They accuse us of hurting their feelings even if it was only a small misdemeanor, so perhaps give them a low defense, (that way in a field fight, even if they lose, they'll inflict high kills with their OP, and as such think they've won.) They are cheap to get but expensive to keep, so perhaps make their Upkeep 5x that of any other race. They should have cheap medicine and mining sciences. (To accommodate their feelings, and lust for gold.) Said "Scorned women" should have double movement speed, and bonus attack against anyone who has attacked her or her kingdom. (Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.) The Ownage spell should for Females, only work on non Female cities and armies. We all know they only have power over men. I had a few other suggestions to add, but maybe at a later date. Mine is glaring at me already.
