This is a war game, war is never fair. Those who know how to use strategy followed by tactics will always have the advantage(in most cases). History is written by the victors, its been that way since we humans started keeping records and VU is no different.
I do not cheat or abuse the system, but others still say I have no honor. I have helped dozens of players learn how to play VU and I am still doing so, tho it is not personally anymore but I try my best to give them an environment in which they can play and learn. This said I accept new players every era from start to finish in all my KD I ever started.
Now here is where a lot of the Vets say I cheat, abuse, and/or have no honor. I give those new players a chance to play and learn. However, if they go inactive and their inactivity is directly threatening my KD you better believe I will kick them and allow those resources to be appropriated into the KD. Why would I be willing to let my enemy take them, only a idiot would allow that to happen. Sure, they can say that is dishonorable and it takes the fun out of the game. I only play with the tools Zeta has given me is my answer to that. At least I try to get new players interested in VU where those who say all that crap hardly ever accept the number of new players and allow them to be successful in VU like I do, seeing how most of them have already set up a hierarchic in which they have little to no use of new players and could care less about them.
If I am to be cast as the villain for my efforts to help VU grow and still protect my KD from others taking advantage of my efforts then you better believe I will accept that role. If I did not care then do you think I would be a leader? Hell no, I would have joined and stayed in the most veteran KDs in every world a long time ago and you better believe I would been no less successful as I have been.
