Does anyone know what OP/DP an injured troop has?

I retired all of my injured troops as too many were dying and I could train faster than they healed. My percentage on the army that was prepping my city at the time fell by ~5%. (This could be due to it buying a mil science or having happiness cast on it, but seeing as this all happened over a period of 30 seconds I think this is unlikely.)
