yep, if you check our kingdom description it clearly states you will be denied if you request to join. we have such a strict denial policy that any member who applies is denied without consulting anyone. elements is full and does not require new members. thank you.

To clear up these so called misconceptions I will publish the events and supporting pm's to show the sequence of what has happened.
I am doing this because of the protagonists within certain kd's who feel they need to go to war because some manipulative nub feels its important to harm the reputation of KD's who have good standing in many quarters.
We received 2 applications for members to join us. The first came from Mr. Coldcarp, who i felt was too comfortable surrounded by trio, and thus felt suspicious of it because he has no kd banner and trio have not attacked a very good looking city, well within their borders that had no allegience.
The second application came from above mentioned nub, who so far has done nothing but betrayel all the way. In his application, he claimed to have spent 6 era's on fant listing Carnage and Sheolic as former KD's. As he was not flying any kd banner, we had zero line of site on him.
Only after accepting him, he claimed to be under attack by ROC/Retribution. I instructed him to cease immediatly and I would contact the parties concerned.
I then contacted Osiris and asked what his side of events were.
Both Osiris and Lewatha explained there sides. Having accepted him, I offered compensation myself for damages he had done, and attempt to resolve the issue.
However, Osiris and Lewatha felt they deserved to kill him, and after a few accusations of betraying the terms of our agreement, I felt this was not a matte between preds and Ret/ROC, but a self inflicted issue that concerned RET/ROC and Naum Isaakevich Eitingon.
I took it upon myself to kick him within maximum of 2 hours after accepting him.
It was then that we were being accused of all sorts of things. As a total laugh, he claimed Mars had been his "employer" and he was a freelancer...never heard of anything as silly in my life....had he mentioned any other name I may have questioned that person concerned.
But because I know Mars, as do most, as an exceptionally upstanding VU player, the joke was obvious that the player had one motive and that was to make general *beep*.
Well, he has done that, but feel that fingers are being pointed very wrongly in preds direction for a nub action. Sure players come and go, but dip*beep* here just has no idea about the game, and i look forward to him and I crossing paths again. No pred will get involved in that battle. Its just you and me nub. And you wont have anywhere to hide.

I also do not like a person posting on the main forums that we are wanting to war the whole map. We have our agreements. You accepted players from mantrax, who jumped to you when we attacked, then proceeded to attack us.
I'm not threatening...i have done nothing wrong. Give me 12 hours to come up with an agreeable solution. I will take it to our vices and leadership and ask them to vote as to whether we go to war based on accusations about us being dishonourable by accepting a player without prior knowledge of the affairs, or to kick him for bringing the preds name into disrepute.
Either way, you will get compensation for the losses at that city and we keep him and he maintains our principles, or kick him and you get your revenge and no city.

Im not sure why everyone is after Preds. We have been very calm through this entire situation...
All I know, is that from all the proof given (90% of it from Bob) it clearly shows that we handled the situation like any other KD would if they happen to be in our situation. It's the lazy fool's that dont read the proof that start making accusations.
