Actually as one of the relatively new players in POFF this really hasn't made me want to quit. It's actually rather exciting. I like warring with other nations, although really bringing in music was unnecessary this war is personal dammit, and as most of the new and active members live in the same dorm with me I can say they are enjoying it too. If war upsets new members then clearly this isn't a game for them cuz war is what it's all about. Sometimes the biggest and the best will ally against you and really the only thing you can do is give up or give them hell till you're dead in the ground

I feel that it is an honor to be the sole target against (arguaby) two of the Most Experienced and best kds in the game..

I have been here for I believe 11 eras and not once have I complained about the disadvantage of members in kingdoms. 12 vs. 28 is outrageous but to tell you the true, Losing makes you smarter. Losing tells you that what you did was not the right way and not to do it again. Losing can make you a Winner so you just have to push through.

You guys remind me of that Brethren Forever kingdom. They were new guys from utopia and had never played VU before. The first time HIV faught them and wiped them out like 3 times in one age they kept saying "Oh, its exciting, blah blah blah, etc etc". Then, the next age we plowed them under two more times because they landed next to us again.

I don't believe they left a goodbye note, but they surely disappeared after that. If you think getting rolled is fun now, wait until it happens again. You may not give up and quit yourself on account of losing, but once your mates do, it all tends to collapse.

I believe they that dont play anymore because they had multis. They got banned. I am just saying that I have lost many times but I have won many times because of those losses. I have learned good lessons by losing. Most people in RL do.

This city has ****** peasants who are working as hard as they can.
There is space for ***** more buildings and at this time we can build a maximum of ***** structures or ***** more walls.
It costs 333 gold, 83 tree and 83 stone ( 666 for walls) to build one building. Each building can take up to a maximum of 15 days to build.

Talk about bad luck!!! XD

Who am I? I am a man with a superior kingdom banner. Besides that? Not much. As for why I am in your "forum", its the in game politics forum Einstein, not your kingdom forum. Perhaps you meant "thread"? Well, this isn't your thread either. It is for discussing in game politics of Zetamania, and that is exactly what I have been doing ....moreso than yourself especially.

Regarding brethren, I've no idea why they quit. But lets just say, the 5th time they died, they were no longer happy and kept messaging to us saying how we are making them quit. Now, I know people say that a lot and don't actually mean it. I don't claim to know what happened to them. Personally I think they were a bit idiotic and I don't particularly miss them either way. If they didn't want to keep dying, they shouldn't have kept getting in the way.

My point still stands however. Getting beat is a good experience, there is no better teacher. That is why I say people should stand up to challenges even if they know they will lose, because they will be better for it as long as its not a blowout. However, getting blown out doesn't teach anyone anything(especially multiple times). If the round is pretty much decided before the 2nd week is over, everyone loses. I hear things like "it will be relaxing to just farm the final 3 weeks" and comments like this. I cannot help but smile. Certainly there is some SimCity game variant that would please you more. Whatever you do, no Sim Ant however, you have to fight over ant hills then :(

There are many ways to do well in this game. Easiest way is to be honorable, nice to speak with and then be accepted into a winning kingdom. That is also a good way to start for fresh players, since those are the best places to learn by doing and watching.

But trying to survive with, or lead, a kingdom full of greens... well, that's a tough one. It doesn't matter what you do if your team mates think it's enough to log in three times a day, or even four or five some days. It's all about activity, maximizing your income and choosing only fights you can win. So making too many enemies is stupid. Cannot say if it bodes well for the Music for the next eras, to own this one without many allies but only enemies. Maybe BoW and Music own the next one as well then :-)

I was just reading this thread and remembered the moaning I previously posted. I would like to say sorry to everyone who had to witness this. I was just being a bit of a bad loser I guess (I say I guess as I'm not entirely sure why I did moan then), and would greatly appreciate it if I could be forgiven. So whatever the outcome of this era is, I would like to say sorry to Music and good luck to you guys.

I don't usually moan so I'm not really sure why I did, though I'm not going to type out an essay as I don't want to waste anyone's time but I thought that I should say sorry and should have actually, said sorry earlier for moaning as much as I did. So sorry to all.

Samual, unlike Commander Baldwin, I have room to forgive for wht you said about the whining but I cant forgive the fact you left a perfectly good kingdom even though they were trying to fight. That is never good to leave a kingdom that is in an extreme war.

Brethren did not quit ,they changed accounts and split up as a kingdom due to heavy accusations they were cheating , and that the leader was abusing his members ,although around 4-5 (i believe they were the viceroys except one)of them were the same person , so you didnt make them quit path. about 16 of them are still about ,

Regarding Samual and Baldwin:

Samual's humility was portrayed in that post and it is what we should really recognize. It takes more balls for one to apologize than it does to keep on yapping.

I don't know what the situation is (nor care to) but regarding the apology and response I think Samual did a great job and Baldwin, well I can't judge because I don't know the details. Anyways, perhaps he might not be a leader, but Baldwin, you said "you are doomed to follow it seems". That almost says that "following" is a curse. If we were all leaders then there would be no kingdoms. Also, on the post before Samual's apology you (Baldwin) said, "Easiest way is to be honorable, nice to speak with and then be accepted into a winning kingdom.".. The being Honorable and nice to speak with is very true but, being accepted into the winning Kingdom is a pretty selfish and (imo) a bit boring. I'm not opposing you but don't you think it would be more fun to be against the odds?

I am sure we all want our Kingdom to be the winning Kingdom, but that is if it happens through our hard work, not from being part of an already great and powerful Kingdom who can over-run any smaller one.

Anyways, yes very random I just bump in and run my mouth, but it's ok because I love hearing myself talk (jk < or is it? lol). I'm glad to be back and I'm sure it'll be fun to be part of the game community again.

correction Ice Prince Cyruss.... most of the new players are personal friends that I have brought into the game with Jonny's help... they are here to stay, please believe that, they are going no where but to the top of the leader boards...

i do however agree that it does seem if not a little (unfair) then certainly overkill for music to get involved..... I have no doubt that BoW could have hit us prety hard in the south, and perhaps completely killed us, but it would have been a very fair fight... with music however... the end of this era will no longer be fun anymore for us... it will simply be embarrassing and stressful...

i respect music, and I grant great praise to their leaders, they are very smart, and all around good players... but i think they should have stayed out of this war... it wasn't needed for them to get involved.....
