It doesn't work that way Sun. You're never going to be ready for war as it'll be a weaponrace between you and the opposition(Cold War) so you'll always be "preparing" for a war, if you'll wait till your ready, you will never attack ;P

I can paste my whole message list that i have right now and his message is not going to be on there. If he is inactive, I can understand but your kingdom just attacking me without me representing myself....that just makes me feel as if I am not even in a kingdom. I am a vice of Neon. If he is inactive then lets just have a CF until he gets back.

I agree with the Rebirth side in this. Securing core is priority, sympathy is one of the last priorities.
Being neutral doesn't exist in this game.
