We went into the era with no organization as we thought the only other major kingdom in the world was going to be RoC and no offense to them we have steam rolled them pretty much every era. We didnt have any races organised thus allowing the members to drop as whatever race they wanted (Our kingdom was pretty much made of Elves and Orcs at era start). We also did nothing for core preparation, we all just dropped a few ticks before era start and didnt even assign blockers, we allowed the kingdom to do what they wanted basically.

Either way, hurry up and cast arma so we can go for round 2 :P
