Army upkeep of every soldier is 3.25 per unit.
Does not matter what kind of unit.

Actually, it start out at 1 upkeep per troop if you have 1 soldier in the field total and curve up and start to flatten out as you have more total troops in the field. The actual formula is unknown atm. And I don't think anybody care enough to find out the actual formula.
