Kevin was the one, who suggested to break with SilK and make a new kingdom (RoC).

He, I and 2 more did it and we were the 4 founding fathers of RoC. I'm a little unsure if Ancient (Basio) or Dyrness was no. 4, but I nearly sure it was Basio.

I have decided not to play VU anymore and by this, RoC is dead now. I'm sure some loves this (both decisions).

EDIT: account experience is kindda of a "new" thing for VU, isn't it? I mean there were alot of eras before the acc experience was implemented and i think quite a lot of us played before that so doesnt really answer the question.

EDIT 2: but then we have to think if we want to ask who is the "oldest" player in VU in terms of age or do we want to ask who is the "longest-still-playing" player in VU - which is entirely different :)

ugh the 3 man kingdoms....millions of kingdoms still napping their former kingdom mates so it didn't really accomplish anything (that was the first era me, venomz, and new player named Darkmoor started Carnage).

I genuinely miss VU several decades ago....Mafia/Own, Legacy, Fordy and Serenity, Soroban and NARRSE, PKS, Abydos.....the map was wall-to-wall players...\

Anyone remember the one era Zeta put in a side panel listing all naps and maps kingdoms were making with one another?

The best time i remember is when this game actually cared about its community and gave bonus turns for whoever languaged in Medieval.

I remember get over 5 bts every day. Maybe close to 10 by simply talking like i lived in The Medieval Times. Le Sigh

The admins are droppin the ball in this game. I feel sad. where did the glory days go?

(OFcourse this was more then 10 years back. right when the Kingdom of Heaven first formed. THe ruler has to quit due to heart complications. I sure hope he is still alive today but we will never see that again. You have all missed the Greater Leaders of Veterans Old Times. I remember that Red Cross like yesterday.

The Admins were of Youth and excited and helped with your payments and suggestions and questions in less then 1/2 a day.

OH u all new comers would have...relished in it. Loved it . All of the community was wall to wall and so active. Honour was intact. All Lords spoke to one another better then they do these days and in medieval tongue.

I really enjoyed era’s just stopping all the worlds and them restarting with Fantasia, later mantrax… it was more fun because if you died you could easily restart in a new world wothout having to wait for long time or restart in the same world with mass disavantage

I am playing since 2003-2004. Good times! But have been off for about 10 years.
