We can probably have the teams done in the next 12-24 hours. Sorry it took so long, had to look through HoH/Kingdom rosters and the signup list while minimizing time at computer due to wrist/hand issues. I'm okay with Bling for King for one of the kingdoms along with a solid group of some active Viceroy (lots of people like Horus, Stewie, Random, etc all potentially good vices). No feeding off of your loyal subjects though, that's a little too Evil.
