@ Overcome thats the red ring of death, that was around with the older models of the 360's, the newer models dont have that problem :)

i lyk both systems though, i prefer 360 cause i lyk fallout 3 and 360 has tonnes of down loadable content.

but still microsoft r pricks cause u have 2 pay for the bloody map packs

it was written in the norwegian news that alot of the 360 had production flaws, and that almost half of the 360's at some point had been at the repair. i only read a tiny bit about it so i dont quite remember though:P

i agree, i have a 360, love it, but they do overheat extremely easy, one of many flaws. and they dont get god of war =(

This causes the GSP chip in the motherboards' soldering to melt and the chip to come loose and no longer show the picture.

Basically... Keep it in an area with at least 3-4 feet behind it for the heat to fan out. It shoots it out perfectly, but if you put it next to a wall, it goes back into system and overheats. I myself have an elite, which they add a couple of better overheat preventions to in the first place... What you want is a 360 with a Jasper chip or just flat out a newer version with the new motherboard. ^^

it is certainly ok to throw the PS3 against a wall..

never could get into any of those consoles myself...i had a ps2 but i prefer pc games ...been tempted to get an xbox from time to time but never took the plunge...i have mucked around with the ps portable and that's a lot of fun and i can see a use for that....but yeah my favourite gaming experience was when i was in russia 2 years ago in a net cafe all hooked up with mikes playing counterstrike against a team of yanks across the other side of the world. it was quite surreal being on the red's side.

my old roomate actually used to get paid to play counterstrike (uber nerd ftw) and the guy was ridiculous good to the point where he wouldnt even have to look he just had a pattern and he followed it like rain man lol. I once saw him kill 38 p[eople in less than a minute by tossing grenades and shooting without even looking first. I quit playing counterstrike and ravenshield after that.

I was in the top 20 for halo 1 online  before I went to south america but didnt play anything for a while after that so now im noob again.

btw trash talk form non english speakers is hilarious, example" I will motherf&*&% you you are sh!t on my face" I about die luaghing sometimes.

i got my 360 when if first came out and ive never had the rrod, i must be one of the lucky ones :)

I am in canada games cost more here and I just spent 20 bucks on 1400 points each map pack costs 800 points here.
