Ah-emmm...(I'm putting this in RP forum because the outcome will hopefully be an RP) Basically, there are four rules, you have to abide by them, and you can make other rules(which you have to abide by also) and then stuff about the game. This(hopefully) will be a weird RP with ideas contributed from different people.

Rules
1. You shall not break any rules.
2. Your rules or ideas cannot contradict other rules or ideas.
3. You can only post again(another idea or rule) after two other people have posted.
4. The thread dudes(I shall think up a name in a moment) decide whether or not to allow a rule or an idea.
Also, your ideas or rules can only be one rule or idea at a time. For e.g. say we've different races(not necessarily, this could turn out any which way) you could not make two races, only one race, not two or three. When you say we will have X amount of races, some dude verifies it, and then you have to wait until you can post one race.

Ok, so, this will start tomorrow... However, you can sign up for a position in between.

Overviewer(sorry, useless names, I know) - Killer(can kick someones idea or rule out even if accepted by a thread dude)
Thread dude(x3) - Some dudes(can accept or decline(wrong word, probably) an idea or rule. Only one dude is needed, and they can't accept their own ideas or rules(tey can make them as well))

Now, this RP shouldn't need someone to manage it(if it is, it will be me, unless I say it's not, or someone really wants to), and shouldn't need too much activity.

To apply for the position of thread dude, post an idea or rule. Sign-ups until tomorrow, the rules or ideas will be judged by me, as according to the above sentence and cannot break any of the rules.

My first idea is that I become a 'thread dude', my second is that this should be a non-stat RP.

I think that is still undecided. I'm vouching for a 'The Endless Battle' style thing.

The idea of this is that anyone can decide(but only in small bits) what this RP will be about. The first people will probably make the most important decisions, but others might come along and add in little things(though there is a great lot to decide).

...I am sure Killer remembers that well...

I want to devote all of my time to The Last Day and the RP that Septim and I have been working on for awhile.  I do not want to be hassled with being in a bunch of RPs...at least until I figure out how it will be.

You don't have to join the RP if you sign up as thread dude, just deline or accept ideas. I really can't see how you couldn't see how this works.

There's not going to be a second "The Place" again, at least I won't make one. Septim or anyone else can make it if they so wish. Anyway, Prominence is quite similiar, only everyone get rich quickly.

Ugh... No...(what are talking about anyway? Seloc's "The endless battle"?) It could be absolutely anything, the idea is that loads(two, or maybe more) of people give various ideas, so it could end up like anything.

It's an RP that everyone forms. Someone(ANYONE) post an idea/rule, it is delined or accepted by a thread dude, and then more and more rules and ideas are put in.
