Blue is the 2nd hottest color....if you ever look at a fire (or a gas stove) you will see the color blue....and white is of course the hottest color.....and if you reject that fact then ill just say its a special kind of fire sword......

It looks good but you should have more fade. From bright blue to bright red just doesn't work. Put some mixed colours and lighter yellows inbetween.
