the ? would have to be a wild card fraction of 19/7...
which would technically work... but I'm sure that's not the answer you're looking for.

eye=i, 3 letters, but only 2 diff ones, you have two eyes, not sure, eye colors, you can read it from both ends cause it's the same backwards and forwards.
