Men and Wimmin! Place ur bets, the game has commenced! In the first session of many we have the following lineup:

France: niMic

Austria: Osiris

Spain: Ghouma

Ottoman Empire: Love

Muscowy: Tobleronex

The map when we started in 1492, we used ryokens balanced scenario for better gameplay.

Osiris had not played for long and soon showed his agression against niMic, for which he payed dearly. Just before he invaded France Osiris broke treaty with me on how to divide the balkans. In response to this the Ottomans Invaded. There where quite som fighting but i must say my favorit hour was when i suprised Osi with a 40 k army arriving in the Benelux, i managed to take over Antwerpen and burn most of the countryside when peace was concluded. Many wars ravaged but maby some other players can pass in their stories? We played for 31 years tonight and ended the game with the beginning of the Reformation. meaning we have about 300 years to go. Alot of fun was it and this is how europe looks after this nights sessions!

It might not seem like that much but theres only passed 30 years and most of the colies you see are cities.

Sezy u should been in that game but u delayed it for like 1hours man and then u just disapeard! Tomorow tho u gotta join in the fun! Lyko said that he was going to play 2 :-) I urge everyone to get this game. Try it out in SP for a few weeks, if ur hooked we shall meet u on the battlefield! Mouahaha :-)

We actually quit playing 2 years later in 1545 but no new lands where taken over(oh lyko took danish norway and jylland). I am going to tell you what the ottomans have been doing tonight! I begun with something i called new from the Khalif, which turned the whole game into and RP frenzy, which was great fun! I announced to the world where i sided in wars and such. There was a great war between the Russians on one side and the Polish, the Liths, and the Swedes on the other side. I immeditaly insited on white peace from the attacking side. I even attacked poland trying to enforce it. Tho, fearing international intevention on Ottoman soil i peaced them a few months later after occupying caprathia and Ruthenia.

The war ravaged on and whilst it did i supported the russian with between 1000 and 2000 gold to help fend of the attackers. In the end the world forced poland to ceed its baltic possesions(kurland and memel) to the russians.

I also made war with Persia in which i took their last Sunnite provinces on the border to me. The Mameluks also rebeld but i vasallised them by force and have plans on annexing them soon. I vasallised Hedjaz and Aden and later annexed them, giving me the holy cities of Mekka and Medina. I also vassalised Tunisia and Algeria.

Some years after vassalising Algeria and giving them a place in my alliance they where attacked by the british. The British Expeditionary force consisted of an estimated 40 ships, 30000 infatrymen, 8000 cavalry and some 20 cannons of diffrent calibers. The Khalif of course honored their alliance with Algeria and sent out a fleet of 300 Galleys to kill the ships to seal of the landed troops. Also 20000 infantrymen was sent to aid the algerians(this was hardly needed as Tunisia and algeria practially killed of the invasion force themselves). All british enemy ships where sunk withing 3 hours of the arrival of the Ottoman Fleet. Nun was spared. The landed army survived for a few months in the mountains, tho very decimated by the defensive forces.

When all men Ottoman and her allies soil was killed the Khalif demanded 100 gold for peace. The British offered only 50 gold. By doing this tey dishonored the Khalif and Allah and therefore they must pay. The demand was increased to 150. Still they did not accept. Thus we threatend with Invasion of the British Isles. France said that they could never accept such an invasion but the Khalif laughed at him and invested 5000 gold in warships for the invasion that would give him 150 gold. That is what he thinks, honor above all. If the Khalif says give me 150 gold you give him 150 gold and not trinkets. If it will cost the Khalif millions to get what he wants he will get it. Let this be a lesson to all!

Just before the game ended the russians made a pact with the russians dividng the great plains. This gave the Crim mongols land to the Khalif of Suleyman I.

History of the Spanish Empire 1523-1543

Europe:

The Spanish Empire didnt grow much during this period. But Tuscany had grown very large (5-6 provinces), and they were my allies so I tried to convince them to be my vassals, but they didnt seem to want that.

The new player Kristen turned poland from nothing to a great empire and also converting them to protstantism. Later this led to the greatest event of this period the War between Tobleronex Russia and the combined forces of Lykos sweden and Kristens poland. Loves ottoman empire anounced publicly that he gave away loads of cash to tobleronex so he would win the war. The prime reason was to keep it balanced. I however want a strong poland near the ottoman border so I sent loads of cash to poland (in secressy). It ended with russia gettign two provinces.

I succeded in vazalizing tuscany after Austria took back a province from them, and me conquering lots (read: 3) of bordering provinces from the papal states and venice.

A fun event was when me and Love put our fleets in the same province, 800+ ships (400 from us each).

The New World:

This is the place that my money went to. Its expensive to colonize but I think that i have built up a nice foundation in america. Stretching on almost the entire east coast and on the mexican coast. I also had a short war with the incans but I accepted their peace offer of 175 gold. Im not ready have all that gold just yet, because of the inflation you darn *beep*s. Since I have refused all offers to trade maps, I am still the only European nation in the New World. I guess Nimic and Cobra will want to get colonies pretty soon.
