19:04:54 May 17th 08 - Mr. Killer:

Right, this is a completely original RP, hopefully.

Basically, you choose a world(The amount depends on how many sign up), with different characteristics.
E.g., the earth(approx...): Radius: 6,300 km
; Atmoshperic Composition: 78% Nitrogen, 21% Oxygen, 1% Argon, 1% Water Vapour, 0.04% Carbon Dioxide, tiny percentage of other stuff.
                                     ; Satellites: The Moon.
; Gravity will be taken as 100% for the Earth, so people have an idea for other planets(Also attracts unwanted objects from space...)
; Light(From star) will be taken as 100% for Earth, as I don't know how else to measure it.
                                     ; Surface area : 510,000,000 km²
                                     ; Other points to note: Has a sea(water, H2O) 2/3 surface.

Then, you get some creature to start with(a single-celled life form), and then I will give you choices to evolve into. Admittedly, there will only be a tiny portion of animals found on a planet such as earth, but bacteria and fungi will not be counted apart from in the early stages. You have to try and get a balance, otherwise one creature might take over and then die itself, or the gases will go out of control.
You then eventually(perhaps) get an intelligent life-form, and then you kill the other things on the other planets(They're fairly near each other). You will be one creature of any one animal, and can do anything you wish with it. I'll try and give you a brief description of each animal.
So, sign up...

  4. Bruiant
  5. Ernie

Just so you know, I hadn't heard of Spore until Septim mentioned it.
Also, I'll only be doing this until my exams(2 weeks or so), then I'll continue on after them again(nearly 2 weeks). This RP shall stop during that time.

Right, we shall start today, and anyone can sign up during the game(But you could be seriously behind if you do so late). Once you die though, you can't sign up again, and the winner will be the last person with a surviving creature(It can only be one, but you'll probably hav a more plentiful population than that. When you get your intelligent speices of creature(s), I'll try see what resources you have for building and such like.

Anyway, planets first(this'll be tough).

The Earth(approx...): Radius: 6,300 km
; Atmoshperic Composition: 78% Nitrogen, 21% Oxygen, 1% Argon, 1% Water Vapour, 0.04% Carbon Dioxide, tiny percentage of other stuff.

                                     ; Surface area : 510,000,000 km²
                                     ; Other points to note: Has a sea(water, H2O) 2/3 surface.
                                    ; Temperature : Between -30°C and 40°C(Actually 90°C and 58°, but anyway...) . Average 14°C.

Will do some more later.

you only described one planet, so i waitr untill there is an option

23:06:58 May 19th 08 - Mr. Killer:

*sigh...*

Right, continuing on(I apologise if there is any completely unrealistic planet able to sustain life(or start it), but you never know... There are various natural disasters(Major ones, won't bother with minor ones), some planets more prone than others, but you'll have to figure that out yourselfs...)
(You may rename them if you so wish, but when you post(not qus or whatever, just posts about your planet), post the details about it and its animals, and keep it nice & neat & together)
(Oh, and I'll be playing as well, but not competing with anyone, merely sending stuff from my planet to kill you if you cheat or something(Disasters are just as handy, but I sort of want to play too))

Masyplon: Radius: 27,000 km
               ; Atmospheric composition: 10% Nitrogen, 58% Neon, 20% Carbon Dioxide, 2% Phosphorus, 9% Helium, 1% other gases

BUT NOW U CUT MY CHOSEN PLANET OFF!!!!

*throws anoter brick*

lolz, ill make my own planet actually + ill draw it up on paint, i alrdy have ideas for my evil little world....*cackles*

19:14:24 May 20th 08 - Mr. Bruiant:

are you lot not listening?
Right, that's it for the moment, please do not choose yet.
we got 4 planets. im not too good on gasses etc, but i know that a planet with 78% water vapour will rain a hell of a lot, especialy if it has salt :D
is earth an actual choice? or just a comparison.

20:01:00 May 20th 08 - Mr. Killer:

*Killer easily catches the bricks, but is out of breath from running to have to catch them. He decides against hurling it at Blood Spill, as he needs all the players he can get(Well, maybe not...)*

Yes, Earth is a choice, but wouldn't you rather take a more original planet? Yeah Blood Spill, that's fine.
Gralognat has quite a bit heavy water(Deuterium(or however you spell it) in the water towards hydrogen, an ion of hydrogen with 2 electrons.) just so you know as well.

20:34:33 May 20th 08 - Mr. Ant:

water is the basis of life, plants can grow, oxeygen animals can grow.

AND I HAVE THAT PLANET

20:42:43 May 20th 08 - Mr. Killer:

Splinkle: Radius: 4,000 km

            ; Atmospheric Composition: 58% Xenon, 8% Radon, 12% Nitrogen, 2% Chlorine, 18% Oxygen, 2% other gases
            ; Satellites: 1, Spunruke
            ; Gravity: 3%
            ; Light: 90%
            ; Surface area: 297,000,000km²
            ; Temperature: -5°C - 39°C Average 13°C
; Other points to note: Satellite, Spunruke, is capable of holding life... Highly radioactive, Radon.

Spunruke: Radius: 4,500 km
; Atmospheric composition: 12% Chlorine, 1% Astatine, 41% Iodine Heptoflouride, 27% Xenon, 1% Hydrogen Peroxide vapour, 18% Helium
; Satellites: Is a satellite of Splinkle...
               ; Gravity: 64%
               ; Light: 96%
               ; Surface area: 100,000,000km²
               ; Temperature: -21°C - 22°C Average -1°C
; Other points to note: Is a satellite, and revolves quite quickly around Splinkle. It is unknown why it revolves around Splinkle towards the other way around.

20:47:48 May 20th 08 - Mr. Ant:

how does a more dense object orbit a less dense one.

Re check phyisics please killer

20:50:57 May 20th 08 - Mr. Killer:

I'll hope everyone notes how I posted 3 seconds after 5 minutes before Ant's post ☺ I also hope you'll note, "               ; Other points to note: Is a satellite, and revolves quite quickly around Splinkle. It is unknown why it revolves around Splinkle towards the other way around."

20:57:57 May 20th 08 - Mr. Ant:

then chance "towards" into a "insted of"

GRAMA

21:08:46 May 20th 08 - Mr. Killer:

Nothing wrong with my grammar there... Don't be hypocritical.

21:13:32 May 20th 08 - Mr. Ant:

lol thats hillarious, have you read it

21:15:06 May 20th 08 - Mr. Blood Spill:

aww we have to have planets wit water an stuf to get life!?!?!

grr thats against my evil ways!!!

21:17:19 May 20th 08 - Sir Wraith:

I don't see anything wrong with Killer's sentence....

21:18:46 May 20th 08 - Mr. Ant:

do i speak another languge

21:39:30 May 20th 08 - Mr. Bruiant:

Ant, yes. because as far as im aware,  your post was the greatest irony i have seen in a while :D
"

then chance "towards" into a "insted of"

GRAMA"

its grammar. killer,

i dont want earth, i was just wondering if it was a choice or just a comparision. im not very good at physics, so itll be difficult for me to choose a planet. but so i far as i see, sprunkle looks to be most interesting, especially because it has radon in the atmosphere. what fun could that be. an 8 legged humanoid.

22:24:29 May 20th 08 - Sir Ernie The Orange:

I should make a planet that would be 100% geared toward me...lol...

23:10:47 May 20th 08 - Mr. Blood Spill:

do we HAVE to have water an crap on our planet for life?

cant they jus survive on the rivers of WONDERFUL blood!!!

23:20:25 May 20th 08 - Mr. Arvious V:

Hmm, can there be a planet with THESE gases?

43% Oxygen, 12% Nitrogen, 9% Neon, 21% Carbon, 7% Helium, 5% Hydrogen, 3% Other Gases

23:46:44 May 20th 08 - Mr. Killer:

Ant(and Bloodspill if you so wish), you can take that planet later, but please wait until I do all the planets.

You don't know that there isn't life that's not water-based... There's a bit of water on most of the planets anyway, but not much. Anyway, in this, there can be life without water. It doesn't have to be realistic... It's not as if I even bothered calculating the proper surface area(excluding craters and such) from the radius(roughly).

If you do make a planet that is too advantageous towards you, I'll change it slightly. I'll still let you have bit of a bonus(if you make it) though for creating a planet of your own. Try away ☻.

Jranoltor: Radius: 9,000 km
; Atmospheric Composition: 2% Ununseptium(*looks at Septim*)(As yet undiscovered, in this it will be a gas(probably solid, but anyway), very radioactive and a halogen. ), 3% Ammonia, 44% Oxygen, 42% Hydrogen, 9% Ammonia
; Satellites: 7, Hyastor, Slatustor, Crastunus, Platnusion, Lutius, Pronzor, Quintolar
              ; Gravity: 195%
              ; Light: 80%
              ; Surface area: 1,200,000,000km²
              ; Temperature: -34°C - 45°C, Average 2°C
; Other points to note: Planet revolves slowly, giving it long days and nights.

Plutanork: Radius: 1,000 km
; Atmospheric Composition: 17% Carbon Monoxide, 5% Gold flouride gas, 12% Hydrogen Chloride, 13% Ozone, 32% Oxygen, 20% Helium
              ; Satellites: None
              ; Gravity: 30%
              ; Light: 90%
              ; Surface area: 4,500,000km²
              ; Temperature: -10°C - 59°C, Average: 20°C
; Other points to note: Spins rapidly, and has short nights and days.

23:52:27 May 20th 08 - Mr. Killer:

Arvious, if you wish to have those gases I can put them in some planet, but I really wouldn't like to be on a planet with 21% carbon gas. I'm not sure what the boiling point is, but I know it's high, I think...

23:53:18 May 20th 08 - Mr. Blood Spill:

heres the pic of my planet an its satelites, i might change it alittle an ill name it an give its properties tommorrows

00:06:32 May 21st 08 - Mr. Arvious V:

Hmm, yes, but I'll switch my carbon with Hydrogen.

00:41:14 May 21st 08 - Sir Ernie The Orange:

You could just say its carbon DIOXIDE....would keep the planet warmer....

Eden

Nitrogen 75% Oxygen 20% 1% Carbon Dioxide, and 4% hydrogen

Satellites- Charon

00:49:35 May 21st 08 - Sir Ernie The Orange:

Crap i was editing and it didnt save >_>

Eden

Radius 7000km

Atmosphere- Nitrogen 75% Oxygen 20% Carbon Dioxide 1% Hydrogen4%

Light-80%

Gravity-150%

Water-Covers 50%

Satellites- Charon(25% larger than moon) Hades(50% larger than moon)

15:42:24 May 21st 08 - Mr. Blood Spill:

The Black Pits..

Radius 100000km

Atmosphere-Oxygen 1%, Carbon Dioxide 40%, Hydorgen 10%, Helium 10%, Unknown Dark Gases...49%°C

Light- 10% (This dark and mysterious world recieves no light accept from the glowing blood which rises to the surface from the unknown...)

Gravity-10000% (This black world has amazing pulling strength and only the most extreme of creatures can survive here without getting crushed..)

Satelites: The Black Pits has a total of 2 satelites which spin rapidly around the shadowy world below. Both satelites very much unlike the blood thirsty world they orbit and very beautiful in their own ways. The first satelite, Genso is a small, bluish, gas type planet which over the years has managed to accumalate a ring of dust and ice. The second satelite, Ke-nad, is a marvelous world, with much water, and shares many similarities with that of Earth.

Temperature- The Black Pits is incredibly diverse in extreme temperatues.    In the black zones of nothingness which makes up the most of the planet the temperatues have an astonishing range of anything from -1000°C to -10000°C. But then as you approach the various blood lakes and rivers you see the temperature range of -2000°C to 2324°C, and as you get even CLOSER to the blood lakes and rivers you see an even BIGGER temperature rise where sometimes it can go as high as 8000°C!!! It is thought that the reason for such diverse temperatues is that the black areas of the planet absorb the sunlight which then heats the blood banks.

Other interesting facts: This beast of a world does not orbit the nearby sun, rather seems to stay idle and misplaced in this solar system, while the satelites orbit it. It is thought one day the world will ultimately suck in Genso and      Ke-nad but as of yet it is unknown. The extraordinary planet has a orangy upper atmosphere which is thought to be made up of the unknown gases. Some say the planet is a creation of the Devil himself, and one day shall envelope the universe in the blackness from whence it came....

17:34:13 May 21st 08 - Mr. Ant:

wow 110% gas layer

18:00:36 May 21st 08 - Mr. Killer:

Errr... Nice planet Blood Spill...  I'll sneak you in a good strong bacteria to get started, that wouldn't instantly be flattened to a pulp. (I know nothing could survive with 10,000% of earth's gravity, but anyway...) Your animals will all be nice and small... Better get rid of 10% of those gases though, as Ant pointed out. Those temps will cause me problems.

Alright, I'll create one more world for Arvious, then people can pick their planets and we'll start. Also, Ernie, could you please give a temp?

I was debating whether to add these or not, but I've decided I will.(Having 100% in something doesn't necessarily mean it will be useful)
You have 200 points to use. Scales are 1 - 100 on each.

Mutation(% is divided by ten. E.g. 100% would be one in every 10 animals.)(How many creatures are deformed when born. Most of these won't provide any advantage for the species(also won't mate, if they are species that mate, if they manage to get to the age), but sometimes they help evolve the speices, much quicker than they normally could.(e.g. Hammerhead sharks, albino hedgehogs(Not actually the reason it's helpful. I think they're quicker than ordinary hedgehogs)

Adaption(How fast a species can adapt to a environment.)

Variability(How varying a species is. The creatures you get will only be like a species type(e.g. spider, bear, deer), and this improvements how similiar these are to each other.

Reproduction(How fast they reproduce)

Survivability(How long they can live)

18:06:46 May 21st 08 - Mr. Blood Spill:

oops i mean 39% unknown and also i didnt realize havin so much gravity wud give me smaller animals lol

18:08:47 May 21st 08 - Mr. Blood Spill:

ill redo it i updated the pic a titchy bit 2

The Black Pits..

Light- 10% (This dark and mysterious world recieves no light accept from the glowing blood which rises to the surface from the unknown...)

Gravity-150% (Although this black worlds gravity is relitively normal there seems to be an unknown factor applying extra pulling force on various objects in the solar system.)

Satelites: The Black Pits has a total of 2 satelites which spin rapidly around the shadowy world below. Both satelites very much unlike the blood thirsty world they orbit and very beautiful in their own ways. 18:14:03 May 21st 08 - Mr. Killer:

You're lucky to be having animals with that gravity. Whatever about 340%, 10,000% would crush you instantly to a bug. Even if it didn't, you wouldn't be able to move. But it's ok, you'll be getting slow-moving, very very very strong creatures, with maybe 1,000 cell walls... :S It's ok though.

18:15:51 May 21st 08 - Mr. Blood Spill:

i changed it lolz
