man..." Septim remembers back, remembers dueling Killer on one of the spires of his castle, Septim knocked Killer back and off the castle, but his body was not found. Septim goes and picks up Emperor Gordos's battle-axe and remembers Antonis Xarxes's duel with him, where Antonis stabbed the dwarf through the throat in the throne room that Xarxes himself now inhabits. Septim then sees the bandit king's cutlass and warhammer and remembers his fight with him. Septim sighs. "The blood that has to be spilled for an Empire to survive..." Septim puts the blades back, and a man runs in. "Emperor! Dragons are attacking Erabor's coast!" "Ready my horse and the Knights of Erabor! Tell Might to ready his airships and get as many men from Oceanus as possible!" "Yes sir!", says the man as he runs out. Septim picks up Icengard and buckles it, then sheds his robes, Septim is already armored underneath. Septim picks up his helm and puts it on, then walks outside to find his horse, Ersel, already ready. Septim jumps on and rides out with his Knights of Erabor. After three hours of riding Septim reaches the coast, where he sees the city of Sylson burning. Septim keeps riding and a dragon lands before him, Septim readies his lance and charges the best, the Knights avoid it, but Septim plunges his lance into the beast and hangs on, he then draws Firengard and stabs it into the beast's arm, he then draws Icengard and does the same, the ice enchantment freezes the arm of the creature and it shatters off. The beast roars and uses it's back leg to kick Septim off, but Septim hangs onto his lance and stabs the hind leg, the leg freezes and the beast loses it's balance and tumbles to the ground, Septim rises and slices off the wings of the beast before it can get back up and readies both of his blades. The beast rises and blows a wave of fire at Septim, but Septim's Adamantium armor and his own magic protects him. Septim runs at the beast and stabs Icengard into the mouth of the beast as it blows the fire, and the beast falls dead. The Knights of Erabor ride up to Septim with Ersel. Septim mounts Ersel. "How many more dragons are attacking?", asks Septim as he wipes the sweat from his brow. "Twenty", responds one of the Knights. "We will need Might's airships...", says Septim.
*Might smiles as the news come to him. "Xerxus get to Septim as fast as you can. Ill get the warships to you but in the meantime protect Septim at all costs and please try and stop the Emperor from charging into battle...." *Might readys his 6 fleets of 70 Dragonships and moves them as fast as he can to the coast. Xerxus arrives at the cost just in time for a huge dragon to sweep down straight toward Septim. Xerxus sees this and unfurls his wings and leaps into the sky just in time to ram the dragon in the side and make it plumet to the ground. Xerxus flys down and stabs all the way through its scales into the dragons heart. Xerxus turns to Septim. "My Lord has sent me to protect you and make sure you don't charge for no reason against dragons."*
"I was wondering when you would arrive, the Knights of Erabor and I had to charge into battle, we were the only ones who could get here fast enough to stop the dragons from totally destroying the city...when will the airships arrive?"
"In about 10 minutes. The mages are creating a portal in the sky so that they can fly through it to get here faster." "Do I have permission to go into the city to kill the dragons while they rest so that Might and his dragonships will have less to deal with?"
"Yes, watch your back, I know you're a demon, but dragons are strong, even for you..." These demons are strong, but they tend to underestimate certain opponents...
Might's airships arrived, along with the army of Xarxes, and the legions of Revenge, Verll's mages came towards the end of the battle, the dragon attack was fended off. Septim gets his army together and decides to fight back, Septim then unveils his creation, a capital airship. Two massive orbs are charged with magic, which levitates the massive behemoth for up to three weeks. The orbs are protected by a special type of metal, a cross between steel, mithril, and a small amount of adamantium. If an orb is to fail, turbines are below deck to keep it powered. Septim has many serpent and human mages on board the flagship of the air fleet. Massive rapid-fire ballistas are at the sides, over two hundred, and many catapults are there as wallbreakers. "This is the first of it's kind! The Erabor can also reach speeds of up to two hundred miles per hour! And if any of you are wondering how this is possible...I will not tell...three more are already being built and will be done by the end of the week! So prepare yourselves!" *Septim approaches the greatest of his mages, Zarisus's brother, and places him in charge of the Erabor. After two weeks of preparation, the Erabor, the Gordia, the Killaria, the Esillia, and the Banditia are completed and fully crewed. Septim has an army of 500,000 men and serpents, 1,000 warships, five capital airships, and 250 smaller airships based on Erunion's design, but improved upon. Septim also has the strength of Might's air fleet. Septim's men board their ships again. Septim calls Corperal Topal over to him. "Topal, I promote you to Lieutenant and I place you in command of the twenty-sixth cohort of the fifth legion. You are to board the Star of Esillia, make me proud soldier!" Septim boards the Fury of Erabor with his other Dukes. Telcontar is missing this war, but he is doing important exploration in the North, I wonder what he will uncover... Septim goes into his war office on his ship and sits in his chair, Septim then calls Melkor, his serveant. "Melkor...call a meeting with the Dukes." "Yes sir...", says Melkor as he leaves the room.

[[OOC: Almost forgot to draw a map of the world...we need this, especially Erunion so he knows what the hell he is supposed to be discovering... And to make it clear, we are fighting the Elves second to last, after the Elves we conquer the trolls...but the last tough war will be with the Elves. Their high elves will provide great magical offense and defense, their wood Elves will provide their archery, and their dark Elves will provide a mix of magic and melee combat...good thing we will have an army of dragons, orcs, monkeys, tigers, serpents, humans, halflings, and dwarves to back us up...so Erunion, you can either discover the monkey people (whom are peaceful) or the tiger-men (whom are warlike)...the tigers are upright, walking, talking tigers whom have thumbs...and they like to use their teeth and claws if their weapon breaks or becomes unreachable...the monkeys use their agility to dodge blows more swiftly than any sword can strike, but cannot attack offensively very well. They are ruled by the gorillas...can't believe how big the Place has gotten since I took over...is this a good or bad thing?]]
[I hope they don't have Dragonships.....because I invented em and they should have no idea of my invention! Unless they have spies....]
[[ @ Septim : Good thing ^^, it jumped since you took over and made it alot more warlike { No offence killer, without you we wouldnt have it ^^ } which is more fun in a way ]]
[[OOC: They do, because THEY made them before us, but we didn't know about it and ignorantly thought that we made them first. They're design is different than ours though...]]
[[OOC: By the way, I am going to be gone tonight, tomorrow, and almost all of Sunday...so...errrrr...just keep this on hold...]]
*Wraith arrives at Serptantia with his men. 5 of them were warriors, armed to the teeth with platemail and with shortswords and knives. The warriors wore cloaks so as to try draw attention away from their weapons. Then, there were 3 mages, wearing robes and carrying staves cleverly disguised as walking sticks. The final two soldiers were trained archers. They had quivers of arrows and shortbows. They also had knives hidden in case they had to fight at close range. As they walked through the capital, lizardmen looked strangely at the group. Wraith asked one for directions and he was reluctantly told the way to Gagro-Rar's mansion. When they arrived they saw a small but luxurious mansion.* [Does it have walls around it and, if so, how many exits? I am assuming there are guards.]
[[OOC: Gagro-Rar was killed when he attempted to assassinate Westa-Rar, Duke of Serpentia. There is a fence around it of iron with one large gate centered in the front. There are none of his guards, as he was killed, but there are about seven serpent-men city guards trying to find clues. And I just found an error on my map, under Eraborian Empire it says Races: Dwarves. Humans are supposed to be there too... ]]
As the army is gathering to embark upon their voyage, Three aircraft fly in from the direction of the Drakonian isles.
{Just FYI, I won't be online tonight, tomorrow or most of Sunday either... *Stares at Septim...*}
*Although there is a large iron fence, nobody is standing guard. Wraith sees the guards and formulates a quick plan in his mind. He explains it to his soldiers and they nod their understanding. They cover their faces and they creep up as close as possible to the entrances to mansion and spring the plan into action. Since there are 5 entrances they split into groups of 2 and go to each entrance. When Wraith sees that everyone is in place he gives the signal, an owl hoot, and they storm the building. They take the city guard by surprise and Wraith warns them not to hurt the guards. They tie them up instead and, while 2 soldiers stand guard over them and interrogate them, Wraith and the others searches the building.*
{Wraith, the city guards are doing what you're doing...}
"Hmmmm...hairy primitive men, tigers, and another race whom use airships. Thank you Erunion, we will be sure to put the intel you have gathered to good use. Let us halt the war now and bring our military back to Erabor, there we will grow those "rubber" trees fast and due to magical progression techniques, we will have enough rubber to cover most of our forces. These trees will be harvested, but we will grow more off of them..." The fleet and military goes back to Erabor, where they plant the trees in the best enviroment and they have the best of the Eraborian and Serpentian work on growing more and more rubber. [[OOC: We will head out to Drakonia on Sunday, when Erunion and I return...and untie the guards! They are trying to find the assassin just as you are!]]
{Just FYI, Rubber trees are completely renewable source. The rubber is the sap, all you have to do is get a grove and tap into all the trees. No harm done, and voila! You have raw rubber, ready to be refined.}
al;hgfegaopgeje | ||||
[I didn't want to share the information >_< ] So.... *After the misunderstanding, Wraith unties the guards, excuses himself profoundly and they agree to look for information together.*
[[ I have already landed on Drakonia but I will head to the monkey islands to conqour that instead as you two will have a feast on the Drakonia........ ]] [[ This was needed to clear things up.... Let me take some of the islands before you come barging in ......lol ..... Its still the Erarbian Empire once I conqour....]]
{Errr.... Septim hasn't said we're at war with the monkeys yet... Sooo... Errr... Clear that up with him first, I advise.}
[[ Then I will attack the tigers, either way, Im on a war path! MUAHAHAH ]]
[[OOC: We aren't at war with them either...and we need full strength to take on dragons, so I will just make it so you come with us, then we conquer the tigers after this...I will write the destruction of the dragons now, I will fast forward the production of the rubber armor.]] *Septim has his boats shelled with rubber as well, and after his entire military has a layer of rubber over them he goes off to Drakonia. Upon arriving a massive battle ensues, but due to the rubber the dragons lose their fire breathing advantage, and Septim's air force combined with Might's airforce kills many. After a long battle finally the remains of the Drakonians ask for a meeting between Emperor Septim and Emperor Drakonius. Septim meets with him on their boat, guarded by his best mages. Drakonius comes out and is a human sized dragon. "Emperor Septim, I am Emperor Drake Drakonius of the Drakonian Empire, but we will soon be known as the Province of Drakonia, because we surrender. I hope that we will not be enslaved...", says Drakonius. "Of course, I did not enslave the serpents of Serpentia and I do not plan to enslave your people!", says Septim. "Well, that is a relief! The only reason we were fighting was because we thought you were going to be like the Xerillians!", says Drakonius. "Who are they?", asks Septim. "You do not know? Well...the Xerillians are a massive Empire of tall, magical people, dark skinned melee fighters, and short, agile archers. They have taken the hobbits and the orcs are also under their control...we will help you fight them, they would have enslaved us.", says Drakonius. "Well, I now declare the Empire of Drakonia to be under the control of the Eraborian Empire!", says Septim, "And you, Drake Drakonius, will be Duke of Drakonia." "I get to lead my people still?", says Drakonius. "Of course, you must only stay loyal to me...", says Septim. "Thank you, you are a great man, and for your goodness I will give you a gift...", says Drakonius, suddenly Septim hovers in the air, then falls to the deck of the ship, Septim's mages aim their staffs at Drakonius, but Septim rises. "I am alright, what did you do?", says Septim. "I have given you the gift of our species, we are able to switch between dragon and humanoid form at will, and we give that power to you.", says Drakonius. "Thank you, how do I use it?", asks Septim. Drakonius hands Septim a ring, and Septim puts it on. "Tap it once to turn into a dragon, then tap the large spot on your chest to be human...", says Drakonius. "Thank you Drake, this gift is beyond words...", says Septim. "You are welcome, Septim, for the destruction of the Xerillians is a gift of the same measure...", says Drakonius. Septim turns to board his ship, and has a heart be delivered to the Drakonian capital. Septim returns to Erabor, then goes out into the field of his palace and taps his ring, he grows into a massive, winged, white dragon, and breaths his fire onto a pad of prepared rubber, the fire is blue, and starts to melt the rubber away. Septim taps the spot on his chest and turns back, he then goes back into his palace and sits upon his throne.
Erunion, having witnessed the transaction, later comments to Septim on how useful that could be. After saying this, Erunion continues to speak.
*Killer looks around the city. They had made progress. He wore a long
grey cloak, with a hood over his head, he didn't want anyone to know he
was still there. Killer spent his last few coins buying a map, he
needed to get out of here, one of the small islands might be
inhabitable. Everything was progressing fast now Septim was in charge.
It had been a pointless war, he hadn't wanted it, and didn't mind not
being king. He wandered along in his cloak with his map and bit of
food. It was lucky that he hadn't died, he managed to use a teleporting
spell properly, and coming down off a building sideways it was hard
enough to not panic, let alone cast a spell. He managed it though, and
it had saved him. Now, he needed work quickly, to get money enouhg to
buy a small boat and get out of there. He decided, after some consideration, to work as the blacksmiths apprentice, though there was probably more around here now. He had never any personal encounters with the blacksmith, he hoped. But first, he wandered down to find to the harbour(docks, whatever...) if there were any boats going to any of these small islands... He got there, and asked.*
"On the condition that they allow themselves to be under the control of our Empire, and that will become the Province of Tigaria, of course one of their own may be the Duke of Tigaria. If they agree to this, then yes, we will help restore full order to Tigaria. I will let you take the fifth and sixth fleet and seven legions (35,000 men) along with a capital airship (The Killaria) and thirty of your smaller crafts. And by the way, Xarxes has resigned as High General of the Eraborian Empire in order to give his attention to Gordia. So, as Emperor of the Eraborian Empire, I now promote you to the rank of High General!" [[OOC: In the Eraborian Army there is one High General, four Generals, and twenty Colonels. You are now High Commander of the armies, but you must still ask permission from me to get a force larger than ten thousand men.]]
"Thank you for your generosity Emperor! I will organize my force and leave immediately, perhaps the Shaman I spoke of would be willing to take the reins of government in his hands, under Eraborian rule."
Septim brings his fleet and army to the monkey people, whom, under pressure, agree to join the Eraborian Empire. [[OOC: When I get back I want to go straight for the Xerillians, Orcs, Hobbits, and Trolls.]] [[OOC: Killer, you will start on one of the small islands underneath the Drakonian Empire...they are populated by a mixture of Serpentians, Drakonians, and Eraborians.]]
*Killer manages to find a boat, and sneaks aboard, going to a small island. He wanders onto the island, and isgreeted by strange and familiar creatures and plants. He starts off of a trek to examine the island, from north to south. Killer reckoned he was on the furthest from Erabor, near the Xerillian Empire.*
*Might teleports to the Troll Chiefdoms with his demon-general, Xerxus, at his side and meets with the most powerful tribe of Trolls on the island.* "I see you are arch-enemies of the Xerillian Empire. I too am their enemies. Maybe we could work together....My people are powerful warriors! All I need is your oath of fealty to me. I wont interfer with your islands politics ,but you will be considered part of our Empire and my Duchy. I will make you Steward and you will have more power than you can ever imagine! I will give you money so that you can harness the full power of this island and you will be able to join my army and show my warriors how to fight. If only you would swear fealty to me..." The Troll chieftan looks at Might and smiles at him and says, "I see your point! Would this make me the supreme ruler of the island other that you? And whats the catch?" Might smiles, "You will allow me to build one city in the middle of the island, have one base, and be part of my Duchy as I have already said." The Troll smiles, "Deal!" The Troll Chieftan bows down to Might and swears a oath. "Welcome to the Eraborian Empire....." *Might goes to Septim.* "I have had good luck with the Troll chieftains and they have all agreed to be in my Duchy. We can now use their island as a base to launch attack against the Empire."*
[[ ..... I dont think so...... ]]
A shadow drifted through the void, timeless and alone. There wasn't much of the personality of it's progenitor left within it: just a husk, filled with terror, the sense of failure, and despair. The darkness clammed in around it, the shadows of this realm sensing a potential feed. Without warning, it vanished, popping through a natural, briefly-opened gate, a portal to the Void. The shadow lay on the lush, verdant undergrowth of one the Drakorian out-isles. It... he... began to reform a body, and drag together it's personality, through force of will alone. A couple of hours later, Verthias rose unsteadily to his feet. The materials of this body were poor - rubber lay where the muscle should be, earth formed the organs, and wood was the bones. A cluster of ants who had the impudence to crawl over him made the finest piece of all, a tiny, malformed brain. But this body would suffice. The new body was attuned with the jungle, could sense the minutae of it's existence. It felt the beat that drove a million tons of sap up into the air, and the steady breathing of the trees. But there was an intruder - a great wood hulk, teeming with ant-things covered in metal. They were clustering around a breach in the wooden wall, their leader, one swathed in cloth and holding a long stick, directing them. Verthias could see that magic emanated from the man. Not strong, but magic nonetheless: And the denizens of the Void took every opportunity they could get. This might just be his chance to claw his way back into the world, he thought, as he hobbled off to seek his prey. [So, can I join? ;D]
*After a whole night of searching, the city guards have found some clues. They show these to Wraith. They are some classified documents that only someone high-ranking in the court could get their hands on. Someone close to the Emperor must be passing out information to the Emperor's enemies. Wraith thanks the guards and asks them to give him any more information they come across. He then calls his group of soldiers and they return to the Capital, and they go to the Emperor's court. *
*Killer wanders along the island. It isn't as small as he thought it was at first, but still small enough. He wandered into a small settlement. Just as well, he thought, he was getting tired. There was a few buildings scattered around, maybe 50, it was small. He wandered around the town looking for work. He asked the blacksmith if he could work for him. Killer hadn't thought there would be one, just a few carpenters and some other crafts. He hoped he could, as he always liked working with his hands better than his tongue. He wondered how he stumbles onto the throne at any rate, it was not a job he particurarly liked. He wasn't great at it either. He was a man of few words, less if he could get away with it.*
*Might sat on his desk reading papers from the various govners of his Duchy when a boy ran in with a smile on his face, "Sir, they have finally came up with their first cannon! Its glorious and can fit on your newest dragonships!"
