Lets see BC are scrambling lvl 1 & 2 to go against our lvl 3s for dwarves and the rest 5. Destroyer killed their income in the south. He controls about 7 cities in the south. With all those lvl 1s and 2s they are producing in the blocker they are trying to hold we its just a small slow down. Im creating a second nazzie army to go around their armories which arent to well defended.

apparently not cuz our prep time hasnt been reset lately. Also alot of our prep time reseting has come from us casting CW on yall. Everytime we do it from our merge it resets the prep time. So i highly doubt yall are casting locust on us. You might have done it a few times early on but not lately.
