I received this from Mr. Koss of BIO....... Apparently I dont have any choice in the matter at all............ Doesnt really seem fair........ Seems more like enslavement to mehz

the big meanie that he is >.<

~ General Terms ~
1. This NAP has the duration till the end of the era.
1.1 This NAP is unbreakable.
1.2 Any violators will be kicked out of the kingdom and killed if he/she does not comply with the punishment agreed on by both kings and then killed.
1.3 Neither kingdom is liable for the damage done to NAP violators during their NAP violation.
1.4 All 'important' messages are to be replied within a 24 hour period. (Note at start of message included "IMPORTANT" in capitals)

~ Blocker Terms ~
2.1 Blockers won't be opened to third party kingdoms unless agreed by both kingdoms.
2.2 Unprotected or Abandoned blockers that cause enemies to pass are considered to be "Opened blockers", hence all blockers have to be guarded.
2.2.1 If a blocker is left open and undefended, the other KD is responsible for any damage done by that action.
2.4 If a blocker is under attack and there is (even) a (small) risk that the enemy will break through, the other kingdom will be informed.

~ Combat Terms ~
3. There will be no hostile actions against each other
3.1 No prepping/attacks on each other’s cities/armies
3.1.1 In case of an army prepping, a warning is send. If the other fails to comply within 12 hours, it is allowed to kill the scout/army.
3.1.2 If both sides agree, or in case the person owning the city/army asks for it to be attacked, a copy of that request has to be send to the vices/leaders.

~ Magic Terms ~
4 No casting of magic on each other.
4.1 You cannot ask another kingdom to cast a spell for you on your NAP partner.

~ War Terms ~
5 This Nap does not protect new members that left their kingdoms that your NAP partner is at war with.
5.1 It is the right of the kingdom to demand the right to kill that player. He or She will be handed over without resistance.

~ Building Terms ~
6 building in other boundaries are ok (you may wana change this one).
6.1 Respect each others territory
6.2 No building walls to block your NAP partner from attacking an enemy or just allowing them thought.

Tbh it doesn't really matter, just shows they are lazy fk's

soory if you feel i forced you into it struddle it was meant as a suggestion not an order you are te leader of your own kingdom do as you will and yes i sent this to many kingdoms because it was a specific set of GUIDELINES that can be changed to suit each kingdom it was meant to be changed a little bit some customzation for each kingdom so im sorry if you felt pressured

lol oh no it was just simply odd because it came from out of no where. I mean I had not even spoken with the guy a single time and he sent me a message with NAP terms. Please Mr. Banana I've been playing this game for almost a year now. I've written NAP terms like this and read through ones pretty much exactly like it. Besides I've already spoken with Koss and I let him know that I have nothing against him for sending it or anything that I simply put this up because it seemed a little bit odd and a bit humorous. I just thought it was funny for me at least that out of the blue without a single message I get NAP terms. I guess some humor is lost on people......... *sighs and shakes my head sadly*

yeah, one usually starts of by simply offering a relation, or proposing something, then after that, you send terms and after that you disucss and change terms until both sides are happy.
