Me

I Romus will take up this quest to rid your lands of this vial barbarian hord! I just will need to know where to find this barbarian king and how many heads his army has.

Here is what my men are doing.

500 building the highway

500 helping my citizens build the plantation “it will produce grain and have a ranch on it”

1,000 learning unconventional warfare

750 building an advanced port

500 building the barracks

100 “in groups of 10” patrolling my lands

300 chopping wood

300 building ships with the wood

500 building a building to extract salt for sell and the preservation of meat

700 are being sent to Wraithish to be trained in the art of archery if he takes them in.

half of my fleet is patrolling the coast

I Romus claim all the lands near the sea and all the land off the coast mine, if you wish for land on the coast you must strike a deal with me. Do not think about takeing it by force as you canot control the land near the sea without ships.

I'll go on this quest, I have experience dealing with this type of low-life.

As my fortress is probably done by now, I have 500 men out recruiting, 500 men building a town between the two fortresses, 1000 men building a roman style road towards the nearest town, 1000 men out looking for a place to mine iron, 250 men building armouries and blacksmith's shops, and the rest training extensively with both their bows and their swords. (Note: The cavalry are trying to become horse archers.)

My city has expanded it now has an population of 20,000. 4/5 of the men in my city are trained basic combat and the woman and children are sent to reanforce my wall with stone and make arrow slits.

From the men that are being tought basic war fighting i take 2,000 to be trained more extensivly to be intergrated into my regular army, to expand his control Romus sends 500 of is citizens to look for a mine to take the valuable ore of iorn for stronger building and walls along with more durable armer and wepondry.

to enable the smoother compleation of projects Romus has his citizens sonstruct an craftsmen building, iorn working foundry, and storehouse so his prople will not be forced to cut wood whenever Romus wonts to build something new. along with these peaceful buildings Romus orders the construction of war school for the teaching of advanced tactics to his unit leaders, an stable to train men in the art of horseback combat, and forward outposts so as when the time comes to build more citys Romuses citizens will not be wondering in an vile and dangerous forest unguided.

Ok, fair enough...dont have time to do it all now, will take a while. but here is some:

Buildings:

people have been making buildings. i didnt say that was part of the game, but i think we may aswell add it.

below is a list of prices:

Wall: 30 gold and 50 tree

fort: 50 gold and 60 tree

Moat: 20 gold and 25 tree

houses: 15 gold  and 30 tree. only 30 tree after first home built

barracks: 35gold and 50 tree

farm: 15 gold and 15 tree. first one tales no wood 

those are basic buildings. if you have a building you want to have other than those, please tell me and I will price them.

Tree:

to get tree you must travel and collect it. it will take you two hours to reach the tree, and you then get one tree per person every hour. so the more troops you take, the more tree you get an hour. you can send no more than fifteeen men. they must be peasants

peasants: to get peasants you need farms and homes. some of the bigger buildings you think of may have a food price too due to the huge amount of work the peasants have to do.  

so there are basic updates. will add more when I have time, if I fell more are needed

*Wraithish accepts the quest. After much thought he puts on an old cloak, covering his armour and a dirk and travels to the Barbarian country with the elite soldiers. They get through by starting a fight at the gates and slipping in undetected.

They look around and spot a huge fort made from stone and wood. They go into a bar and sit in a corner, listening to the various conversations. He hears that the King is holding his feast to celebrate the recent massacre of a neighbouring country. Wraithish forms plans in his mind and they go off to put them into action. On the way out, he kicks over a table, thus starting a bar fight. On the way out he steals a coin pouch off a table which contains X coins. (You have to tell me if they had any gold in it)

Wraithish walks around the fort and spots a small servent entrance. Together they go in through and go down a few corridors. A guard spots them and tries to stop them but Wraithish disarms him and knocks him unconscious with a choke. He hides the body in an unused room and looks around for the King's bedroom. Instead he finds the laundry room and as a second thought, takes the King's robes. The guard there thinks they are servents and directs them to the King's quarters.

2 guards try to search them outside the room but the elite soldiers kill the guards while Wraithish walks into the King's bedroom. He puts the clothes on the bed and kills the first man in the room. He searches the other room and find another man, who is fat and old. Wraithish slits his throat after a brief struggle. The elite soldiers come in and they look around for any hiding places, finding none. Wraithish finds a stash of gold (Again, you have to tell me how much) and takes it. They then ride to Vengence's castle for a reward*

[Is this good or am I supposed to help out Romus and Erunion in this? Also you have to tell me how much (if any) gold I found]

[that was Random revenge. why do you suddenly say this? anyway, you are meant to help romus and Erunion out.]

*Might is annoyed at beingignored.* [SILENCE! I KEEEEL YOU!]

*Wraithish sends 2,000 soldiers to the aid of his ally , General Romus, to help pillage the Barbarian hordes in the area.*

Erunion uses his peasants to build farms and homes before he goes on this quest.

Erunion suits up in his Naergothrendarin armour, belting his trendarat on and slinging his longbow up onto his back. He has 20 arrows in his quiver, and two spare quivers of arrows.
Meeting Romus and Wraithish and the soldiers he starts to gather some food supplies and is now ready to leave.

Inside the city Erunion looked around carefully, his bow, sword and armour swathed in ragged cloaks. The barbarian king had sent out a representative to purchase the "Slaves" but thankfully they were inside some sort of building. The barbarian had a huge beard that hid most of his face, which was fortunate.
The man was walking down the line of "slaves" staring at each face intently. Once he was passed Erunion, Erunion took out an arrow and jabbed it into the back of the man's skull. Erunion took the arrow out, shaved off his beard and tied it into his own hair as he put on the barbarians clothes. It was raining outside so the man had had a cloak, which was fortunate. It hid the rest of Erunion's body...

[Hay it was to get into the fort might, and you dident pm me any bright ideas]

*Wraithish helped Might and followed Romus into the fort. Might had a bad limp and his cloak was billowing around, uncovering his dagger. Wraithish wrapped his arm around and quickly took the dagger from Might and placed it into a pouch on his side so noone would see it. rimus backhanded Wraithish for being slow and Wraithish hurried up into the keep.

The barbarian chief was there inspecting the other slaves surrounded by 5 bodyguards. Suddenly, a slave tried to attack the chief but was knocked back by the bodyguards. He could see that the slaves were rearing for a fight and an idea came to mind. He hurredly whispered it to Might and the elites and hoped that Erunion and Romus would catch along*

*Wraithish searched the room of the keep, taking all (if any) gold and useful items. While searchin he finds a trapdoor and opening it he sees a passage out. It leads away from the main fort and Wraithish calls his companions and they decide to follow the passage.

It comes out in a farmers barn about 500m away from the gates. They climb out slowly and start the return journey home.*

[I say we free the slaves. Also, do we have to give a description of the return journy?]

As wraithish is selling wood, then I will intrduce a market:

The Market:

In the market you may sell any excess goods you may have. this can be gold, wood, armour, even skill levels.  Below is a list of max prices you can sell things for:

1) Gold: you can buy gold for wood. max price ten wood per one gold

2) Wood: buy with wood. max price 3 gold per wood\

3) skill levels: you can sell skill levels. max price is 20 gold/ 100 wood

4) Armour/ weapons: I will decide upon the max price when the item is put up, as it depends on how useful the item is

that is all for now on the market. if you want to sell other things then please say so and I will price the item.

oh yeah, of course...return to the quest giver first though. you must all be present before the reward can be given

*Wraithish leads the way to the Quest Giver. As they near the castle they become merrier and happier since they are away from that cruel, damp barbarians city. The sun is shining as they enter the castle and march up in front of the King.*

might you get no gold/wepons from the quest as you did not contrubute. all you did was have me beat the *beep* out of you bro. So we will be civilized about this, if you vote to keep the gold from might vote now

my woman just finished makeing fishing poles and cast nets for fishing, my men are fishing, this is makeing my men stronger. "wraithish you can only have 15 ppl geting wood at a time, 90k wook is unresonable, also might you cant have all thows buildings, this game is going to have to progress slowly."

here is the start of Viantis campain to pillage the barbarian lands.

After taking the first city the barbarians formed a confederacy named The Gianin Coalition. On his way to the capital of the coalition to splinter resistance Vianti “my general leading the army” met the Gianin army on the field. With the barbarian force numbering 8,000 and while Romus and Wraithish had 6,000 we could not rely on shear force to win this battle, or could we. with night drawing close both armies made camp at opposite sides of a field. With night as their cover Vianti ordered Romuses 1,000 troops that learned unconventional warfare to poison the barbarians.

            Sneaking into the base the commandos found the beer and food supplies as barbarians never drink water. With the poison derived from the root of a karkus tree they pored it into the beer and injected it into the food that was for the officers and general, as it had less mold then the rest. Before leaving the commandos lead a small attack to keep the barbarians up all night to defend their camp and also consuming food and beer.

            At the dawn of the next day Vianti could hear the moans and cries from the barbarian camp. Taking advantage of this he quickly mobilized his army having 4,000 in the center with 1,000 on either flank in the woods, these detachments was to sew chaos as they flanked mid battle. When the barbarians turned out from their camp they had lost 2,000 troops due to illness. After luseing their leader and officers the barbarians lost all strategic thinking their army might have had. Seeing that we were outnumbered the barbarians knew nothing more then to charge. Rushing to our lines in an un-orderly fashion the barbarians hacked at Viantis men’s iron body armor. Hit hard by their shear numbers Viantis men buckled under the pressure. Beginning to falter from the numbers Vianti blew his horn to signal hidden forces to charge from the rear. With the ferocity of a horde of rabid bears Wraithish’s men charged into the barbarian’s flanks. Still holding their own the barbarians slowly fall back to keep Wraithish’s men from completely engulphing them. Seeing the barbarians slow orderly retreat Vianti charged into the fray for a finishing blow. Sweat dripping from his brow and sounding his war horn Vianti drove his men forward with the might of God himself. Being pushed to their braking point the barbarians fell into a start of disillusion. Driven by fear the barbarians of the Gianin Coalition flew into a full out retreat. Killing their own in the rush for safety Vianti ordered his army to kill every last barbarian before they could reach safety. This would assure that they would not oppose him in the battle for PIP the coalition’s capital.
