22:30:07 Jul 22nd 09 - Mr. Owain: Wanted: Production manager to wonder the lands making sure peasants are having enough sex. Any peasants lacking in that area will be fully serviced until productions rates are satisfactory. Peasants not in compliance will be fed to dragons on a case by case basis. Applicants must have prior knowledge of dragon management. all applicants pls post below Compensation based on performance.

As they are part of an empire which is fated to war eternally with those around it, they don't want to bring another person into said dead-end empire. To increase production, just promise peace. You don't have to keep the promise, of course.
