08:59:17 Oct 5th 09 - Mr. Frodo Lost His Ring: when i was doing the diplo thing last era , in KoA, we put the "struddle clause" into all our Naps, including our Nap with RVL(lol). No casting of plague in world X at all unless prior permission granted by the nap partner. if you don't have a struddle clause then you can get struddled at will and there is no breach of Nap. so if pulse and boom dont have a written agreement to NOT cast plague then its allowable(assuming they are already in Nap)to cast it on their enemies. Don't get struddled, get yourself a struddle clause on your naps. ;)
