maybe you hadn't noticed, but I also had 530k kills that era. Little amount of battles, but atleast I killed a bit. Ask my kingdom-mates, I was good OOP and took out the whole IpF merge which landed right in our core (ask your most favourite LPD). Also took out LW armies which were going through our core taking mines and wrecking buildings.

I didn't want smith to win because he couldn't win in FAIR competition, so he resorted to feeding.

Why/How does Evans is the HoH ruler in every world he was in. Does he have a large occupied land or large armies in every world he is at? I just can't see any cities he have and also he has no HoH armies.

I've played the same as i have done every other era, i didnt even try for era win until about 4 days ago when i saw i was holding top spot regularily,,, it wasnt till about two days ago we worked out how, im helping a halfer train advents... you know like everyones done for the past... oh i duno 20 eras odd :P

like i said, think what you will but i intend to win the era without cheating, even if people think ive cheated ill know that i havent...

Evans is too far ahead in the ranks because of his inadvertent abuse of the experience bug. This is now up to Zeta to stop... because frankly, for all the hard work other players have put in, for a player who gets indirectly fed experience points to win makes this whole era a serious injustice...

Hard to compete against someone exploiting these 2 stats.

Well, in all fairness Barny, Evans probably didn't realise until a few days ago that what he was doing all along was the cause of his high rankings. However, the fact that he has realised it, and still intends to proceed with the whole abuse scheme when no one else is abusing it, is really a disgrace to himself, his kingdom and the entire era as a whole.

Ultimately though, I place the majority of the blame on Zeta. We keep on telling him to think his changes through deeply, carefully and thoroughly.... yet he always makes his changes based on shallow assumptions. His changes will now result in last era's and this era's winners winning because of an abuse... (though last era was slightly more fair....).

Hehe, I'm not entering the fray on who wins the era, b/c it ALWAYS seems like some exploit is used to win the era anyways but...watch where you use the argument "I/We have done it for many eras, so how bad can it be?" that always seems to lead down morally ambiguous paths :) (see: slavery, or if you want an in game example, townswapping - both scenarios they could say the exact same thing :P)
