it has no houses... yet i get +301 growth rate...

what is the exact factor that effects the growth of peasants? I was always under the impression that it was houses, affected by moral etc....

Lots of people think medi sci, but the factor you get by medi sci is extremely low. For example, I had a town with +200 growth, at 0 medi. I upgraded to lvl 5 at the same tick, and my pez growth went to +205

So it hardly does anything, really...

I never really cared about med sci for pez growth, use it for battle healing ;)

But what i mean, i know all those factors affect the growth.... cept for max land size :|

But i was under the impression that it was the number of houses.... not the number of buildings, I have bigger cities with less pez growth, yet same prod etc... and they have houses in it... :|
