Raichu is actually much better but it can't learn any moves. Pikachu is the one that learns all the moves like Thunder.

Yeah but sorry to say Pikachu has no actually good chance when facing the Elite Four in the Pokemon game version Yellow.

Yeah right over my dead zapdos. Pikachu can only win if he is like level 75. He is pretty weak around 60 and trust me, when i played that game I had put all of the greatest moves on him but yet he sucked. I even used vitamins to bring up his defense but still he was pretty bad. There is no way you can win the Elite Four with a pokemon like that espically one with a crappy defense.

Oh and fyi Duke Pikachu, Thunder doesn't always hit everytime.

i was mostly separate from my KD on Midgard so i didn't get into much. i had to stay near my cities to defend. so this is just about who i encountered.
Thanks Belmont but i was not a mage. i only had lvl 5 magic... this era.
most loyal: Livious but i think that is due to inactivity
best fighter, overall: Seloc his archmages were hard to kill
best defense, overall: Deamon i could only freeze his army
most difficult to kill (arrrgh): Seloc had to merge 3 armies to hit him
most wanted, dead, preferably: no one.. i am a pacificist
most feared: i fear no one but Deamon had me concerned at one point.
best mage: didnt run across any
best diplomacy: n/a

biggest flamer (and i don't mean gay): Belmont, not much of a flamer but he did annoy some people in the forum
