*Sniggers*

18:58:44 Apr 6th 10 - King Ernest Deallus The Wise:

Did you message me saying that you did not receive points? Don't think so...*points and laughs*

07:27:04 Apr 9th 10 - Mr. Salaracen Scranoi:

I'ma wondering... If my old account had a LOT of history written on it... Could I get a point or two on my current account that has no RP points?

16:15:26 Apr 9th 10 - King Ernest Deallus The Wise:

Hmm...nah.  Sorry, I cannot make exceptions just because you are an old RPer :p  Sci would also probably flip his lid if I gave you points from your old account.

16:27:34 Apr 9th 10 - Mr. Salaracen Scranoi:

Tis cool, I'll just work extra hard on my current history instead ;D

03:52:18 Apr 23rd 10 - Sir Some Fcked Dude:

you get RP points for doing the family history thng?

05:42:27 Jun 22nd 12 - Duke Pesterd:

You would need to Message us to tell us to look at your history with a link to your history page and from there we will judge if you are deserving of Roleplaying Points or not.

The final answer is YES.

Reiterating.  Roleplaying messages that count towards points are not stories.  That was the old method that was probably 5 years ago.  Now it is in a letter format.  So for those of you who are sending stories back and forth, you are hopefully knowing that it is for your own personal entertainment and will not bring any points(sorry).

Example

Dear King Seymore Butts(Example name)

My scouts have noticed your armies nearing the edge of my territory.  If you wish to be on friendly terms, please send a messenger and keep your armies back.  If a NAP or a MAP is agreed upon, then we can negotiate the safe passage of your armies through my territory.

Signed,

Charley Deallus III
King of Tasidian

It CANNOT be like this:

Fred kicked down the door and pumped the two guards full of lead.  He then wounded a third before grabbing him by the neck.
"Where are the drugs?" said Fred gruffly.  The guard coughed and then began to laugh.
"Who the fuck do you think you are? Batman?" said the guard as coughed up blood again.  Fred didn't like his attitude so he put a bullet in the man's liver and left him to die slowly.
"I'm batman!" yelled Fred as he jumped out the window and hit the concrete.
"...the fuck?" said the guard as he died.

This is a story.  Whether it is serious, comical, or even stupid...it won't get you points.  Sorry.  Also, grammar, length, and content greatly add to how many points you get.  If you are a duke and writing a two sentence message...you won't get points.  If you are a MR and writing a two sentence message, you probably can get a point.

That is probably because the points had not been done in ages and I simply went through and deleted the copies and non-qualifying posts.  Then I just went down the list and gave a point per message.  Sloppy...yes.  Unfortunately a lot of people were missed because they changed names and it would take me ages to figure them out.  The people who didn't change names really cashed in IMO.  If someone feels like they were shafted, then feel free to send me a message and I will try to settle it.

20:53:14 Mar 14th 16 - Arkantos (Mr. Landry Late Start):

Is there anyone that still checks the history each era as I have started to try to get some RP points that way with all my characters this era.
