its true people need to adapt but those who are more active then others will more likey be the offensie and the ones who cant be on as much will fill the blockers and defend our cities

for many reasons i wasen't a vice in heaven though i asked many times and i know for a fact that if i was i could have handled and helped us win instead of deing every time that heaven was attacked.
 heaven was fine when the enemy wasent on its soil but defenses in heaven were.. sad.
 i have nothing against individual members of the kingdom but organization was sad there were alot of vices and im sure the only reason they were vices is because Argyle didnt want to lose them (good players) but only duke loren soth did anything.
i also noticed 3 people? leave heaven after i did they must have felt the same as i did.
we should of learned from our mistakes from the era before but no we screwed again almost on purpose it seems

i did send out everything i had but i was the only one it seemed to help gallyon on the far reaches against aurora northern core. i lost that city and 14k nazzies his city was called boogie. Heaven was to preoccupied to be a farming kingdom so yes of course i was mad when i had lower income then most and i was making 90% soldiers of my income. sure we did fine most of the era but again thats was only when there was no one on our soil. and as for you ruby your a good player but u gotta see the wisdom in my words if u wanna survive which we didnt (two eras in a row) u gotta defend ur core. i told people to train troops i told Zmone to train troops and look what happend to him he got destroyed on the first day of the war u know why he had 6 million income but no soldiers.. thats just ridiculous. yes heaven has problems and im sure they will fix them. however i have had long lasting enemies in fate and i decided if we were gonna die anyways i was gonna burn some of thier cities which i have done.

However Ruby you do make a good point why would i make a better leader? because if someone farms with no troops they will be kicked and their cities taken control of if they dont train troops 4 days after i have told them or 96 ticks
I would keep communication simple the real thing is only a few people want to use IRC or Chat keep it to the mass messages and keep them SHORT to many leaders make long messages and i lose what they are trying to say Im not looking for speeches just where to go/what to do/ how to do it.
There will only be a couple vices 3 max and they will be there because they have earned the honor to carry that title whether that is Diplomacy, Organization, or Strategy they will be there because i trust them to LEAD the kingdom when i cant get on and make those decisions that might mean WAR or PEACE
I will put Teamwork to win before winning the era just to have my name on the HoH we will not be the Top kingdom on our first era but we will survive.
