Xemnas, I've stared at you riddle for so long the my eyes are burning out.

The only correlation I can make is that all of those 2 letter words are abbreviations of U.S. states, but then again most 2 letter words in English are, and I'd might not be Idaho....

So yeah am I right or just completely off.

Hi= Hawaii   Ma= Massachusetts   Pa=Pennsylvania   Me=Maine   I'd= Idaho???    In= Indiana   Or= GOOOOO OREGON!!!!

Old Mr. Tidy was found dead in his study by Mr. Fiend. Mr. Fiend recounted his dismal discovery to the police. "I was walking by Mr. Tidy`s house when I thought I would just pop in for a visit. I noticed his study light was on and I decided to peek in from the outside to see if he was in there. There was frost on the window, so I had to wipe it away to see inside. That is when I saw his body. So I kicked in the front door to confirm my suspicions of foul play. I called the police immediately afterward." The officer immediately arrested Mr. Fiend for the murder of Mr. Tidy. How did he know Mr. Fiend was lying?

Youre a shadow, you cant find them in light bacuz they wont be a shadow.

Absent at night, there is light needed for a shadow, hide in plain sight, they are there but ussualy you dont notice them:D

Both of you are wrong, the frost on the window is transparent enough to let the light inside show but not transparent enough to see that Tidy was dead. You cannot wipe the frost from the outside, only from the inside :) So he lied.

He used that as an excuse for breaking in and killing Mr. Tidy :)

There's a body lying dead on a bed, and on the floor beside it is a pair of scissors. The scissors were instrumental in his death, yet there's no trace of blood. The body reveals no signs of any cuts or bruises. How could the person have been murdered with the pair of scissors?

Wow looks like my riddle was believed to be answered(the one everyone thinks is shadow) but is actually wrong. Thats the trickyness about my riddle it makes everyone think it's 1 thing but is actually something else.Another awesome 1 for me. Wonder who will get it or will I have to tell you the answer.

Come on how can a shadow be present in darkness and not light or still be out in daylight. If it was shadow that would completely contradict everything in this riddle
