Does anyone know the highest % u can get when casting magic weapons? 

If you cast it on a scout and then move troops into that scout or merge one of your own armies into that scout,  does the magic weapons apply to all the newly added troops?

im guessing aroung 60% on its level... cant remember, been a while since i got magic high enough for that.

and yeah falcon is right for second one,  like that trick :D
