Umm do you mean that someone from rebirth attacked someone from Phi despite having a nap? would that be sort of like when Crazy signed a Nap with Phi that specifically said " NO CITIES ARE TO BE RETURNED" AND THEN I SENT THE EXACT WORDS IN THE NAP TO THE ARMY PREPPING ON MY CITY AND THEY TOOK IT ANYWAY? (despite the whole Nap thing) and then when I asked what the compensation would be I was told that there would be no compensation because Phi didnt feel there was reason to despite signing the agreement and then breaking it)
basically what I was told was that even tho I had followed their conditions they were not willing to follow their own agreement. rather than bother with a dishonourable bunch of asshats I just left starta to deal with another group of dishonourable asshats.
Its very hard for me to take Phi seriously when they whine about being attacked by a nap when we had a nap for less than 2 hours before they broke it.
The agreements between PHI and your leaders were that all cities on starta would return, and you would return to Valhalla. The no cities returned was the cities Zerocool took. We figured that made up for the, as your leaders put it

Meanwhile pls stop spreading half true storries. If you want to tell people about the issue, then tell everything, not only the little part about a town. Then tell everything about your attack without permission from kingdom site, then tell about the hole story about that town you mentioned. That town was a blocker between world Starta and Valhalla and while it was in Phi hands it secured both worlds Valhalla and Starta and their kingdoms inside, because till you came both worlds lived more or less peacefull next to each other. Then you showed up and pissed off every kingdom in starta with attacking them, so do you think any1 wants you to stay in starta ?
So that peace could get established back it was urgent neccessary that this specific town had to be removed in Phi hands and the gates closed again, to secure peace for both worlds again.... blablablablabbalbalbala
There was and is no place for Kitty in Starta this era. Neithermore when you accepted the terms, you sent it to whom ? A player who was offline and didn't knew your answer, a player called Zero, vice of Phi dealing with the valhalla issue.
I know I repaet myself, but the town was liberated by a normal player from Phi before Zero posted the results of your negotiations, and is it true or false, you have only sent him your answer and no1 else in the kingdom, forum or any1 else, so you can't blame my kingdom buddy for disobeying orders/arrangements in treaties...
I know it, because I have both the liberation report and the mail from Zero, because the town we are speaking of is mine.

(since you will not be able to answer messages asap, to avoid further damage) 1.3 All 'important' messages are to be replied within a 24 hour period.
~ Blocker Terms ~ 2. All blockers are to be closed 2.1 Blockers shall not be opened to any enemy of the NAP-partner. 2.2 Blockers won't be opened to third party kingdoms unless agreed by both kingdoms. 2.3 Unprotected or Abandoned blockers that cause enemies to pass are considered to be "Opened blockers", hence all blockers have to be guarded. 2.3.1 If a blocker is left open and undefended, the other KD is responsible for any damage done by that action. 2.4 If a blocker is under attack and there is (even) a (small) risk that the enemy will break through, the other kingdom will be informed.

In either case, a Warning must be sent, and at least a tick is given for complying. 3.1.2 If both sides agree, or in case the person owning the city/army asks for it to be attacked, a copy of that request has to be send to the vices.
~ Magics Terms ~ 4 No casting of magics on each other. 4.1 You cannot ask another kingdom to cast a spell for you on your NAP partner. 4.2 If requested by the other kingdom, casting Bless is allowed.
~ War Terms ~ 5 This Nap does not protect new members that left their kingdoms that your NAP parther is at war with. 5.1 It is the right of the kingdom to demand the right to kill that player. except that I messaged him the actual nap as sent to us by your leadership which he then ignored. remember the nap terms were given to us by YOUR leadership. when it was discovered that he had taken my city rather than give compensation you took the dishonourable way out, no surprise.

I dont think any RVL members are angry at the fact that Rebirth declared on us. We didnt want relations because we like to welcome wars, especially good tough ones like the wars we are in now.

My army is doing just fine im razing no pulse cities on valhalla, and unlike no pulse I didnt make an agreement and then break it I just outsmarted their so called uber leet players and am enjoying running around killing cities.
if i really wanted to i could have chased you down and hit you with around 70-80% on your all mighty army, but tbh it wasn't worth it, your taking a bunch of cities up north which won't mean anything at all at end of era.

Dark was successful thanks to Holly and the kingdom Mystical. Simply put without either of them you would have fallen through outright.
As for me coming to Dark for a portion of the era mind you I came to Mystical first as per the request of Resistance. I then switched to Dark and was made a vice shortly thereafter if you dont remember as per request of the Dark leader at the time Vampire Queen. I spent more time training the new players that helped make your kingdom successful. As for Dark being successful. They we're successful on Zetamania that's it.
GOTF the kingdom I helped build had more success there with 9 players then you ever had with your 30+ players. You by no means have the skill or the know how to compete on Fant as you have had much better players fight your battles for you.
Dynasty the kingdom I made again did much better then you did. The kingdom was one that I made simply because I wanted to play an era out with a real life friend and I still finished decently for being killed off at the end by F&V.
I must also ask you. Have you been in a kingdom that was or is attempting to win an era? I've been in Retribution and am now in Revelation both are contenders for the win each Era. Dark and Crazy are not.
Finally as for dropping away from Fantasia RVL dropped on the far western side of Starta so it's not like we didnt have a long walk either. You would just much rather stay on the lower worlds and not compete. But that's fine some people are only good for beating on n00bs.
