Sorry, sorry. Internet was down until late yesterday, and I was too lazy to do it then.
Delran,
strange ghost-like creatures appeared in Wertal Forest. Your two armies
were scared stiff, and didn't attack any merchants. However, many
horses were scared away, but they were caught again along with some
others. A camp of merchants had been deserted and some gold was found
there. Some "Rebels"(they are the main force attacking towns and
places, I shall adjust the map, and these guys will be a dark purple
colour(sorry Sinthoras, the best colour there is, and it isn't too
similiar to yours.)), around twenty-five troops, have taken the village
NW of you. You got 5 horses and 300 gold.
Adrastos,
Your army lost 1 cavalry archer and 4 infantry(3 groups, 29 merchants,
26 merchants, 25 merchants) You got 620 gold and 4 horses.
Electric,
Your army lost 4 infantry(1 group, 27 merchants). The army outside your
walls(wooden fence) are starting to attack. 20 infantry with no armour
and iron short swords, and 5 archers with copper chainmail and
bolas.(It was rather foolish of you to send your men off when I even
said you had an army scouting around outside). You'd best make some

Sinthoras,
500 people are defending the city, all of them peasants apart from 40
infantry armed with copper longswords and ten archers armed with
slings. Only thirty peasants(you only have to kill the troops to take a
city, or drive them out) were killed at first and 2 archers of yours
were killed. Your troops broke down the fence wall, and charged in.
Your troops line out, and charge at the enemy, hacking and slashing.
Your troops are pushed back out of the village after 120 peasants were
killed and 25 infantry, along with 4 of your own archers, a healer and
9 infantry(a few were saved by the healer when they retreated). They
await further orders. The village is built with a large stone building
in the middle, with huts surrounding the inside perimeter of the
village, and the enemy are at the fence, waiting for you to charge
again. Your army in the east lost 3 infantry(1 group, 13 merchants) You
got 210 gold and two ponies.
Demonsul,
your first army lost three infantry(1 group, 14 merchants). Your second
army start running away, but the other troops(not yours) saw this, and
started to attack the elephants before they panicked. These troops were
all trampled, an elephant killed, and the elephants began to run
everywhere. One in the direction which your troops were running,
trampling nine infantry and one cavalry and a horse. The rest of the
troops followed closely behind this elephant after it had been wounded,
following it for a bit, and finally captured it, managing to tame it.
You got 120 gold, two horses and an elephant.
Dethos, your scout is still travelling, and army two lost three infantry(2 groups, 11 merchants and 13 merchants) and army three lost five infantry(1 group, 27 merchants). There have been reported sightings of a griffin nest on the south-east island. You got 560 gold and seven horses.

Attack anyone they think they can handle, if it gets way out of hand retreat. Have archers attack from behind (same with Cav Archers), if the enemy gets too close to the archers back up again. If someone doesn't post, they won't get any gold or stuff. It's quicker
for me. I didn't realise you wanted your villages to be attacked, so
here goes(I was actually hoping you'd build decent armies, keep them
all stuck together except for a few defenders and then take a village.
Your economy would fly up then)... Apart from ranged weapons(which is
why archers can't use shields), they can be all one-handed weapon, but
some would be better without using a shield as well, occasionally.
Rebels(purple sort of a colour) are now starting to attack villages all
across the land, but I'll give you a day to get prepared(they'll attack
everyone), but I won't tell you the average army number. I'll update
the map later. And errr... Sorry Hirgon, but it was just between the
two, slightly in favour of two days. Merchants are also now found less.

Electric,
the army tried to break in, but were shot down by your archers. Six of
your own archers were killed however. You looted the dead soldiers and
got 20 gold, and a tamed(if so it could be called) warg nearby.
Sinthoras, your army broke in after shooting over the wall, then charged and killed all the peasants. The troops had tried to sneak around the back, but were trapped out, and were killed. However, you lost 28 infantry and 5 archers. You got 5,000 gold.(remember, you'll have to defend both cities tomorrow)
Demonsul, (crossbows are metal) your second army lost 3 infantry(1 group, 22 merchants)
Dethos, the griffins couldn't be tamed(there is two big griffins and five eggs(yeah, they've eggs) If you killed the griffins, you'd automatically(as long as they weren't killed) get five griffins(full-grown), and maybe even one of the big ones. However, griffins are tough). A griffin killed one infantry for its young from army one. Army two lost 3 infantry(1 group, 12 merchants) You got 230 gold and one pony.
Septim, Nothing happened

[[OOC: I just discovered the rule where weapons and armour can move about the map at will, and used it to move my best weapons and armour out of the village to the expeditionary force.]]
Expeditionary Forces:
(A): 99 infantry (80 Iron Longswords/Chainmail, 19 Iron Longswords), 15 archers (Yew Shortbows/Chainmail), and 1 healer.
The force prepares to assault the village. 45 infantry (40 w/chainmail, 5 w/o) line up in plain sight of the western walls of the village, ululating in an attempt to be intimidating in a desert-elvish manner. The archers are two paces in front of the infantry. The remaining infantry are split into two groups; 27 hidden to the north (7 w/o chainmail), and 27 hidden to the south (7 w/o chainmail). This way, the force visible from the village is about the size of the force that has set an ambush for the past few days...
The archers are ordered to fire arrows over the walls until two-thirds of their arrows are exhausted. At this point, the 45 infantry have orders to charge into the village, focusing on killing a few soldiers within, but killing any threatening peasants that get in their paths, as well. After a few minutes of fighting, these infantry have orders to mount a raucous retreat, in the hopes that the soldiers within the village follow them out. The archers flee, as well.
If the troops in the village follow, the fleeing force is to turn and resume combat, the archers firing at any enemy archers (or at cavalry while protected by the infantry, if possible). When the enemy is engaged outside the walls, the two forces to the north and to the south are to rise up from their hiding places and crush both of the enemy's flanks. Once the enemy is destroyed, the infantry is to charge into the village and kill any remaining enemy troops.
If the troops within the village do not give chase when Hirgon's desert elves flee, all infantry are sent into the village at once, including the fleeing troops, with orders to kill any enemy troops, as well as any peasants who get in the way. At the day's end, if the troops are not successful, the archers have orders to shoot as many enemy troops as they can before fleeing, but are always to keep the infantry between them and the enemy.

When the warriors arrived in Derront, people saw the 6 warg skulls and
the city council was immediately alerted. They came to see for
themselves and the reward promised by the king was given to the men (1800 gold). The money was spent on new equipment for Gilth's soldiers. 100 mithril platemails were bought, together with 100 yew longbows. 8 new archers were trained, and 1 orcish shaman had learned the arts of healing, while the other had studied the dark arts of magic. The men in Derront heard rumours about roaming bandits and decided to return to the village immediately. In the village, travelling merchants reported that bandits were spotted in the neighbourhood. The mage was immediately put to work. He tried to lower the ground infront of the walls, to create some sort of ditch infront of the small wall.

-Sending 10 Infantry, 2 healers and 8 Archers to meet up with Army A, then attack the village closest to the port that is East of Derront Army A: 39 (49) infantry, 8 (16) archers, (2) healers and 6 Calvary Archers. BATTLE PLAN: 1st 5 of my best men sneak into the village (two of them archers). Then they wait for nighttime, come out and kill the gate sentries. The archers will both shoot off fire arrows that will que the main army to attack. 2nd going into the city they fight like normal troops(infantry) , have Archers get on the walls if at all possible, if not then get unto rooftops and fire at the enemy. Use short swords in tight areas to fight, but otherwise use Halberds to just crush the enemy. (NOTE: My troops are equiped with the best weapons and armor possible, I think this village shouldn't be much of a problem) Army B: N/A -20 Infantry are at home to protect the village.

I'll give it a shot if no one else wants to, and I'm pulling myself out of this game to keep it un-baised. Also I would prefere that you set up your stats the way that I set mine up, it's much easier for me to see which kind of weapons you have for which troops.

Your scouts spot a rebel army just a day away from your city, the estimate the number of the army to be anywhere from 40-60 Infantry Rebels. Electric, your troops get back home right before the rebels come to your town. Your town is now under siege, decide what you will do next (Rebel army has 50 Infantry armed with Copper Axes). Sinthoras, your army lost 3 infantry (1 group, 21 merchants). You see Rebels just a half a day away, their numbers are estimated to be anywhere from 32 to 50 infantry. You got 200 gold and 1 horse. Demonsul, nothing happens. Rebels are spotted two days away from your village. Dethos, you killed both of the adult Griffins, however since you did not have any ranged troops you sustained heavy casualties. You lost 23 Infantry, and 1 Calvary total. You got 5 Griffin eggs and 200 gold hiden under the nest. A rebel army is spotted three days away, the #'s are estimated to be 32-56 infantry rebels. Septim, Nothing happens, rebels are 2 days away, the #'s are estimated to be 23-45 infantry. (if you don't post again in two days you will be eliminated) Gilth, Rebels are spotted 3 days away. The #'s are estimated to be from 30-42 infantry. Hirgon, You lost 18 infantry in this assualt. Your archers killed 20 infantry with their arrows (good move) before your troops charged. Your troops attacked and succesfully killed 50% (lost 6 infantry)more of the remaining troops, following orders your army retreated (lost 7 infantry). The enemy army happy that they caused you to riot followed after you, but there were too few of them to do much damage. Your troops easily dispose of them (5 total dead in this scene, 3 dead from friendly fire). You got 4,500g war spoils, 5 horses, and a pony.
