Its hard having to fight that much and still have spare troops to send at a traitor. (spare troops would assume we would be winning, and quite frankly....i kinda doubt that)

There are actually a few Federation cities around Monstrosity man. As there were when he left, and he didn't attack them because he was discharged so that he may fight HIV until his final breath. Because that's how real men deal with their problems.
