Get more income doing a Caver city like that but not by much. It's the less houses and more income buildings that would make it worth it to lower troop cost by a very nice amount. Less food eaten helps to. =)

but lets say that u r gonna do nothing but mine in a city and u r orc...doing it this way would sure save on money you would otherwise put out on building costs....peasants may be great fro taxes...but in some of my cities i just cant keep up with them...even building 2-300 homes a shot...they must think my cities are refuge cities....lol....what if you did one mining city, one farming city and one lumber city in this fashion (as an orc)...then (and i am talking before u r oop) then move on to normal city building...would this be a good thing or a bad thing?
