It's harder than you think when you've had dragons pillage your warehouse cities and cause havocin your core. But we are trying, and we believe we almost have it. Atleast we have a war going now with a fattened up Ranguie (yeah, you took over 100 mill from me) so that should be fundruing the wait.

Train 120k MU, split them in 4 amies, build a 1 building city, move you 4 armies there, then cast 4 times from the army at about 25%, if still failures then merge the 4 armies toheter and have another shot.
