I have no clue...

An old, almost bald man (or a humanoid) with high cheekbones, smartly dressed probably in a cloak, alone, holding a shotgun (or a rifle) right-handedly, in a hazy or smoky, probably very plain room (or other most likely indoor space) that has plain light bulbs in the ceiling (or hanging from a string). On the background there could be some kind of a slanted plane, a staircase or such, can't really tell... could be also a ventilation grille or something else. The smoke or mist could be coming in or going out through it, if it is a grille.

Smart-dressed old men with shotguns could be mafiosos or vampires, or somehow related. On the other hand elder mafia family members rarely use any guns themselves, but prefer operating through middlemen--who would probably not wear cloaks.

It is also hard to tell if this person is the good or the bad guy in the movie, because he is presented in a rather awe-inspiring pose.

A movie like Blade would fit the description, but I can't really tell since I haven't seen it.
