Only 3 folks in Beothuk have the capability to cast plague. All 3 are training and itching to beat up Legacy. So to cast plague and affect themselves? Har har har!

Only an elf can cast plague. That chap packing 400K MUs is the one that arouses my curiosity... :P After all, only a very high level of magic power can pull off a 52 day plague.

Alternatively, there's this other dude called Kat who is playing elf and is also capable of pulling off silly stunts like this :P

Maybe a low MP as a tactic to weak all armies in the blocker and keep it contained from your cities. But that might be to much tactic for you hehehe

The earliest reports of plague seem to indicate it was cast on a LGC 1 building city that Zond made. We had several armies in the area, as you well know. These armies have been affected by it.

LGC cannot cast on itself.
Blings are dead and wouldn't have the range, let alone power to cast that far.
I'm not aware that Relent have any mages, let alone active ones right now.

That leaves Immortals and Beo. Both have range to our core. You've got a lot of members there, I wouldn't be surprised if you had some loose cannons who cast it without getting approval. As amusing as I find it, the cast didn't originate from us.

Oh BTW, Swifty, how do you know for a fact that the plague ORGINATED from a Legacy city? I always thought that it originated from a BEOTHUK city.... a former Beothuk 1 GT city for that matter ;) (yes, its always all about us, *chuckle*)

Be that as it may, I find this whole last hurrah thing... while a tad annoying... on the overall, pretty hilarious. Its funny to see how the kingdom with superior economies and superior armies will emerge from a plague situation versus the kingdom with smaller economies and inferior armies :P

However, I do admit that the possibility the plague is to weaken us in order to buy Binh time to build up his army and kill all of us does strike quite a bit of fear in my heart though... :(
