if i have an army that is preparing on a city, can i get that army to attack a nearby enemy army without disturbing prep time?

Prep with a scout, attack with the army. Merge the army into that scout. take the city.

yes, merging with a scout or another army that has already been prepping an attack will cut however long you've been prepping in half

for say you had a scout prepping on a city for 14 days, you merge an army into that scout and it will display that you've prepped for 7 days instead
