This means that Revenge will be able to buy a Shop from Demonsul and buy milk or weapons from any1 in the village and sell them for an inflated price in his shop.

"I'm the judge, the jury, and in your case...the executioner!" *Septim beats him to death with a wooden sword, then goes to the town hall to ask for more crosswalks...
