*tries to turn his head* no but i wanna be on ur face :) *grinns deeply*
*Father was deeply disappointed when Virris left the tavern, but seeing Chaos, he decides to ready his stick and poke that guy (Kulren) instead.*
Chaos reverses the spell, causing Father and Senturu to exchange faces. Promptly, Father turns into a frozen statue just like Senturu. Chaos then vanishes, reappearing a minute later next to a keg. His hand passes through the barrel before coming out. In his hand was a orb of alcohol, not the beer inside the keg, however. The liquid was mysteriously holding it's shape without a container. Kulren murmured, "How the hell is he doing that without magic?!" "Without magic?!!" Ahkari looked at Kulren. Dael spoke, "Chaos is magically inept... His blood prevents him from using the arcane magic that most humans use... But he is using magic, of a entirely different type and alignment... A darker breed, far more unstable than even demonic magic. And that he has mastery of it gives me a pause for concern..."
*still tying to find his body.* umm...could any one help me?
Reverting back to his laid back, younger state, Ahkari picks up Senturu's fogotten head and mutters a few words before Senturu's head and his "lost" body become flesh and blood again. Ahkari sniffs and finds Senturu's body, which somehow landed near the toilets in the men's room. Ahkari casts cleansing spells before dragging the headless body out and proceeding to heal Senturu's head to his body, muttering, "Pick on my age, now huh?"
well ya do look young. and id get in trouble with god if i let ya drink in me tavern. and yes im GOD.
Ahkari shakes his head, rubbing it, "Who said I was after beer and whine? Damn, that crap's for ya'll *beep*s who do stupid stuff as drunks. I like cola, water, and tea, that is it!" Ahkari then gets himself a pitcher of tea and pours himsel*beep*lass. He then whispers something to Kulren. Even Senturu could have caught "Seal" and "Destruction" among the whispering. Kulren shrugs, speaking, "Not soon enough, about the time those two figure it out, Chaos'll use the damn thing and destroy this entire planet. Chaos'll move on and find another planet to live on." Chaos smirks, "So, you two know of the weapon I have embedded in my flesh, eh?" Kulren snorts, "Well, duh-huh. Kirvask told me everything about you, Chaos..."
*Father wonders if Ahkari will notice the fact that Father couldn't make it to the toilet and pissed in the pitcher of tea instead.*
Ahkari brings the tea up close to his lips, before sniffing it and looking around, "Aright!! Who's the son of a *beep* that pissed in my tea?!" Chaos rose a brow, "He can SMELL that?!" Kulren spoke, "Ahkari can detect if you're lying just by the scent of you. So, yeah, his father was a wolf-beast after all."
*starts laughing crazily.* it was chaos. he did it. no punish him.
"Yes, I shall have to agree with Senturu, I saw Chaos do it."
Still sitting in the corner watching the entertainment. stands up and starts summoning an aeon. A few moments later, Bahamut appears in the tavern sitting down.
Ahkari, who could smell lies from a mile away, forced Senturu and Father to drink the piss-ridden tea, forcing it down into their stomachs. Then, Ahkari ties them up using enchanted elf-ropes and leave them hanging from the ceiling. Ahkari spoke, "Oh, yeah, the special herb I put into the tea will kick in sometime, and you two will have a hangover, only it's gonna be a vicious one... And that was the last of my herbs for it so you'll just have to find it on your own when the addiction kicks in." "Oh no... It wasn't Skribbane was it?" Kulren asked. At Ahkari's nod, Kulren slapped his face, "....." Ahkari spoke, "Well... At least they'll be addicted to it." Then he turned to the two hanging upside down, "And the longer you go without Skribbane, the weaker you get, mentally, magically, and physically. And FYI, there is no cure, of any kind, other than years and years of torment. The stronger you are, the longer it takes, because it doesn't leave your system until you are COMPLETELY powerless." "Harsh.." Chaos stated, before smirking, "I like it."
"Well, then I guess it will never leave my system... but, you seem to forget who supplied you with the herb in the first place, that little Skribbane is nothing, I have developed such a tolerance to it that I have take over five hundred of those herbs at once to feel anything at all."
Ahkari raises his brow, "Then you have no real power whatsoever. Skribbane drains your powers the whole time it's in your system. There's no immunity to THAT, I should know, I've had some my self at one time, got over it, took ten years." Kulren spoke, "Did Ahkilthar get over it?" "Yeah, and died two days later." Ahkari looked at Kulren.
"I didn't say I had immunity just that it would take forever to drain me. But I don't understand something in your explanation, you say the longer you go without Skribbane the weaker you get, then you say that it doesn't leave your system until you get completely powerless, do you mean that after you are completely powerless and it leaves your system you will get even weaker when you go on without it? Or do you mean that you just have to take regular doses to not get any weaker but it's still in your system? And that the presence of it in your system makes you weaker even as you take more of it to stop getting weaker. Either way your explanation makes no sense whatsoever."
*cuts himself down and then cuts father down* oh im angry. *holds down Ahkari and pisses down his throught*
Ahkari watched his after image fade from beneath Senturu and laughs as Senturu's "stream" lands in Senturu's own beer. Ahkari then looks up at Father, "Let me clarify, Skribbane drains your powers until you no longer have them. And then it does one of three things... It could just kill you outright, as the worst case scenario. It could remain in you, continuing to drive you mad with it's addictive chemicals, second worst case. Or, for the least worst case, the poisons will leave you, but the residual chemicals will continue to drain your power, even after the addiction passes, you'd just be what you were before you learned your powers, a simple lord with followers. The only way to prevent Skribbane from draining your power is to take increasing doses, but eventually, it will kill you that way, as the leaves are not poisonous in smaller portions, but eventually, the poison will turn your blood into pure acid. As for me, and how I have my power now, after my addiction.... I found a 'cure' for my Skribbane addiction. But you'd never use it, though."
"Oh wow, you are one sick bastard if you used that cure! And with your grandmother's corpse too! And I still do not understand how it can continue to drain your powers after they're all drained. And won't taking increasing doses just drain your powers even more because thats what it does? Drain your powers? My dumb little demon, you make no sense."
Ahkari opens his mouth when a voice speaks from the tavern door, "Ahkari's grandmother has nothing to do with the cure to Skribane." A white haired, blue skinned man with blue-white, 5-foot wings walked in, his feathered wings rustling. He wore a simple brown robe who's proportions hinted at the underlaying armor. There was no weapon him and his golden eyes glistened with an unkown power. His blue tail was tipped with it's own blue feathered wings. An strange aura, neither demonic nor holy, surronded him, hanging centimeters from his skin. The blue skinned man stopped and looked up at Father, speaking, "Only Kulren can cure Skribbane by enchanting an item for you that you then wear, which is why you'd never get it, you would never sell your soul and loyalty to Kulren... And Ahkari is not lying, he has no demon blood." The man's nose wrinkles as his face shows disgust, "And you reek..." Kulren grins, "Tyra'Jil... What brings you here?" Tyra'Jil gazed at Kulren, his face softening slightly now that he was distracted from Father, "It is Tyra, I've dropped my last name, if you remember... As for why I'm here, I am stopping by on my way from collecting a bounty... Refuge from the rain, mostly, but I did promise Noyana I'd meet her near here."
*Father clips the feathers from Tyra's tail-wing and adds it to his collection of the most ugly objects know to this universe and all others. He would have loved to take the faces of the demons and the dog and the freak as well but he thought that would be harder to get them to part with.*
The feathers slowly vanishes from Father's pathetic collection before his scissors fly out of Father's hand and bend, snap, then shatter into billions of sparks. Tyra, in the meantime, sits and speaks, "You are a fool, that is why you do not comprehend your trial." Tyra gazes at Father calmly, with an emotionless look, "As for the explanation, it is simple. The more Skribbane you consume, the more poison enters your body, the the slower it drains your power. The less you take, the quicker your powers are drained, but the less of it's poison enters your body. Even if you break the addiction, the enymes left behind permenently in your blood stream will continue to strip you of any power you may gain.. The more of the poison you consume, the less the Enzyme affects you. The less poison you have, the more it drains you. Stopping the consumption entirely makes the loss of power inevitable, as you will have no poison to combat the enzymes that drain your powers." Tyra then pulls out a red flask, shrugging, "I know of two ways to cure it... One involves begging Kulren for his help.. The other involves begging me... And if not done precisely correct, my way is fatal. It's either successful or fatal, there are no inbetweens." Tyra takes a swig of the red liquid.
"But when you consume Skribbane doesn't more of the enzyme enter as well? Your poison is quite cocnfusing."
"Not really." Tyra stated. "You're still suffering from the enzyme. As such, you're stll losing power. As for how Skribbane acts, the poison counter acts the enzymes. The poison remains your blood stream and will fade over time, but the enzyme directly alters DNA and muscular structure and you body cannot break it down... Skribbane contains more of it's poison than its enzyme, which is why you'd need increasing ammounts to suppress the loss of power. There are only two ways to be rid of it, one path with me, one path with Kulren. Kulren 'suppresses' the enzyme's power with specially tuned enchantments, you'd live, but you'd never be able to take off whatever item he gave you. May way has only a 90% fatality rate, but you'd be rid of it forever." Tyra'Jil takes another sip of the red liqui, after he swallows, he speaks, "All you've done was rid yourself of the poison. The rid yourself of the enzyme, you'd have to submit to either Kulren's cure or mine. And because the Enzyme is a part of DNA, any children you produce will suffer from it. But it's moot point anyway. Skribbane is in your system still and it forever will be... Unless you take my cure. Kulren could help you get rid of it as well, but his is more along 'suppressing' the enzyme's draining effects."
*Father rips off his right arm again, summoning a dark portal on the floor of the tavern he tosses the arm in. After waiting for a while and bleeding profusely, a heavily cloaked figure of medium height steps out of the dark portal. As the light hits her face, it is absorbed, leaving pure darkness where her face should be.*
Tyra snorts, "I am no minion of Kulren's." Kulren's lip twitches, "How true..." "I serve only the Pharlans and their needs. My people and my grysole are my concern, nothing else." "Grysole?" Ahkari echoes. Kulren speaks, "Grysole, mate, wife, whatever you'd call it. Pharlans call it Gryesole, Humans call it spouse, I call it mate. It's the same principle. AT least until the kabosyle. Or whatever." "I'm surprised you know a bit of my culture," Tyra looks over at Kulren, his left brow arched, then he smirked, eyes closed, "But I know you're going back to your homeland, as the Drathor House is uniting, and as such, so is Hell itself under it's banner. A united Hell, for the first time in twenty thousand centuries." "That is not a gaurantee..." Kulren stated, eyes closed, "There are still rivalries in the Drathor house yet to be settled... Old arguments that have yet to blow over, if they ever will..."
* After 20 (drunken) years stambles Mielo into the tavern* "Yeeeeehawawes thiiiieenns geuuuuujjnnn wroouwwwn wewatelyeeeeyee? ?"
"The hell is he sayin?" Kulren asks. Tyra suddenly speaks, "Kulren... You cannot lead the Legion from Hell... So who are you placing in command?" "Ahkari..." Kulren looks at Tyra'Jil, "He's faught many battles and he's very loyal." Tyra'Jil stands and speaks, "I challenge that decision, Kulren.. Not for his age, I know he is 59... I know the circumstances from which he is born... But I doubt his ability to pull your kingdom togethor after you leave..." Ahkari growls and shouts, "YOU TRYIN' TO START SOMETHING?!!" Tyra smirks at him, speaking, "Very well, how about you and I battle in the Legion Arena, Ahkari... Winner leads the Legion next era..." "You're on!" Ahkari snaps before charging out the door. Tyra gives Kulren a look, "He's too brash... He'd doom your kingdom..." Tyra then walkesout as well, to prepare for the battle ahead. Kulren blows air in a sigh, not of being tired, but of frustration, "Blasted all..."
ill lead your armies. im an excelent military commander
Dael, his eyes closed, chuckles, "I beg to differ. I remember a Sir Senturu from the Darshivan Empire, I believe, getting stomped by a Mr. Light Elf and his archmages..." Kulren gives Dael a glance, "Wait? Say what?! You've MET Senturu?!" Dael opens his eyes halfway, speaking, "Not personally... But I have seen him get stomped by a kingdommate the same era Jeremiah cast Armegeddon from Mantrax and succeeded, despite Abydos's scramble to stop him. That was when I was Viceroy for the kingdom of METAL."
i remember that era and cannot forget it. thats when i learned the most valuable lesson in VU. dont trust anyone. a vice by the name Human kicked all my members of my kingdom. from that point the north east became a loose assembly of kingdoms. nothing holding it together. even after that METAL didnt even try to attack us. even tho they could of won and they knew it. after my fall, i joined IE and helped them as much as i could. but i was deleted. at that time i had another account. so i restarted on zeta. so no none named Light Elf even came close to hurting me.
Dael smiled at Senturu, "You can thank me for holding METAL back. Light Elf wanted to finish you that era. But I and my king had other concerns and I knew we would need resources for the war that was brewing on both our southern and northern borders." Kulren rose a brow, "You spared someone?!" Dael nodded, "Yes... What? I've done in many times... In this world and others..."
even if you did come. you could never of killed me. i had 3 cities all spread out. till i started taking some from people who tried to attack me. and in each citiy i had 10k knights. at the time i thought it was alot of troops. and they cost me a bit
um....hello?...sweet no ones here. free beer yeaya *grab's some beer and starts drinking*
Nooo!! I want free beer!
thank god. i could use the company. at least we got rid of those demons right. lol *hands Lulu a beer*
"You wish..." Dael stated. Kulren rolls his eyes before slowly reverting back to human form. His blue eyes glowed softly and his black hair shifted as he shook his head. The black mark below his left eye returned. He wore once more a black shirt and jeans with a black cloak around him. Dael looked at him with a raised brow, "Why'd you revert?" "I like human form better..." Kulren stated, "What's it to you?" "You are aware in human form, or that other forms other than truest form, your powers are diminished." "So?" Kulren crosses his arms, "Not that these mortals pose much threat anyhow.... Look, you wanna raise hell and cause catastrophes, fine.. Leave me out of it... Why do you think I cut my relations to ANY Drathor in the FIRST place?!" Dael rose his brows, but said nothing.
dammit there back. oh well. and who you callin weak. im as strong as any of you here. me with my mighty spoon can take over the world. and your home too fools. muahahahahahahah
Kulren gives Senturu a blank look, "Take over hell? Why the heck would you want to? I practically rebelled to get out of there..." Dael rose his hand, "Ditto."
yea but i wouldnt have to rebel. id rule it. i could leave if i wanted to
*Finally walks out from the bathroom, joins up with everyone else, sees Senturu...* - Hey man, how are ya....? *Stops talking, looks at Kulren Drathor and Senturu, the rooms silent.. Efrandor pulls his pants down, pisses on Kulren and pukes on Senturu, leaves his pants and goes back to the bathroom, on his way in he takes a beer with him..*
gall dang it. *grabs a rubber bat and heads to the bathroom. once the door to the bathroom was closed everyone in the tavern could hear the sounds of someone getting beat with a rubber bat.*
*Senturu flies out from the bathroom door.* - NOT NOW!! I'm drinking!! *Senturu hides under a table...*
Tyra'Jil walks in, as Dael and Kulren both simply vanish. The Pharlan sits down before pulling out his flask of Gelak Rek blood wine. He takes a sip before leaning back and pulling out a smoke pipe and an odd flask with leaves in it. It was not a substance normally seen. Tyra'Jil lights up and proceeds to smoke, but his puffs of smoke turn into birds, ships, and little rings that proceed to move around the tavern.
* ow ... may the drunkessly fun begin again ... after all this many years of ...* Hey ef ... I'll help defending your fortress *takes out his Toilet refresher* Here take that senturu ... You will melt away when you smell for once in your life the freshness of my Refresher ... *passes the tab* OOOOhhh beeeeer .... so long ago ... must fight .... temptation ..... aarrghh what the hell *lays down under it and drink all night long*
so. you people come to my tavern and think you can drink all my beer? *gets up and moves Mielo away from the tap* ok Efrandor your turn *heads to the bathroom......a few minutes later Efrandor fly's out of the bathroom with his pants down*
*Good for Efrandor that he always wears three pair of pants, otherwise he would have been naked now.. Efrandor lands just under the tap, that very luckily is still going strong.* - Beer, hooja!! Mielo! Refresh this unrefreshed place with your refreshing refresher faster then Senturu can say; "Refresh my @ass"!! *Opens his mouth once more to the temptation of the golden water.*
Tyra'Jil looks on with mild amusement, quietly smoking his pipe.
Efrandor !!!! has been like a million cans of beer when I last beered with you ! I would love to hug you but then I'll have less beer ... hum ... Sorry my friend it really is going to be the beer ;) here drink some more on senturu's costs
