11:06:53 Aug 12th 10 - Mr. Jelly: A good Elf to come play on Arma and cast Armageddon. Doesn't need to join the Daffodils but does need to farm like crazy to get this damn era over with. Thanks to Zeta not mentioning (until today) that the lower worlds will be ended by arma, it seems we've killed all the Elves here so it's going to go on and on and on and on (and on). At around 200 mil to get one extra magic level (and needing a few more than one) this Troll won't be getting there any time soon so, please, someone start an elf character, come settle in our core (we'll happily protect you) and farm farm farm!!!!

15:32:18 Aug 12th 10 - Mr. Jelly: Scratch that, it seems our new recruit can't come here and has to go to Talents. So how exactly do we finish this era? I reckon that I can save enough for the magic levels and MUs to be the first (??) troll to cast arma as long as no-one attacks me for the next 6500 ticks. That's about Feb 2011, so hope everyone plays nice till then!!!
17:43:49 Aug 12th 10 - Mr. Jelly: Ok, we now have two new Elfs, and both ended up on Talents. Guess we're a little stuffed for anyone finishing the era on Arma then!

21:38:26 Aug 12th 10 - Mr. Jelly: I know, but it doesn't work cos any new players we accept are landing on Talents (even though we didn't have anyone on there to begin with). So we're now stuck on a world where the era won't end until someone casts armageddon, there are no mages to speak of, and no prospect of any turning up. Wasn't suddenly changing to "arma ends the era" part way through a game, when everyone was already committed to the style of game they were playing, a little badly thought out?
