I think we should get teams for GvE round 3 organized ahead of time and we seriously need Zeta to remove kdless option.

Aside from Ignis (who messed stuff up for both kingdoms) one of the big reasons Evil lost round 2 was probably due to coordination and role issues. During round 1 of GvE Good had very few mages, maybe just one or two? During round 2 of GvE Evil has just one mage Let's take a look at a role breakdown for the Kingdoms from what I can see from Evil's LOS

Mages/Magic: I am only aware of myself (magic 11) and Anonymous (magic unknown but hes an Elf with AM) who are even AOTD capable, Good has at least 3~ mages and 3+ AOTD-Capable players, which is a coordination and role issue. Our only mage is Alrisaio.

Elves/Archmages: A lot of these things that can only be realized in hindsight, but Evil has 2 total elves and only has Anonymous angling for Archmages (our only other elf is our only mage and Anon got hit by 3 different Orcs all era), Good has Eternal Slumber with an AM stack, and Darkspawn/Shyers/Kobuskan as mages and then a handful of other elves who I assume are still farming or massing more AM.

Orcs/Nazgul: Evil only has two total Orcs and one orc who is producing Nazgul (Galaxar, bounced some halflings as he posted in another thread). Good has Pure who probably has a very large Nazgul stack. Our only other Orc was Penguin, and Good has had Maui/Unimazeman/Dragon.

Trolls/Berserker: Evil has 4 total Trolls, Bran and Kreed have produced very large (now dead) Berserker armies but due to poor teamwork/coordination they both received minimal help at the times in which they attacked. I assume Chade and Darkmoor also have large numbers of Berserkers still on the field or in cities.

Halflings/Adventurer: I suspect that Evil has had more Halflings than Good, but the only Halflings with large EXP'd Adventurer stacks are Binh and myself. Binh passed me on Adventurer count a bit ago and after comparing treasure logs and comparing our total land/EITS info I concede that myself nor any other Halfling will be able to match his Adventurer stack for the remainder of the era.

As a whole I think both KDs played reasonably well but Good was more coordinated, especially when it comes to having the lategame covered.

Ya, we did struggle quite a bit early and midgame. It was these losses that really sparked the commnity among the good kingdom. I think honestly that this health competition has in a way reignited a small part of the sense of community. Even if Evil had communication problems i do hope next era it is just as competitive.

Sorry about that! I only mentioned people that are going to be highly relevant in the lategame because Evil lacks them, but I forgot that you are an Orc with Magic 6 and therefore will be relavent based on your Nazgul count.

That's beside the point, I have magic 11 but that is also beside the point. So long as you have magic 6 you have access to self-AOTD and in theory can have whatever potential sciences you want because you also have access to Steal Science.

Maybe we should have something posted in each KDs forum to confirm a final list of players. We currently have about 25 commits so unless half the players are quitting GvE, I think there are still a lot of people that need added to the player pool.

As for deciding teams, I think it should be a draft or someone or a small group of people decide.

I think a lot of people end up wanting to play the world but being too lazy to actually sign up, which creates an issue with balancing the teams when potentially high-impact players don't sign up and end up getting randomly placed onto a team.
