There have been many, i remember the original (1st heaven) though the one that i fought and lost against quite a few times was the one that Argyle led...

i wasnt very good then and i sorta had my head up my ass.

The original heaven comes from Ponsa & Fordius.
Long time ago. Than later on ponsa's brother marduk took it than his friend Argyle if I remember correctly.
