War of the Mind
20:53:21 Aug 15th 11 - Mr. Gabriel I:

Here is a draft of the first page of the story if anyone is interested:

Season 1: Genesis

I am Sir Gabriel, spirit of traditions and preparation. I write this canon to help you remember your past. I see you on your homeworld everyday now. The homeworld is a snow jungle with a slightly weak but breathable atmosphere. It is summer every day and winter every night. The process would allow the tropical life to blossom in the day but be well protected by the temperate life from the cold blizzards of the night, resulting in a snow jungle. The universe in which we live in is called Lunar Universe, created by a republic to benefit the minds of others. Although such universe is granting us peace in the last few days, the same peace can easily make us forget to progress and remain fit and ready for action. That is why I am here to tell you a story about how you got this far.

To begin the story, let me give you a sense of who you are. You are a monguin, a crossbreed of monkey and penguin. The mixture required extra technology about the same level as space travel including precise genetic manipulation and spiritual devotion for both of your parents; otherwise the breeding would be impossible. When developing the process in your father, we realize that we can play around with genetic manipulations. The catch is not intelligence or resources, but the reason why we are doing this. The bottom line is you are designed to be a miracle to many people.

You have eyes that are on the diagonal sides of your head. Your bill is flexible and your ears are found on your sides. You have both arms and legs like that of a monkey except your entire arms from the shoulder down to your fingertips are webbed while your legs are more spread out with the feet also webbed. Your tail acts as a fifth limb but is also flattened. Your belly is slightly bloated due to a diet that is required to keep you alive and is slick and white and includes a belly button for extreme measures of charisma. You wear tight short pants to keep you healthy and a mask to provide you with energy for your body. The pants are tucked underneath your belly so they don't get in the way of your sliding. Your mask wraps around your teeth, tongue, lips, and ears, plugs in through your nostrils and ears, and covers your eyes and the back of your mouth. Each of the five devices on your pants has two ropes with hooks on the ends and triggers to operate them so you can do various rope tricks such as whipping, swinging, climbing, and bungee jumping. You would rarely wear anything else so you can make use of your natural abilities. Your father was a marmoset and your mother a fairy penguin so everything except your belly is blue.

As you read this section of this book, you will remember where we came from and how and why we got here in the first place, for our nation started from an abandoned building and became a magnificent utopia.

Episode 1: A Monguin's Origins

Chapter 1: Prologue

James Caleb Malachi lived in a suburban home in Chicago, Illinois of the European Provinces of America. Illinois has always been a free state and a member of an entire nation whose purpose was to provide freedom to all citizens as long as one does not intrude another's freedom. Overall, there had been people that told each other what to do and disregarded the values of kindness along with the Golden Rule, which is to treat others the way you want to be treated. When I gained popularity, I spread my nation throughout the 24 states west of the Mississippi River. I gave the other 26 to Europe because it seems that enough of those people had European mindsets. Two walls face each other with draw bridges connecting the two, one on each side of the Mississippi River as well as the state borders. In the Eastern States, they practice and preach pride and denounce the Golden Rule.

Because of such, there had been countless number of gangs and dictators in Chicago that troubled both Jimmy Malachi and his family. He had a wife and three kids which were all robbed and killed by a gang. He knew that he could not trust the police and decided to quit the job as a therapist and flee to the outskirts carrying only his AM radio with him. When he turned on the radio, he tuned channel after channel after channel until he got annoyed by authoritarian and pessimistic beliefs. That is when he discovered me. he listened to the stories of all of the action I went through as Sir Gabriel the paladin.

The stories were very interesting. I was much like a comic book hero, but had some significant differences.

It wasn't my parents that died, it was my family that died, and my family was mysteriously assassinated.

Not only did I fight criminals, I also fought tyrants that were supporting them.

All of my "super powers" were so subtle, they were commonly conceived as purely natural.

My secret identity was a governor of a single building that had been recognized as a nation, but I wanted to keep that identity a secret so the government does not get any idea that I was actually leading a rebellion.

My secret identity was protected not by a mask, but a visor and voice amplifier.

Gabriel Smith is my real name but I separated the two to Sir Gabriel and Dr. Smith, where Dr. Smith was a fun geek and a good promising leader. No one would guess that such would be the secret identity of a heroic and traditional paladin and lone wolf.

My powers had spiritual origins, not physical origins.

I did not need a side kick. All of my fans eventually became side kicks.

My story was actually very dramatic.

Little that Malachi knew, however, was along side all of these interesting differences, there was another. My arch villain did not need to dominate the entire world. He ruled it entirely in conspiracy. However, he seeks conquest of Lunar Universe.

Inspired by my efforts to remain free and fight for justice, he decided to join a resistance movement. Much of the resistance movement was underground and under cover. The resistance was about the long history of crime and immorality in Chicago along with the rest of Illinois. Much of the Illinois government actually supported gangs. It was all about pride and competition. Any law abiding citizen would be robbed by both sides of the law and much of the money would go to the jail cells. The government seems corrupt, as they knew that getting people to commit crimes and arresting them is the only way they can get control. Also, people have to constantly watch their backs, for they could be shot at any time of any day.

The reason why Malachi did not want to leave Chicago to another city in the European Provinces of America is because he would have to rob banks and kill people to get on the train just to enter another city that is just as bad as Chicago, so it is not worth the risk. The reason why he wouldn't flee to the Western States was because it takes even more effort to do so for the government can never allow the flee attempt and when he arrives, he would feel that he lost my trust through his evil deeds. So, he was stuck at Chicago, fighting a rebellion against the Illinois government which never gotten anywhere, only worse.

In fact, after the entire group has been wiped out, Malachi was saved by what appears to be a troop of cyberpunk super soldiers. Four of them shared the same design of a battle dress while the fifth looked a bit different. The armor consists of separate layers that each provide comfort and protection including the protection your pants and mask provides. The first layer included exactly that along with padded hide, banded splint mail, and skin-tight space suit undergarments. The second layer included an exoskeleton, scales connected by chains, studded leather, and plating that did not cover the joints. The third layer had a breastplate connected by chains, joint support, jetpack and shoes, and helmet with visor.

The leader had a pistol that shot nuclear bullets and phaser along with a helmet the shape of a cap along with a mask that includes a visor. He also had a vest on the front with pockets, badges, and medals along with a beautiful cape with surprisingly divine properties. Each of the other four had a rifle and 1200 batteries. Up to three were active and when dead, they came out the left side of the rifle. Six were behind three being ionized and up to three would be loaded into the three barrels by the thumb trigger. 36 were inside the gun with the protons, neutrons, and electrons forming atoms that would be ionized once prepared. Cock the rifle and six more batteries would be loaded for the atoms to be ionized. 144 were in the clip attached to the rifle to form neutrons out of protons and electrons with 36 being loaded into the gun once the pin is pulled. Eight clips were on the waist belt being loaded with protons and 1011 batteries were on the shoulder belt being loaded with electrons. When the user pushes the lever with his right hand, he causes the used clip to reattach to the cable and loads in another clip from his left side. Ammo indicators show the amount of rounds in each of the active batteries, 20 maximum, the amount of rounds total that are ready, 900 maximum, and how much batteries are in each section. Two buttons on the left hand section of the rifle changed the settings, being no button for laser stream, right button for using one round of each of the active batteries, left button for stun, and both buttons for automatic shots, using all active batteries at once. The energy shots can cause damage in armor. The regular trooper had a bill and eyes that made him look like a raptor of some kind.

A bird flew on the leader's shoulder and Malachi was impressed. The leader reached his hand out to Malachi and Malachi grabbed it. They went on the gunship with a pilot, a copilot, one gunner on each side, and one gunner in the back. The gunship flew into a delta formation with a squadron of fighters with one in the front being relatively small and V-shaped and the other four fighters, two on each end, being claw-shaped and slightly larger than the fighter in the front. As they flew over the Mississippi, Malachi looks down at the wasteland that the ship seems to be flying towards. After they landed in the central airport and military base in Four Corners, Malachi learned everything about our nation.

The nation is ironically called the Owlgle Armada. The owlgle is a creature very much like you except is more military and traditional, along with being a hybrid of eagle and owl instead of monkey and penguin. Not as much modifications were needed or applied, except for the vacuum-resistant skin. The creature was designed to be the symbol of our nation, being that freedom and wisdom always coexist, for no one can have one without the other. This is because true freedom is the ability to rationalize and to think for yourself and your soul dominates your entire body more than any other influences. It was called the Owlgle Armada because the nation operates as a fleet especially to this day being in 2035, the year the Lunar Republic promised to bring the planet killer in the very edge of our sun's orbit. I will explain what the Lunar Republic is, but for now, I need to talk to you about Malachi.

The nation started out as one single abandoned apartment complex in Seattle, Washington in the United States of America that I owned myself and spread throughout the 24 western states, then to North America, and then throughout the rest of the Americas. Malachi trained as an owlgle trooper and learned about his role as such. In the fighter squadron, the commander would take the small fighter while the others take the other fighters. In the gunship, the commander would take the pilot's seat while the others take the other non-passenger seats. The cruiser was pretty nice though. It had five floors that fulfilled specific roles. The five floors are, in order from top to bottom, cargo and docking, military and mission, flight and tourist, passenger and life support, and utility and research. Cargo and docking had docking on the sides and, in order from front to back, hanger, platform, cargo bay, and storage. Military and mission had secondary cannons on the sides and, in order from front to back, main cannon, mission control, commander's cabin, briefing station, combat simulator, armory, and automatic blacksmith. Flight and tourist had secondary thrusters and wings on the sides and, in order from front to back, cockpit, bridge, pilot's cabin, map room, captain's cabin, flight simulator, and engine. Passenger and life support had cabins on the sides and, from front to back, shrine and clinic, dining room, kitchen, farm, ranch, recycling, and power. Utility and science had landing and docking on the sides and, in order from front to back, library, laboratory, laboratory storage, and manufacturing facility.

Being an owlgle trooper was pretty fun and exciting for Malachi. He loved the name not only because of its biblical origins, but because there are so many ways people could call him by name. This was also because he received a codename, Mission XXIV because he was the 24th member of his theatre and he was also begging to go on missions for the hero job he always wanted. His legion was assigned to Central America, though. While the place was beautiful, it was a noble ally to the European Provinces. Therefore, that was the source of trouble that the Owlgle Armada had in the past few years. It even drove Malachi's troop crazy. They began to attack different people doing what Malachi heard me doing: making assaults, temporally injuring selected targets, taking prisoners, and talking to people. The nice thing about the technology that people like Malachi had was that they can be so scary that in many times, they didn't have to use them. Casualties had been greatly minimized because of that. Gunships would hover over ground, fighters would protect the gunships, and the troops or infantry would go into the streets.

The job was sad, though. He went out and fought those hostiles and listened to the stories of the prisoners and hostages. A few of those hostages were actually pretty honest. It appeared that crime originates from tyranny. Crime was most likely to be committed by gangsters. Gangsters grew up as bullies. Bullies were bullied themselves by their parents because their parents were rude. Their parents were rude because the bosses were rude. The bosses were rude because they had trouble with taxes. Bosses had trouble with taxes because they were being overtaxed. Bosses had been overtaxed because there were too many regulations. There were too many regulations because the government can't be nice. If the government had been nice, they would most likely be killed instead of staying in office.

It was sad because it seemed that it was the law to be rude and immoral. If anyone has ever decided to become righteous, the same would be part of a minority because it had been too easy to be wicked. The most righteous nation there had ever been was the United States and even that fell and split in half. Even I had serious issues with respecting life at times. Malachi saw all this and decided to make people respect life more often and prayed for a miracle. After his prayer, he immediately got his prayer answered but it took the rest of his life to realize that. Deep in the tropical rain forest in Venezuela, a mysterious figure blew a tree stump and killed all of the innocent little critters except for one, making such an orphan. The critter was only an infant and was a little monkey. That monkey is your father. Malachi rescued the orphan monkey and instead of taking him to the hospital, he took the blueprints for making an owlgle and decided to heal the monkey himself. He took a sample of monkey DNA from another breed of marmosets and continued on south to Argentina.

The idea was that the best way to make humans more righteous is to help the humans to respect life the way it really is. To make humans respect life, the humans must first respect themselves and each other. For humans to respect themselves and each other, they must appreciate their own existence. To appreciate the humanity's existence, there must be more freedom and less luxury which I provided, and they must be charmed and lightened up, which you had done. For this matter, Malachi knew that the best way to save humanity from becoming cyborgs is with a secondary sapient species, which is where you come in.

The reason why a combination of monkeys and penguins would be the best choice is because monkeys are easily relatable to humans. An ape would be too aggressive and muscular for the job. He also knew the monkey had to be innocent, and he had to be an orphan. The same goes with the penguin. The monkey is the swift and agile primate with all five limbs to work with and the penguin has extreme levels of endurance and is humble. Monkeys are also known to be intelligent and can sometimes even do things humans can do. Monkeys and penguins are also the most popular species of mankind.

Malachi kept your father alive on the way to the southern portions of Brazil. As he approaches Campinas, he goes down shore to find a dead young penguin which he was able to find. He took a sample of the DNA and traveled inland to find samples of other DNA. He found something that would make your belly slicker than ice and a dead owlgle for many other characteristics of yourself. The most amazing things he found were fossils of what appeared to be a dragon skeleton. There was still some oil left, and within that oil, blood. He took a sample of that and that made a trick for your body. Your father was frozen in a small hibernation tube during this entire time.

Malachi had to go even further south to find a coast of Argentina where he would be able to find a fairy penguin that became your mother. When he saw a familiar sighting that he saw on the other side of South America, he knew he was lucky that he still had on his battle suit and still had his active rifle. However, the task was harder because not only does he have to kill every last one of those mysterious figures, but he also had to do it without a team. He also had to protect absolutely everything of his possession, otherwise his operation would fail. He loses his armor and rifle along with all of the combat equipment just as he became victorious. He found the blue orphan penguin chick and placed her into a hibernation tube.

Malachi later constructed his laboratory. When he thought it was going to take a long time, luckily there was a group of people that knew what he was doing and was glad to help with the project. The group was a popular medicine company in Argentina, which was known for genetic treatments. Just as he thanked them, they continued on with their works. He finally got to work with the monkey and penguin, giving them genetic treatments and raising them as if they were children. Even though they kept their own appearances entirely, they shared various portions of DNA of each other's species and grew up as equal partners. They also received something else which happened to be human intelligence, which came from souls ironically, for who would possess such creatures.

3 years passed, and the creatures quickly matured. They also learned science and craftsmanship in many different forms. Your father constructed the pants that you wear and your mother constructed the mask that you wear. Malachi was impressed by this and decided to have people with the necessary equipment apply what he has learned to providing cures to many diseases and disorders that people wanted to cure for a long time. Every once in a while, there would be a mysterious sighting that cloaks when up close. The more these sightings happened, the more frequent they happened. And the more frequent they happened, the closer Malachi was to his death. His lab was underground and the passageway was very secret and subtle. Throughout those three years, your parents eventually fell in love with each other and after those years, they finally got married.

After the marriage of the monkey and penguin, that strange repetitive sighting annoyed Malachi to death, especially when it was not moving at all and looked like it was staring directly at him. He felt that he did something they did not like. It appeared that his deeds annoyed them. He was wondering why they would go after the nice people and make people meaner. His operation became a quest. His quest became a mission. His mission became a mystery. His mystery became a forensic investigation. His investigation became his suspicion. His suspicion became his suicide mission. His suicide mission became his martyrdom. His martyrdom would one day become a miracle to the entire humanity.

When the figure descended from the sky, despite the fact that it looked really close, it was actually really far in the Stratus Cloud layer. When it landed, a hooded figure came out and started to question Malachi. They surprisingly knew English, and they knew it pretty well. When they looked at Malachi, they looked as if they hated everything about him, especially his miraculous operation that would become even more miraculous. When they talked to him, they said that that very act of performing miracles was heresy, for he should love no one, only their supreme leader, for he was in charge and that everything he said was the law.

The married couple followed Malachi as he was being dragged into the mysterious figure which turned out to be a flying saucer like people had seen in the movies. These critters knew that there were thousands of ships like that and that they came in various sizes and purposes. As the aliens placed Malachi on an altar, a sacrificial ritual was going on. They strapped him to the table and some played percussion. The necromancer wields dark magic at Malachi, causing him to fear, be tortured, control his thoughts, and killed him.

Your father and mother wanted to save Malachi, but they felt that Malachi's operation was not over and the risk was too great. They realize that they have to interbreed because that's the very reason why Malachi raised them in the first place. Their lives were more important than his, so they had to sneak their way out and escape before the ritual is complete. Just as they gotten started, they knew that they were too late to escape, so they had to find alternative routes. Your father luckily found camouflage and wrapped his torso with his tail so he could look like an alien. Your mother was disguised as an experiment that had been used to investigate Earth. With such disguise, your father managed to trick the aliens into thinking that your father had a failed experiment and must trade in a penguin for another one. When successful, your parents finally escaped with a hovercraft and found themselves in the South Pole. They go down to the coastline in the Antarctic Peninsula where they gave birth and raised you.

You will be to your parents as your parents were to Malachi

Chapter 2: A Glorious Day with the Penguins

You feel a huge annoying series of thumps as you are sleeping. It appears to be a penguin that wanted to get you up. Despite the fact that the penguin does not understand legitimate human language as monkeys like your father, the penguin had a form of language of his own. It was the same type of language all of the other penguins speak. You are like a sci-fi parody of cartoon animals. You made the language yourself by encouraging penguins to make certain sounds mean certain sentences. It actually was kind of fun, if you think about it. You had more supreme amount of intelligence, but you were able to spread your knowledge abroad. Your pants were tight and had the same color skin and fur texture as all of your body except your belly.

"Get up," he said, repetitively. "Get up; it is your birthday! Don't you want to celebrate your birthday?"

"Oh, sure," you said, sarcastically. Remember that this was all spoken in a language that you created yourself. "I would love to eat all of the cake made entirely out of fruit, coconut milk, and possibly salt from our ocean and get fat. Sure!"

"I didn't--I'm not--not sure--what is a cake?"

You realized that these penguins did not get your joke. There was another that they find that was so funny about you. They often made fun of it. Your unusual size, intelligence, and monkey characteristics. You then travel with the penguins to the north for a swim. "I hope you feel like swimming," a penguin said.

"Are you kidding? I was born to be a terrific swimmer!" You made a spectacular dive off of a really high ice shelf and swam faster than any penguin. You wonder why, for you are only half penguin. The other half has been rumored to not being able to swim or afraid of water. But you realize that when your father was rescued and raised with your mother, he became slightly penguin himself. Your extended limbs with webbings made it easy for you to swim.

You swim in formation with the penguins. Because you look a bit different and had monkey intelligence, you always had to lead squadrons. Many groups of penguins swam in delta formations and looked like a flock of flight birds on a beautiful day, or rather, the same birds flying towards the tropics for the winter in their hemispheres. The swimming reminded you of the stories that your parents told you about the Owlgle Squadron. Your squadron came to a swirl while another squadron swam right through it. Your mother decided to dive in with you and comforted you. She had to use the mask like yourself because fairy penguins couldn't hold onto their breaths as much as the emperor penguins, which were the type of penguins you lived with. A fireworks stunt was made and, when finished, headed directly for you. You became a tip of a cone that swam from one direction to another. When fish were spotted, the penguins headed straightly for the fish. You had your mask on, so the only reason why you would want to eat would be to either have that experience of mortality or to enjoy the taste of food.

These penguins usually were safe, thanks to both you and your father, which scared most of the predators away with the handmade tools. Ever since then, there had been enough predators to keep the penguins prepared for disasters to come. You decided to take a break and do what normal penguins can't do, climb an iceberg. Malachi seemed that he was nice and clever enough to apply snow mountain climbing to your father's grappling hooks, and therefore, yours. Another thing that you also found fun was swimming down to sunken ships or to enter abandoned science settlements that contained technology so you can make your own tools and build your own house. You preferred to be like a scout or a rogue instead of anyone a bit tougher, so you didn't wear much else. You may wear a hooded cape but that's about it. Also, occasionally, there would be a danger to your family and friends and you would do anything to protect them. It seemed as the planet at the glory of competition and also mortal is a beautiful place to live. That probably would not explain why the humans you hear about hate it.

Your mother would swim with you down to those very depths of the ocean to witness the ships also. Anytime while in such depth, your mother would tell you a story about humans and their fascination with the penguins. Every ship had a story, and when you swim to each one, you always learn something new and become even more naturally qualified to become an effective pirate, and maybe also a ninja. You dream of swimming north to the human world to discover what the world is like. A submarine came by investigating the ocean in which you swam. As you approached a sealed window, you took a peek into the submarine to see the humans working and enjoying the work. When one saw you he forced his hype on the rest of the crew and the crew adored you dearly. They had seen penguins before and had also heard about hybrids, mutants, and exotic technology like space travel, but they never seen any creature like you. Finally, a human pressed his hand on the glass and you followed suit. You start wondering what this could possibly mean.

As the submarine tickled you in the tummy, it left and you decided to swim back to the surface. When you approached the surface, your best friend, which you called Quaker, asked you, "Where have you been?"

You replied that you swam downward to the sunken ships on the bottom of the ocean and encountered a submarine. "You may not believe this, but the humans found me adorable."

"Sure," he said. "Don't they love us?"

"Yes, but it seems that there are some monkey characteristics that I had that they loved as well, especially in water."

"What is a monkey?"

You try to think up a good answer that a penguin would be able to understand. "Okay, you know what a human is, right?"

"Yes."

"A monkey is essentially that, except roughly smaller, has both hands and feet that are identical, his arms are a bit more lengthy, a lot more roguish and agile, and has fur. I wouldn't explain my origin in too much detail."

"Why not?"

"Because I am suspicious about my surroundings. If they overhear my origin story, they can learn about genetic enhancers. If they learn about genetic enhancers, they would be able to develop such themselves. If they were able to develop such themselves, would be able to create hybrids like myself. If they are able to do that, than they could create the most fearsome plague known throughout the entire universe." Little that you know is that the aliens did overhear this and applied such knowledge to create the species with the same exact physical origin as you but spiritually and psychologically the exact opposite of you.

You hear a weird plasma shot and explosion. You were wondering what that was. You swam back down to find where the explosion came from. You found the human submarine that adored you blown up and permanently damaged, along with the entire crew. You turn around and see a mysterious figure in the distance and suspected that such destroyed the submarine. You swim back up to the surface, crying. When you do, your mother followed suit and both you and your mother told the story to your father. Your father got a little over suspicious and quickly constructed a pair of blaster pistols out of scraps that you and your mother collected from the ships. He knew that an alien invasion was coming this way.

The other penguins calm you down as you continue your adventures. As you climb to the top of a hill, you prepare a toboggan race with the other penguins down the slope. It was a bit rough, but it seemed that you finished first as you usually do. Is it because that not only do you swim faster than the other penguins but you also slide faster? It may be because your belly itself is very slick. You wonder to yourself if it may be a mutation or a certain genetic upgrade. You also noticed that your skin seemed a bit thick and durable as you can climb up rough cliffs without getting scratched.

When you approached the other side, the other penguins were slightly different. They collected pebbles for the construction of their nests. They also were a bit smaller than the emperor penguins but still bigger than you or your mother.

Another strange sighting occurred, much like the sightings that you have seen or heard about in some of the stories your father told you about.

You thought your mind was playing tricks on you, but you start thinking that such sighting was real. Other penguins, however, were not aware of these strange sightings.

One of the king penguins ask one of the emperor penguins a question about you. He thought that you were a fairy penguin at first glance. "Who--" than he saw your monkey traits and corrected himself. "What is that?"

Quaker came up and did not know how to explain the fact that you are a mutant hybrid of genetically modified monkey and penguin. "It is a bit difficult to explain. Besides, he rather not talk about it. He said that it must be kept top secret; otherwise, plagues would occur among these ice bergs."

"Oh, and what else about this creature?"

"He has unusual hiking abilities. I never seen anyone hike up a hill that steep."

You interrupted and corrected him, saying, "It is called climbing. It is a monkey trait."

A king penguin was asking, "What is a monkey?" Quaker was annoyed by this question.

Another penguin finally decided to attempt to grab a picture of a monkey in his bill. He found it on an abandoned ship that was bound for scientific examination. It was actually quite plausible that these ships had monkeys on board because monkeys were the best companions for scientists to do such examinations. Many scientists, however, found Antarctica to be the most dangerous continent in the entire Earth. Everywhere, there had been constant avalanches and cracking ice sheets. It is probably the reason why no human has ever built a civil settlement on the continent yet. You don't think that they ever will, not even with the rebellion that you heard about going on.

The penguin tries to show the picture of the monkey for all to see, but you decided to do it yourself because you had fingers. When you hung up the picture, they knew right away that you were a hybrid.

You then asked them, "Do you want to see the other side of my family? You would have to swim up to where it is warm to see them, you know."

"Sure," they agreed. "We are curious about the monkeys."

You knew right away that you can show them the monkeys at least on the deserted islands.

You know that it would be a long swim from home, but it seems that you could use some engines to get the penguins moving faster. Each penguin had an aquatic jetpack strapped to his back, and so did you. Of course, like all of the other pieces of equipment that you made with your father, this piece of equipment, too, was made from the scraps of ships.

As you and the rest of the penguins left, you decided to swim forward towards the ocean, avoiding land. Underwater, you see a few beautiful reefs and brightly colored fish. Each and every one of them knew to take the time to swim around. You did the same. Every once in a while, you would see a scuba diver that explores the ocean. Each scuba diver would look at you with amazement because your underwater squadron of penguins had an unusual behavior. They knew that you must be up to something. They also came up and decided to talk to you.

"Hey, little guy," One guy said. "What are these weird penguins doing?"

"These penguins are my friends," you answered. "You may not believe this, but they were actually curious about my other side of the family."

"You mean that you are a hybrid."

"Yes."

"Then what is the other side of the family that you are talking about?"

"The other side is the monkey."

"Oh. There is an island not too far south from your position. It has some very interesting monkeys. Do you know what? This is inspiring."

"What is inspiring?"

"If you can lead penguins this far, you can lead humanity even farther!"

"Really? Am I qualified? Look, I am just taking my friends on a little vacation."

"Yes, but you had an underwater jetpack on every penguin. Plus, it must be a long journey all the way to the Tropic of Cancer from where these species of penguins live. If a human travels this far as an explorer, he's usually at best a pilgrim."

"So I had the capability to travel long distances, making me a suitable pilgrim, but how does that make me a good leader?"

"It is better to be loved than to be feared. Humanity needs hope. You had developed a lot of skills and talents that even Sir Gabriel wished he had. Your charisma makes you a natural leader and can also make you a miracle."

"You know about Sir Gabriel?"

"Everyone knows about Sir Gabriel. He is now preparing humanity for the great exodus we have been already waiting for a long time. Lunar Republic has a battle station that is already in this solar system. They are waiting for the signal to begin closing in on us."

"Good! I can finally figure out what is going on."

The scuba diver gives you some petting on your head, back, face, and tummy. "Go," he said. "Show the penguins the monkeys. When you are finished with the trip, you can bring the monkeys back with you to visit Antarctica. Give them the equipment necessary for them to survive there. Spend as much time as possible on both the islands and Antarctica; it may be the last time you will ever see your friends again. When you return home, find your way directly into the South Pole and examine it. We need evidence to support Sir Gabriel's theories. The most important thing you must do, though, is survive. We suspect that you are our last hope of achieving any glory, exaltation, or salvation. This is the war to free the souls. This is the War of the Mind."

Chapter 3: Exploration of the North

You and the penguins arrive at the tropics. The first thing that you noticed is that the penguins never seen trees in their lives. Because your parents never left Antarctica during the entire time you have been alive, neither have you. The island was beautiful, populated with the first non-swimming creatures you have ever seen, although there were plenty of swimming creatures on the island, including some various types of cats which hated water. The penguins stayed in the water and in the shades of the trees because they were not used to the bright sunlight.

"So, what are these monkeys like?" a penguin would ask.

"That is the reason why I brought you all the way over here in the first place.," you responded. "I seemed to be a natural explorer."

"I heard that they are much like humans, except not as weird and civilized."

"You seen my father, right?"

"Yes."

"Well, then you got a glimpse of what a monkey is like."

While the penguins were at a river below a huge patch of trees, you decided to sling your ropes at a branch. You were not used to the branches or poles, always used to the smooth flattened cliffs and slopes of an ice berg. You finally found out that at those types of grappling, you don't aim directly at the branches, but instead you whip your ropes at them like an 18th century grappling hook. When you decided to climb your rope, you climbed up a long ways, noticing that each layer was a bit different and that it gotten lighter as you approach the top of the trees. When you reached the branch, you released the rope and hanged onto the branch. You begin to swing from branch to branch and gripped onto a few tree stumps. After the series of swinging, you wanted to test your skills at the very urban areas and forests where I grew up.

After a while, you found a population of monkeys. You found out a way to talk to them a similar way you would talk to the penguins, by creating a language based on their patterns of speeches. With the developing skill you and I would call rough communication, you begin to talk to the monkeys.

"Hello," you said.

One of the monkeys tried to figure out what to say to such a weird creature such as you.

You begin a speech in a language you would speak to your father in, hoping that they would be able to understand your speech. Sign language was being used. "I am a monkey like you guys, well-- sort of."

There still was no response from the monkeys.

"I am a distant traveler from the south. I brought with me some company for you to meet."

"Oh, hi," the monkeys responded. One of them asked you a question in sign language. "What is your name?"

"F-I-C-E-R" you responded. You then tried speaking to them in English for the fun of it. "Do you understand English okay?"

A pause was added.

"No?"

The monkeys nodded their heads as they understood English just fine for some reason. Despite this fact, they couldn't actually talk to you because their jaws were not developed like either you or your genetically modified parents. They begin sign language and rough communication to talk to you, allowing you to talk to them as if you were allowed to talk to a human being.

"I guess you do understand English okay," you responded. You ask a random monkey of the tribe his name.

"Flighter," he answered. "So, Ficer, what are these special guests that you brought over?"

"Let me show you what I am talking about."

When the monkeys climbed down the trees with you, the penguins seemed confused and nervous, but the monkeys seemed curious. You tried to provide unity between the two groups. "Let me introduce you to the penguins."

"I already know what a penguin is." a monkey responded.

Surprised in amusement, you begin wondering how these monkeys know so much. "Where did you learn all this?"

"Every once in a while, there would be a plane that would crash in the water not too far from this island. While there would be people drowning around that plane, a man would float on his emergency device with the waves pushing it all the way over here. These stranded people would tell stories to us because they have no one else to talk to. It is certain that if someone like you would only visit the island and a man happened to be stranded here, than what appeared to be bad luck would become good luck for the man."

"I see. Come with me and see the penguins."

"What? They are here?"

"I invited them over for a visit."

The monkeys climbed down the tree stumps and saw the penguins at the river. The penguins stared at the monkeys in amazement. "Those are fascinating creatures," Flighter said. "Usually, the penguins would travel north by boat. So, can I see the boat?"

"I didn't use the boat, Flighter."

"Oh, so, what did you use?"

"I used underwater equivalents of jetpacks."

"Interesting. I suppose you enjoy the snow back at home. You know I never seen snow before."

"And these penguins never seen trees before."

"They seem to love it here. So, what are your parents like?"

"My parents differ from every creature. One is a pigmy marmoset and the other is a fairy penguin."

"That would explain your size."

"Do you know that I don't have to worry about any predators?"

"Why is that?"

"They don't recognize my shape. And even if they smell my blood, they would find it disgusting so they couldn't eat it because regardless if it is a predator like a crocodile or an orca, I would still be considered genetically modified organism."

"Which would put you on top of the food chain."

"Exactly."

So, Quaker came out of the water to see the monkeys. You begin introducing Quaker and Flighter to each other. "Quaker, this is Flighter. Flighter, this is Quaker." The real problem is, the monkeys have to use sign language to penguins but the penguins cannot communicate to the monkeys at all. This was only possible with your influence.

Later, there was a storm on the island. The penguins were eager to explore the shores a bit. You also find that the waves were huge and came crashing in your direction, carrying an emergency floating device and everything on the device with the waves. Once the floating device went on shore, a man was seeking shelter. Both the monkeys and the penguins were a little nervous at first, for the monkeys were always aware of the man's alignment and the penguins never seen a man without the heavy Antarctic gear on him. He began to light himself a fire and decided to find a crab to stab, cook, and eat. He was actually very good for someone that never built a fire without matches or a lighter before. The following morning, you climbed a tree and hung from a branch before taking a nose dive into the ocean to find food for yourself and for the man. He saw this and was impressed. When you came out of the water with extra food, the man asked about your species, exactly as you expected. "What are you?"

You were annoyed by a question by this. You simply applied, "I'm a monguin."

"Oh, a monguin. Is that a new breed?"

"Kind of. It is a long story. Do you want your fish?"

"Oh, thank you." He took it and cooked it. "You seem to be pretty cute."

"I know. That is what everybody is saying. It is like I was specifically designed to be cute."

"And why is that?"

"I don't know, but it may be because I am some sort of an apocalyptic matter."

"So, you have something to do with the end of the world?"

"Maybe, only time will tell." You turn around to your friends. "Okay, you can come out now. This man is not going to hurt you."

Both monkeys and penguins came out of the forest from everywhere. The man was asking you about them. "How long have you been on this island?"

"Less than a day."

"Wow, I didn't know you can pick up friends this quickly."

"It is a natural trait. I still trying to find out about how this all has to do with a war of some kind."

"You will find out soon enough. When I came crashing down here, I thought I was in terrible luck. Now, I look at both monkeys and penguins as if your spirit has connected them both."

"Where were you heading?"

"I was heading to Shanghai first, Rome second, and Paris third."

"You see? This is why you should be careful what you wish for. According to my father, Shanghai, Rome, and Paris are all hostile to humanity in general. They cut United States in half, and they also are hostile to the people like my parents' doctor, being the Owlgle Armada. You could schedule yourself to see these places anytime in your life, but this island is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Take advantage of this luck."

"How is it a once in a lifetime?"

"Well, there is only one of me, the penguins are Antarctic, and you never get to see a unity of monkeys and penguins anytime in your life. In addition, this is my vacation and my only time here."

"Weird. When I return home, my family and friends will not believe me. Picture time!"

The man tries to find his camera and attempts to take pictures of you and your friends, but the camera was soaking wet.

"That is okay, you can use my camera."

The man agrees, but just as he was about to take a picture of you, a flying saucer aims the gravity lift and activates it just moments after you slid out of the way. You were annoyed by those saucers. Flighter asked you about the flying saucer. "Has it always been like this?"

"Yeah, pretty much."

"Sad. Every man that has encountered you had to encounter a flying saucer."

You later found a squadron that your father has told you stories about engaging the saucer. It appeared as if the squadron included three troops, one managing the five fighters, one managing the gunship, and one boarding the saucer ready to take out the crew and rescue the hostage being the man that you met. When they grew victorious, they were leaving east back to United States, but turned around to greet you. The Owlgle Squadron petted you along with the man. You told them, "Hey, I know you. My parents' doctor was an Owlgle trooper. I am a hybrid like an owlgle."

"Interesting," the trooper said. "I never noticed that a hybrid could actually develop intelligence. Whatever it is, it must be a miracle."

"That is what I was wondering. I am still trying to find out why."

"Rest this day, then return home. The aliens will return." The squadron left and headed east. It was also interesting that the penguins never liked the sun. They always stayed in the shades and the water unless if it was night time or extremely cloudy.

The next morning, you and the penguins started back home. You used your GPS for the first time and found your way back home where you would be able to rest.

Episode 2: Awareness of the Outside World

Chapter 4: The Last Return Home

So, you decided to arrive back at home, but ironically, the monkeys that you befriended figured out how to follow you. They trained themselves in skills of piracy. When they arrived at Antarctica, they decided to play in the snow for a while until winter arrived at the continent. When the monkeys left, you bid them fare well for you will never see them again. There are creatures that never seen forests, and then there are creatures that never seen snow. Your father was a very helpful creature with incredible skills to protect the ever helpless penguins, which was the reason why they were safe. He treated the penguins as a Jew would treat sheep, including feeding a penguin every once in a while to a killer whale as an equivalent to a sacrifice. He loved the penguins very much, but picked your mother as his favorite. That mainly was because he had to. It was his character.

It was also interesting to see where your parents came from and what granted them their intelligence. It was clear that Malachi rescued them even as if they were infants and fixed them up with his own intentions, therefore, it might have been possible that you carry part of Malachi's soul. When the parents arrived at the south, they knew that it would be wise to comfort other penguins by throwing fish into a safe distance from the Antarctic coast. Your father's biggest strength was his agility, speed, and diminutive size. He was impossible to touch with a harmful object, being gun shots, arrow slugs, or blade swinging. Since he could not carry some weapons of destructive fire power, he carried assassination tools instead. His fighting style was therefore extremely different from that of human armored super soldiers like myself, which relied on armor that could withstand any combat blow as well as toxic clouds of any kind and weapons of mass destruction.

He was also a bit more chivalrous than me because his charisma always held up even with hot temper. When he got a little bit more aggressive, he could scare his enemies which would cause them to route. The only standard weapon he would carry is a type of a pistol that could be easily hidden. The best pistol was an automatic bayoneted double-barreled pistol shotgun that uses ammunition clips of light-weight shots. The design was the best for close combat and swift action. The thing was, he rarely used such. In fact he preferred to only use his own ropes for defense and would only do enough fighting to get his enemies to stop fighting.

You, on the other hand, took total advantage of your own natural abilities and refuse to wear any clothing other than your concealment pants and mask unless if it also includes a cloak in a form of a hooded cape. This was so that you have maximum potential to do all of the stuff you love to do. In fact, unlike me, you were mentioned to be a permanent replacement to the Order of the Paladins as you had an entirely different influence.

When you slept, you decided to sleep in ice-cold water that would be poured onto your tummy to give you an extremely decent sleep decent enough to visit Lunar Universe in your dream. This was how you normally slept on a nightly basis.

In Lunar Universe, you were encountered by important Native American ancestors, righteous rebels, and renaissance leaders such as Christopher Columbus. Every night, you would pick up new talents that included piracy, ninjutsu, and even making duplicates of precious stones like the Philosopher's Stone. This night that I speak of was your last night that you had a sleep like this.

A Lunarian came to you and told you a decent story about the history of the Lunar Universe and how a certain dictator of Earth became evil in the first place.

Sometime in prehistory, an alien civilization was constructing a spaceship that went near the speed of light. They realized that as they got nearer to the speed of light, they slowed down time. In fact, when people look at the stars, they don't see the past, because light only travels with three axi and never with the fourth axis. That is how fast light travels. At such speeds, they knew that despite of successfully getting from one place to another instantaneously, they would still perceive seconds as years, so they built themselves hibernation chambers.

However, when they built the hibernation chambers, they knew that they would access more percentage of their brains and would be able to naturally think faster so they would perceive seconds as centuries, so they would build themselves brain-reading devices to where they were able to access their thought and dreams and would be able to share them with others and would become wondrous technologies. The spaceship became a mothership, with a huge amount of projects already underway. The only problem was, however, was gaining the resources to do it.

When they approached their first destination, they invited other aliens to do the same. Many of them worked together to build countless number of fresh inventions for not only themselves, but for many other aliens as well, including mankind.

the best technology they ever developed was Lunar Universe, with one portal on the moon of every homeworld of the multiverse, as the only method of getting in or out. This meant that the closest portal was our own moon. While many of the aliens wanted to use such to benefit others like us, Cifor, on the other hand, wanted to use it for his own benefits.

After getting his minions interested in his own idea, Cifor's plan of multi-universal domination and to be bigger even than the deities was overheard by Ilam, the beloved immortal president of the entire Lunar Republic. He had two councilors which were only ghosts. One of the two councilors was named Jeva, which actually created Lunar Universe and would be assigned to be the perfect soul that would eventually provide eternal happiness to everybody. The other was called the Mystic Intelligence, because he had no official body. Instead, he benefitted others by being inside of multiple brains at once and benefitted them through direct telepathy. Cifor got jealous that these two councilors along with the rest of the aliens and wanted all the power to himself. He wanted to enter Lunar Universe and kill Ilam and take his place. He only had one-third of the entire Lunar Republic population so they were outnumbered two to one.

After Cifor's defeat, the mothership was already at our own solar system and saw a city being brought forth from Earth with tremendous amount of glory among those people. that city was Zion, the City of Enoch! Cifor and all of his minions were banished on the planet we call Mars. They cannot enter Lunar Universe, not even in their dreams!

Cifor realized that he was brutally defeated but saw a planet next to him. He knew that although he lost his chance to conquer Lunar Universe, at least he could conquer Earth. He also realized that unless he did it entirely in conspiracy, people would begin rebelling him. He did not treat those people as slaves or cattle, but as toys. He loves to see conflict after conflict after conflict. The glory was huge for him. When people developed space travel, Cifor was afraid that they would discover Lunar Universe and escape, so, he made all space programs entirely government-controlled and made those fake videos of Apollo landings. Cifor and his minions became the unidentified flying objects.

His motivation was that if anyone loved anyone or anything besides Cifor, he gets brutally jealous. That probably explains all of those casualties including martyrdoms and the deaths of those people in that submarine that you interacted with a while ago.

Chapter 5: The Owlgle Squadron's Visit in Antarctica

The following next morning, an Owlgle squadron flew overhead. When the gunship lowered, the passengers came out for some reason. They were asking about you and found you. They found you sleeping in that pool of cold water with your hands clasped on your tummy and began to wake you up. When you woke up, you saw those people that you heard rumors about for a long time.

"Hi, monguin," one of the Owlgle troopers said. "My name is Saber XDI. These are my companions, Saber XDII, Saber XDIII, Saber XDIV, and Saber XDV. This owlgle here is called Saber XD."

You saw the owlgle, and it was muscular and strong. You knew that using this owlgle as a mount would be very useful for someone like you because of its strength and its capability for flight. You became attached to it as the owlgle troopers ask you a few questions.

"So, where did you come from?"

"I was born and raised here."

"Well, then where did your parents came from?"

"They were orphans with dead habitats rescued with the very technology that made me possible."

"Who was the genetic engineer or doctor?"

"A lost puppy called Dr. James Caleb 'Mission XXIV' Malachi."

The troopers looked up Mission XXIV in the archives.

"Mission XXIV: member of the crew of the star cruiser, Mission. Status: routed after the defeat of the troop in the battle of Venezuela on October the Thirteenth on Anno Domini 2024." he looks at you and told you something very shocking. "This is very typical for monguins like you. Every monguin I know of had genetically modified parents that were orphans with families killed in battle. Every doctor usually prefers to have one parent to be tropical and the other roughly icy. The combination begins with parents with genetic modifications themselves."

"What? Are you saying that there are other monguins?"

"Yes. You are not alone. They are hard to find, though. How old are you?"

"I turned eight precisely four weeks ago, and I am still a child."

"Fascinating, with the proper genetic modifications, you would have a longer lifespan. Also typical of a monguin."

The troopers decided to do a little arithmetic sequence. They came up with an answer: "So, your date of birth would be April Sixth of Anno Domini 2027. Your parents were able to mature in 3 years?"

"They still had their mature rates of that length. In addition, they only had near human intelligence. I seemed to mature at a slower rate and had extreme level of intelligence because I had such ever since I was born."

"Also typical of the monguins."

You did a little arithmetic sequence yourself. You received in another great shock. "So, this is the year 2035?"

"Yes."

"So, that means that you should find Lunar Universe about now. Ilam is a lot more promising than I had thought."

"What do you mean?"

"You woke me up from a dream about the exact location of Lunar Universe."

"Where is it?"

"The only way to Lunar Universe and back is through one of the portals. The nearest portal is on our own moon. Portals are on various moons."

"That is probably why it is called Lunar Universe."

"Exactly. So, did you come all this way just to see me?"

"Yes."

The troop decided to adore you. They did the usual stuff, like poking you in your belly button.

"I still wonder why I am made to be so cute."

"I'm pretty sure that Sir Gabriel has all of the answers. I will talk to the council and apply what you said about the nearest portal to make a briefing suggestion. They have to believe it in order to ensure both humanity's freedom and survival. The planet killer should be here any day now."

"Can I come with you?"

"What is in it for you?"

"Point number 1: I am curious about all of humanity's troubles. Point number 2: You might find me adorable, but the penguins laugh at me all the time. Point number 3: I feel more connected with humanity than any other creature on the planet. Point number 4: Do you know how hard it was for Malachi to make a project like myself? I am just as advanced and miraculous as Sir Gabriel's FTL drive. Point number 5: Every once in a while, a Dark Age martyr would visit a living man in a dream to call him to become a paladin, but I get visited by people like Columbus frequently."

"What about being a kid for the last time?"

"When I swam to that one lost island that the monkeys here came from, I knew it was about time to move on."

"Okay, I guess you do want to come with us."

"Yes." Then you realize what your parents might be thinking. "On the second thought, I think I should remain with my parents until they are willing to let me go."

Your father and mother came up the troopers and introduced themselves to them. "Actually, if the planet is about to be destroyed, I think it would be wise if we were to come with you, or to let our child go," your father said. "I think we are willing to risk losing our only son."

Your mother was a bit worried, but then considered your father's wisdom that she was to trust the protector of the entire penguin habitat. "We could let him go," she said.

You were sad and did not want to leave your parents. As you wept to them, you gave them a hug. "I don't want to do this. I don't think I am ready."

Your father said, "This was the very reason why you were born and raised here. Although your past lies with us, your future lies with them, now go."

Just as you were trying to decide to stay with the parents a bit longer, to take the parents with you, or to go yourself, the UFO's made a surprise attack and changed everything.

Chapter 6: UFO Invasion

The UFO's came in and killed every penguin in the habitat of your current position. The entire squadron opened fire on the ship and attempted to board it. As you attempted to escape, you decided to swim downward towards the deep of the ocean. One flying saucer flew down to your position and chased you down to the very depths, but a giant squid saved you by destroying the ship and the crew. When you swam up to the ocean, the troop was there to protect you.

When you came with the troop to board the ship, you hoped that your training in piracy would help you survive. You saw that the troop was fighting on board the ship. You examined it.

There were countless of bizarre but scary looking ships. Some were capable of space travel; others were only hovercrafts, like the one that attacked you a bit earlier.

You grabbed hold to an owlgle and rode it. The aliens seemed to be focusing all fire on you.

"Why is every alien trying to kill me?"

"Because they are afraid that the spell that Cifor casted on the entire planet can only be broken by you. It has been said that you are the only one that will finish the very quest that has been going on since AD 500, the War of the Mind."

The troopers were fighting until they were completely surrounded. At that point, they were lucky that they were able to find an escape route and decided to take it. You went along with them mounted on your owlgle. The squadron did not flee. They withdrawn from combat because they wanted to keep you alive. Saber XDI said to you, "We will see you later at Four Corners, at the date of our escape."

"When is that date of our escape?"

"That decision is between Sir Gabriel and the Lunar Republic."

Episode 3: The Journey South

Chapter 7: Along the Antarctic Peninsula

You had one question about the genetic process of your mother and father. "If you can mature in three years, why are you still young?"

Your father replied, "Because the process took 3 full years to develop and to be complete. If it was too quick, we could have been killed by it."

"Oh, I see. So, how good of a leader is this Dr. Smith?"

"Dr. Smith doesn't like being a leader. He schedules political debates to only last one hour a week. He himself has a job as an inventor, with AI being his first invention. He also chose a friend to be his worthy competitor which was also good at inventions. The reason why is because he is afraid that absolute authority without work is addicting in the same way as a drug."

You don't understand a word he is saying. "All I hear is a bunch of excuses for telling people what to do or bending the natural laws."

"I have great faith in you. The humanity needs you if it wants to remain in existence."

You and your father travel along the coastline of the Antarctic Peninsula with a series of penguins in the scenery. While you prefer the lower path, just swimming, your father was not much of a swimmer, but is used to being at the rivers and coastlines like his breed of monkeys. You also saw high cliffs the entire way along as you would wonder how you are going to be able to head forward to the South Pole. There wasn't a single penguin trait that would make you a successful hiker of such trails. Humanity always had problems hiking the trails of Antarctica. Then you noticed the word, climb. Climbing is a monkey trait. Monkeys are known to be effective climbers that would be able to find their ways up the steepest hills without breaking sweats, unlike most other creatures including the majority of civilized humans which are not wise enough to use more brains than brawns for climbing. Although your father had ice picks, he sometimes would use his own fingers and dig them into the snow on the slopes. You never thought that monkeys would actually have advantage in Antarctica!

As your father fell, your swim rescued your father and brought him to safety. You decided to help him back up and decided to stay on the bottom of the cliffs until both of you reach the great ice sheet.

As you approached the ice sheet, you noticed that it is getting close to June. To much of the civilized humans in the north, the season from June to September was a season of hot days for vacations and beach times. However, if it is summer for those people, that meant that it would be winter for you and your father because you would be on the other side of the Equator. To make matters worse, you are now more than a few miles south of the Antarctic Circle, which means it would be a blizzard midnight 24/7, which became a problem for you and your father as you both reached the great ice sheet. As you and your father climbed, the ice picks were your best friend as they pulled you and your father up the perfectly vertical wall that was about a mile high. Your advantage , however, was your diminutiveness. It helped ease your way upward as you don't have to carry as much of your own weight up the mountain. Your father had an easier time because he was slightly smaller than you were. With the hissing swirl of the wind against the cliff comes another flying saucer sighting. The tractor beam was aiming at both you and your father. Although both of you resisted, you both took advantage of the artificial gravity to help you and your father up the cliffs. Your father found an EMP grenade and threw it into the end of the beam to destroy the ship.

You were only a short distance to the top of the cliff, but when you got to the top of the cliff, you noticed that your father was sewing something by hand which he never done before. He always built suits of armor, boiled leather, and used a sewing machine all the time. As you approached your father, you asked him what he was doing. He replied, "It is about time I make this cape to protect us from alien witchcraft. I am about to do what Sir Gabriel did when he finished his suit of armor. It is a tradition to do this prior to Thanksgiving, but I need to do it as soon as possible to assure that we can get out of Cifor's layer in one piece. The process is simple: with devotion and while fasting for twenty-four hours, sew your cape entirely by hand with strong emotion. When you're finished, it should look awesome on you."

"I see. I think that if you are going to do this for a long time, I should protect you. Can I get you anything to eat when those twenty-four hours are up?"

"That would be nice. Thank you."

You decided to bungee jump into the water with your own ice picks on your ropes. As you hit water once again, you decide to swim to catch fish for your father. Then, on the second thought, you realize that he is a monkey, not a penguin, which means he was an omnivore. He could handle cooked fish, but not raw fish. You decided to search for seaweed for your father instead. You know that every creature depends directly or indirectly on plants, including the creatures in Antarctica. You knew that somewhere there had to be plants underwater. When you found the seaweed, you encountered a seal, but you decide that you should not fear the seal because you look alien and consist of genetically modified blood anyway. You decided to cut a bunch of seaweed and catch maybe three fish and take them all in a case and swim back upward to the ice cliff. You were climbing the same cliff you climbed last time, only you were also carrying food supply, so it was a bit of a strength challenge for you. You realize that it was a bit easier than you were expecting since your heart rate was really high as you were a bit afraid of alien ships to come and abduct you while there was no useful bodyguard to protect you. As you returned to the top, you began making sushi about a few yards away from your father's position.

The twenty-four hours were up, and your father completed his cape. It was of various shades of blue along with the crescent moon and a symbol of hope for the humanity. It was very beautiful.

The rest of the hike was a bit simple because it was leveled out for a while. However, as you cross the ice sheets with your father, the monkey characteristics were proven very useful, if not, life saving as ice cracked everywhere. One time when the ice cracked, your father fell through the crack, but you rescued your father anyway and pulled him back upward, only to encounter another flying saucer that came out from another crack. Your father got his skis but you had your own belly and both of you slid to evade the flying saucer while more and more of the flying saucers kept chasing both you and your father as you approach a cliff up ahead that would take you further south. You also noticed that you had been balancing on your belly button which was the slickest part of your whole body. This was very alien, but you hoped that you would find a reason for it.

Chapter 8: The Mountains of the South Pole

The inland of the Antarctic looked like an extremely different world from that of the coastlines. As the coastlines consist of one of the most beloved species, being the penguins, the inland only had small bacteria and other sources of cellular life, nothing more. The inland was much like any other planet or moon that had water and atmosphere, but very little life. In fact, the inland was noted for being completely devoid of life, at least Earth life. You also noticed that the inland was just as heavily traveled by humans as the borders, Although the humans also travel inland for scientific examination, the purpose was extremely different. They didn't come here to see penguins; they came here to study various topics including the word, Mars, in the title. It was because that the inland closely resembled the surface of Mars. As you and your father climbed further south, you realized that the compass that your father had kept leading him off course. He had both a traditional compass and topographic map as well as the GPS device. He decided to trust the GPS to head for the south pole and saw that humanity marked it with a series of wooden direction signs on a single pole, just before the GPS got hijacked, directing both you and your father to a secret base underground.

You and your father knew that the place was hard to find, so you and your father did some examinations of the mountains, hoping to find some answers. You later found a helicopter pad that seemed to be very human. As a helicopter landed on the pad, humans came in full clothes, examining the place before seeing both you and your father.

Suspicious of aliens, the humans tried to find firearms in their pouches, only to find only flares and decided to light them to kill you and your father, thinking that you both a couple of aliens in disguise. You decide to cry out mercy, shouting with perfect honesty, "We are not Martians. In fact the reason why we came here is to spy on the Martians that live around here."

The humans saw your cute looks and childlike behavior and responded, "My apologies, I seriously thought you were Martians."

"Don't worry about your superstition. We have it too, in fact we have it more than you have. that is the reason why my father has a cape on like you see here." You direct the humans to your father.

One of the humans looked at you with confusion. "That is your father, a monkey?"

"Yep."

"You don't look much like a monkey. Your snout looks a bit like a bill."

"That is because it is also a bill. My mother was a penguin. She's dead now."

"How is this possible."

"Two words: long story."

"I see. This is an unusual place to find a penguin. I suggest that you climbed your way here from home which would be at the coastline, being where your mother grew up at."

"Actually, she was a fairy penguin, which is a breed of penguins that dwells in the southern portions of South America. Both my mother and father were orphans rescued by a faithfully divine scientist."

"So, you are a hybrid?"

"Like is said before: long story."

"You remind me of that one popular fictional character that dwells in the jungle." He turns around to ask his friends. "What is the name of that guy?"

Another responded, "Tarzan."

Then they made jokes that they never thought that they could connect such stories with penguins. Antarctica is a completely different environment as that of the tropics, but is just as savage and dangerous.

You replied, "Amazing that such stereotypes make terrific adventurers. Let me ask you something. Is it okay that I ask you something? You don't have to answer."

Another human responded, "Sure, go ahead."

"Why do humans hate Earth if it is so beautiful?"

"There are many theories about the hatred for the planet. I guess it is because of the fact that when civilizations build up, people become lazy and would not want to work, but have people do work for them. I guess that is the case. That is the reason why exercise is important."

"Is that the best answer you could come up with?"

"I'm sorry. I can't analyze problems like this as Sir Gabriel can. If you have questions about stuff like this, it is him you better talk to. He has all of the answers."

"How popular is Sir Gabriel?"

"He is the inspired founding father of the Owlgle Squadron, which now spreads over throughout the entire New World." The human noticed your father's cape. "This question might sound funny to you, but is your father an Owlgle trooper?"

"I think he is. He knows the plot of Cifor and Sir Gabriel's counter plot."

Many of the humans were busy examining the mountains this entire time. "Hey guys, I think I found something."

"Is it a lifeform?"

"I found a few specks of microbes and--

"Intelligent lifeform?"

"Blood that reminds me of my days back at Area 51 before Sir Gabriel conquered it."

You and your father noticed some alien structures and you were both off.

Chapter 9: Caverns and Alien Sighting

It is about time when you and your father are facing your worst fears, being the aliens. You heard about how Malachi was being sacrificed at an altar, and you wished that the same doesn't happen to you.

You and your father enter a plateau that seems to be pretty flat. There had been a few squadrons that flew over your head. You guaranteed that they were entirely hostile. It was the scariest thing that you have encountered. The reason why they were so scary is because while humanity obeys them in fear, the aliens would not hesitate to kill you on sight. As you and your father got a little bit further into the base, you found yourself in a canyon. many turrets were spotted on sight. They were looking for you and your father. You were not sure whether or not they spotted you or were watching you, but you were certain that they were not shooting. This cooled your fear because you knew that your father's cape was working. It was providing a divine barrier over both you and your father as it seemed that you gained advantage over the aliens as you continued down the canyon.

When you approached a cave, everything became dark, so you turned on your night visions and your father followed suit. The cave was a bit creepy, and was actually surprisingly warm at the lower levels. It probably was because of the lava. The ice on the caves provided the cooling temperatures as well as reflection of light from the lava. One time, however, there was a trap door underneath your feet and you shot a rope just before you hit the lava bottom. You knew that you were close to the layer. Just like humans never thought that a comic book hero could be such an emotional rebel, they never thought that a typical James Bond villain could be so scary.

As you went deeper into the cave, you found a few stones that represented the Martians' most beloved triumphs, being the most advanced civilizations in the known world. You saw Greek pillars, Roman arches, Chinese paintings, and Egyptian engravings. There was a painting that showed the building process of the great pyramids and what the purpose was for. Surprisingly, the aliens helped with the construction to enslave the Jews. Likewise, the Great Pyramids only provided perfect protection as long as the Chinese were very strict people and therefore failed to protect them from the Mongols once Confucianism was introduced to the population that allowed them to save the Europeans from the Black Plague. The Roman Empire was the biggest achievement, though, as they even destroyed a couple of landmarks of the very country that I grew up at, the Twin Towers. It seems that the aliens were very interested in using humanity's own religions against them to force them to love Cifor and Cifor only. Your father began making videos of the experience and decided to send the experience directly back to Four Corners. he was completely out of range and firewalled so he could not reach the humans from his current position. He decided to instead save them on a thumb drive so when both of you escape you could then deliver the message. As you continue down the cave the cave appears to be more artificial as the bricks became more neatly organized. Lighting grew to be more technological to boot.

You also realized that there are three major parts with four minor parts each, each part representing a stage of progress in society according to the Martians. The first part consisted of unorganized bricks that represent the most savage of the places and why they were considered inferior to the aliens, introducing the concept of racism. The second part had a little more of a neat organization with better torches, or maybe ancient Egyptian mirrors. The architecture was brilliant, but not stable. There was a lot of gold and other precious metals surrounding the surfaces telling stories about the gods that the humans worshipped in circa 600 BC. The third section had better structural design that seems to be a lot more sturdy, but was considered imperial and had a lot of bacteria. On the walls, symbols of monotheism, particularly crucifixes, were on the walls. You knew it had to resemble the times of the Roman Empire all the way up to circa AD 1000. The fourth part had neatly organized bricks that seem like the architecture could withstand the most powerful siege blows and even some cannon fire. Statues of knights in shining armor decorated the place along with gothic paintings telling the stories of the Middle Ages.

An authentic lighting formed a doorway into the next set of rooms. The bricks were completely aligned and included some adobe bricks to form traditional walls. There were also books and rapiers that decorated the walls. Steampunk technologies decorated the rooms along with lanterns along with the helmets of the Conquistadors of El Dorado. There was much history to be told, at least the negative side. The sixth room consisted of a lot of Colonial technologies including grappling hooks, traditional muskets and rifles, pirate outfits, and Britain's victory over the Colonies, which ultimately lead to the American Civil War. The seventh room showed the pioneer trails that took place and many of the Native American drawings. They also showed someone that closely resembles Sir Gabriel riding on a horse slightly bigger than that of the horse of what appears to be his friend the cowboy. It also shows the triumphant victory of an Arabian witch and a Knight Templar over these guys in a fearsome duel. It also appeared that those guys were actually Martians that disguised themselves as these two people to caused who knows how many wars, including the Crusades. Also in the room, there was an infant being visited by Count Dracula just before being abducted. In the next room, it showed that the said infant was trained to become one of the worst dictators known to man, Adolf Hitler. He killed himself after realizing that he had been betrayed by everyone he knew, including his own family members. The Martians were upset about the loss of the Nazis, but calmed down when they saw that it was the Russians that defeated the Nazis, not the Americans. They used the Russian spies to intrude the Americans so that the Arabian Witch and the Knight Templar can catch the Americans off guard.

The last section of rooms was brightly lit and looked very technologically advanced. The first thing you saw was exactly how the Martians caught the Americans off guard. The destruction of the Twin Towers seemed like a celebration from the look of the picture, especially when the Martians were excited about the fact that America was finally demanding to become a feudal society. The next few rooms resembled the future plans of the Martian's conquest of the Lunar Universe. The first one of these sections reveals a dystopia ruled by the United Nations with the human religions being all but done for. The entire place looked like a military command center with no life left in the rooms. Soldiers looked very military with full suits of armor and being cybernetic. The next set of rooms was very bizarre as it looked entirely cyberpunk and dystopian. Flying saucers hovered the starry ceiling revealing an intergalactic conquest. They knew that if they could reach this age, they would be on their way to victory so all the glory would be to Cifor himself. As you and your father got to the last section of rooms, nothing looked natural any more. It was dark enough to the point that it looked like a digital construct. It was absolutely artificial, and it appeared that that was exactly what Cifor wanted for the entire universe. Just as you found something useful in that section, a door behind you closed on both you and your father and there was a complete black out.

Episode 4: The South Pole

Chapter 10: The Corridor Fights

Something does not seem to feel right with where you and your father were at. As you and your father reactivated your night visions, you find that a few aliens are engaging both you and your father. Most of those carried weapons far beyond human levels of any kind. The technologies were outstanding and the magic was completely dominant. Some of these aliens enchanted their energetic firearms with actual spells for full fire power. They were limitless.

As you and your father fight through the corridors, the entire place looked like a laser tag arena. Most of what you found was a bunch of machinery always preparing the aliens for world domination. Quite a few of these rooms and corridors were filled with strict order and control, as if one organic life form could wreck the whole place down, which was exactly what your father did. He was trying to think outside of the box as best as he can because the weakness of a firm society is that a perfect certainty would guarantee the threat of something that the certainty could not explain at all. Many of the aliens commanded robots to go after you and your father destroyed many of those machines as if he knew exactly how to handle them. The real problem was the fact that he was impossibly outnumbered so it was certain that he would die.

He had advantage of being the brave little marmoset with incredible acrobatics that would make it hard to touch him because his maneuvers were so unpredictable. You realized that you had some of the reactions yourself as you keep on avoiding robot after robot after robot while evading the worst of the alien warlocks. As you tried to light the walls, you also noticed that the walls were pitch black so all of the light was absorbed by the walls. It was as if the emotion has seized to exist within the whole place. It looked cool at first, but after a while, it looked boring and rigid.

Boredom was the source of unhappiness found in a so-called perfectly peaceful society without any form of contention. The problem with humans was, that they were searching for this sort of a lifestyle for some reason. This probably would explain the fact that Cifor always loved to see a conflict every now and then as you saw in those corridors that were on the other side of that door that closed on you. He also amplifies the conflict and shields the righteous people from handling it so people would want this form of a lifestyle.

You also noticed that your father's tactics revolved around trusting emotions, instincts, and wisdom while the aliens' tactics revolved around statistics. It was like a fight between man and machine, or rather, it was the fight between man and machine, for you felt that you were designed to help out humanity in ways you had not found out yet. This was the real fight between good and evil while the illusionary fight between good and evil was between order and chaos. Thus, the illusionary good was actually evil and the illusionary evil was actually the ugly side that was created to enforce the real evil side and to make the good side become invisible. In other words, at the times when Cifor was successful, the good side was non-existent. It was inevitable that the fight between good and evil would be a three-sided conflict.

Your father finds a series of places to cover while he pulls out a pair guns used by the most emotional of the Owlgle Troopers, being automatic double-barreled shotguns in the form of fast-reloading pistols with mounted bayonets to become the ultimate close combat weapons. They seem as they could only be wielded by the most emotional and dedicated of the Owlgle Armada.

When he was ready, he began using the pistols at the enemy. Another interesting thing was that your father looked like a ninja the entire time. He was also highly effective against a series of zombies that were brought to life with a combination of both necromancy and cybernetics. This meant that he only wore leather coats and cloaking cloths while you wore only your tight pants designed for your internal endurance and personal transportation as opposed to protection from combat damage.

As many of the platforms and machines of the factories slowed down you and your father, you eventually found out that you would have to conflict Cifor himself. It seems that the cape was doing a good job, but had a risk of getting torn by the conventional warfare. He did a pretty good job, keeping it well secured, though so you and your father could go through the whole process. There was another thing you noticed about your father's cape. Capes like that provide protection to anyone that the wearers cared about but only provide such protection as long as the wearers were dedicated enough as the capes were actually the property of the Order of the Paladin, which instructed me in the first place.

As you decided to protect your father to his dying breath, you discovered some of your own strength as you swung from bar to bar hoping that you could avoid the machines, but only get surrounded by many more of them.

The lights started flashing and everything looked even weirder than you could have anticipated. Everything looked either shiny or solid. There wasn't a single speck of pores or wrinkles. It was always sparkling clean and there hasn't been much emotion until you and your father dropped in. As you and your father were completely surrounded, an alien grew more emotional and saw that he had been going on the wrong path the entire time he was assigned.

Also, another thing about civilization is that even the idea of living longer seems a little contrary to what is best for the organic life. Many of these aliens lived over at least a century and were still young. It was mainly because they lived a lifestyle where absolutely nothing bothered them and they saw no progression. They could never understand death or the afterlife. To them, it was all about being entirely peaceful when they failed to realize that progression is needed in society to provide eternal happiness.

Battles rage on until your father fought to the last breath before you were captured. As you got captured, you saw that you were facing the black eye of your worst fear, being sacrificed like Malachi. You became a hostage as your father fought to rescue you as his cape provided him ultimate protection. It even gave him a kinetic barrier to make him absolutely invincible as he was able to fight his way through to free you. He knew that you have to survive this entire conflict or humanity will suffer eternal damnation.

You were almost at the sacrificial pit and your father was about to free you from your bonds so he can enjoy his triumphant victory after his death. Eventually he broke the bonds and planned an escape with both you and him. Just as you were about to escape, the entire pit was completely surrounded and flooded in drones, alien troopers, and warlocks as your father had to provide a pathway to get you safely out. You were Malachi's finest creation and therefore you must survive at all costs.

The fight was too much as your father's dedication went down tremendously but was still enough to encourage the Martians to fight you and your father at the arena as opposed to simply taking the kills. You and your father were taken at first to a chapel to see Cifor himself gloriously on that throne as a proud ruler. He was extremely unhappy with the creation of the monguin. However, he wanted the technology so he could use it as a weapon. The laws were a lot simpler than you ever expected: love Cifor; hate absolutely everyone else.

Chapter 11: The Arena

You and your father find yourselves at the Arena designed for any intruder who dares challenge Cifor and his leadership. As you approach the arena, it seemed that there would be wave after wave after wave consisting of various units waiting to attack. Each wave would always be a bit harder than the direct predecessor. The first wave consisted of only a few aliens not highly ranked and carried weak weapons. You began developing talents as your father was very protective of you. The wave lasted a few blows, but was entirely easy. The aliens weren't that good, and there weren't very much of them. As you approached them you whipped your ropes at them as if they were whips. When you strangled a few opponents, your father finished them off, and another round came your direction.

The next round was a bit harder exactly as you expected. The aliens were very unpredictable and so were both of you. You fought predators to protect your penguin friends, but they were nothing compared to the aliens you were currently fighting. The claws almost scratched you but your father rescued in time to save your heavily compact skin. The second wave was a little bit more challenging than the first one, but you still got through it with ease.

The third wave was getting to be a bit more moderate as you have to fight a small squad of lightly experienced fighters to the death. The fighting was hard, but your father was getting the hang of the fighting.

The fourth round came up, and you became a more effective fighter, but had trouble fighting because it was all front-line combat meaning that you are completely exposed to the enemy and you are fighting a straight fight with no outside tricks, flanking, or cheating. Your strength appears to reside within your agility and your character as opposed to fire power and having some of the best armor like me. If successful, you could make a fair spy or assassin, but the problem is, you may not have to fight at all, as you had not made any harm yet, but gotten used to disarm your opponents.

The fifth wave came along. Your father was getting a bit old and tired of the fighting so more of you and your increasing experience is becoming more involved in combat. The more tired your father got, the more experience you gained. You also had a lot of youth preserved by your mask and tight concealment pants so you can take on a few more advanced robots that seem to be gaining experience as well. After the fifth wave, you gotten used to the fighting, but your father still had a lot of energy in him.

At the sixth wave, you found out about the gravity of the situation and why it is hard to bear. While you are only eight years old and still a young child, you knew that not only would your father die on the battlefield, but you may never get the chance to hear his last words either. You weren't able to even speak at all because your focus was entirely on your own survival and your father had that same exact focus. You would be an orphan that watched your father die without even getting the chance to hear his last words.

At the seventh wave, it was an even match between your father and all of the aliens. Your father was on the peak of his progression. After the wave, he would be regressing as he would grow old very quickly with his cape being torn because the Lunar Republic knew that it was about time for your father to die. He must fight his last battle and therefore, the last match of the arena before the Earth gets destroyed.

A few more waves came in, each grew a bit more challenging. The purpose of the arena was to prove that the hostage would bow down to Cifor, as if it is the only way to win the last or twentieth wave, which is an entire army of the best professional soldiers with the best armor and weaponry. At that time, the army would be quick to take out the challenger to force him to devote himself to Cifor's simple little rules. If he is willing to stand up to those rules, he will gain a promised glory of absolute peace completely free of emotion as he would be fighting to grant Cifor more glory. If not, than he will not only die, but would be sacrificed on an altar to honor Cifor and to grant him his authority. Your father uses this to his advantage as he would devote himself to Cifor all the way until the final wave in which point he could no longer fight and would be sacrificed himself so you don't have to. You knew that your life is the one worth saving and not your father's. When he stayed behind, you strode away from your father to the arena's exit and saw that your father would rather be killed than tortured.

When you approached the end of the arena's entrance, you decided to sneak your way out, only to find that security was everywhere, and by that chance you were trying to escape.

All of a sudden, a series of aliens chased you as you slid on your belly to escape from the place. Sirens were everywhere, and it seemed that the only safe haven was the shoreline and away from Antarctica. Together with the fact that the world would be blown up, this would mean that as soon as you swim to Argentina, you will never see Antarctica again.

Chapter 12: The Final Escape

Sirens were everywhere, and everybody was after you. You slid on many places and down the corridors. As you find your own way out of the place, you found out that all of the traditional ways were all blocked so you couldn't get out, so instead, you took advantage of your own abilities and decided to cheat your way out. In other words, you would find an air duct or some window of some kind. When you found a crack at the edge of the base, you decided to escape through it, and saw yourself backtracking your own steps the rest of the way outward.

You were surprised that all of the molecules on your belly, especially your belly button, were perfectly aligned so they would allow you to slide on any surface with perfect ease. You slid down the concrete, metal, and other surfaces as a means of your escapes, so you would reenter the natural caves and slide your way out of the whole cavern to get back to the surface and find your way down the mountain.

As you approach the top of the cliffs, you found a hill that you could just slide all the way down to the ocean, where you could take some serious advantage. When you start sliding down the hill, a few aliens placed on them a few skis because it was the most efficient way to catch up with you, but your belly slide was insanely fast. They slid on skis and attacked you. You slid down the cliffs and along the surfaces as you approached the great ice sheet, where you would have to crawl part of the way outward to the shoreline.

At the ice sheet, the skis halted but you continued onward, for you knew that a few flying saucers would finish you off. You raced to the end of the ice sheet. A series of cracking ice would keep the aliens in the air and keep you covered so you can escape to the shoreline to dive for a swim. As the saucers almost had you at the cliffs, it was already too late, for you reached the end of the cliffs which would get you to the dive. Free fall would be the best tactic because bungee jumping would be too slow. You balanced on your belly button and slid at full speeds until you reached the end of the cliffs for the spectacular dive that would inspire humanity if only they were there to witness it. Your triumphant escape finished along the rest of the peninsula to the very tip. The flying saucers dove with you to attack you before a squadron that did witness your dive stroked the UFO's and tried to hold them off as much as possible before they get destroyed, allowing you to escape.

Episode 5: Ficer's Swim North

Chapter 13: The Water Bed

You found yourself swimming along tired. That battle wore you out. Although you did not cause any harm, you did, however, disarmed many aliens, but you knew you had no chance in such battle. The long swim was aimed downward and northward until you reached the bottom of the ocean well disguised to no creature could see you except maybe a human submarine at best. As you decided to lay on your back at the ocean floor, the water's changing temperature impacted your tummy and you fell asleep.

You found yourself in Lunar Universe once again. This time, you saw John Adams just standing right there just waiting to talk to you. You asked him, "Why were the founders of the nation imperfect?"

"It was the same reason why Moses was imperfect. You would be surprised to hear that United States and Israel had a very similar background."

"Tell me more."

"I had a perfect idea of what America should be. The only thing this nation was prepared for was freedom from a monarchy and state religion. However, Although we had to be racist, I never wanted to be racist, and in fact, thought that racism and slavery were entirely stupid. Think about it. You are the proof against all philosophies for racism."

"How so?"

"Would people look at you and make fun of you, given the fact that you are more different than a black man?"

"No."

"Would you agree that you are savage?"

"Yes. I grew up in the wild of Antarctica. I'm also an orphan to boot."

"But does being savage make you inferior to any of the civilized humans?"

"Not at all; in fact, the civilized humans couldn't take care of themselves since they always would ask anyone to do the works for them."

"They can't adopt to the natural laws, can't they."

"You happen to be right. I believe that is what allowed Sir Gabriel himself to establish the Owlgle Armada in the first place. He was perfectly aware of the risks and was willing to take them."

"You see, the only reason for racism is the same reason for seeking authority, materialism, profanity, breaking the Sabbath, not being family oriented, committing murder, ruining a female life with an unwanted child, greed, lying, and envy: pride. Pride is the root of all evil, and Cifor is the perfect example of that, as pride even made Cifor the bad guy in the first place."

"He only requests two things: love him; hate everyone else."

"You see, that is pride right there. There can't be any more selfish motivation like that. It is the same reason why there are so many stories about villains wanting to take over the world."

"Because pride would motivate them to do so?"

"Yes."

"What do you call the righteous pride, you know, pride in your nation or religion?"

"Actually, that so-called righteous pride is the very motivation of actual wars, particularly religious warfare which included 9/11."

"Sir Gabriel said that every time he had such pride, he even hates his own god."

"Because his god would not punish those he hates. He also noticed that with true confidence, he progressed well, but not as well as he did when he was metaphorically beating himself up, which got him decent grades."

"So even a comfort level of confidence is not nearly as good as humility."

"Precisely. That is exactly what make you the most cute. Because of your humility, you become harmless."

"Why can't humans see that?"

"Because they are afraid that if they are humble, they would become martyrs like myself."

"Cifor!"

"You know exactly who to blame."

"And how is that good?"

"Because that is how many deities had always punished others, through emotions of many creatures, including the most intelligent of ones."

"So, tell me more about your history and the parallels of such and that of the Jews?"

"At first, the Jews would be fine under the influence of the Egyptians that would enslave them. At first the Americans would be fine under the influence of a British moarch."

"Go on."

"But when the Jews grew tired of being bullied by the Egyptians, there was Moses. When the Americans grew tired of being robbed legally by taxes paid for the luxurious life of the monarch, there was an American Revolution."

"I see. Anymore?"

"To escape slavery, the Jewish pilgrims would have to cross the Red Sea. To escape religious persecution, the pilgrims of the Mayflower would have to cross the Atlantic Ocean."

"I see. What about the winning of independence?"

"When the Jews escaped from the Egyptians, Moses brought down what would have been the greater laws for the people than that of the Ten Commandments. When the Americans won their independence, I would establish a land that consist of true freedom and equality to all mankind. It would be illegal for anyone to give direct orders regardless of position, even the government."

"But what happened to United States? Why did Moses broke the tablets?"

"When Moses brought down the greater laws, he was shocked to see that the Jews were worshipping the Golden Calf. When I wrote the Constitution, there was that unlucky number thirteen being the Carolinas, making thirteen original colonies instead of twelve, and Rhode Island, the thirteenth state to ratify the constitution."

"And what did that do to the United States?"

"We had to stop opposition to racism and slavery because the states were not ready for that yet."

"How about the Jews wanting a king instead of judges?"

"The Americans wanted to grant more power to the President. In fact, when Sir Gabriel rebelled, he wanted to reestablish the Articles of Confederation, to make his country more vulnerable, and therefore, more humble and less corrupt."

"The Jews were getting prepared for their messiah to come, but they were expecting something entirely different from what they really got."

"Likewise, liberty was a promised virtue that would be established as the law of the land. It meant that you would become perfectly accountable for all of your own actions as opposed to the government controlling all of your actions. Instead, the immigrants were expecting to be not only free from slavery, but also from punishment. They were not expecting Sir Gabriel's words on freedom and where it truly came from."

"So, the people started oppressing religion as much as possible. They also wanted to get away from slavery."

"But Sir Gabriel knew different that religion is needed to keep people in line without the government's intentions. That was the very purpose of the freedom of religion."

"I don't understand very much about politics at all. They are all a bunch of gibberish. There is an entire dictionary for the word money, an entire dictionary for the word killing, and an entire dictionary for telling people what to do. It seems that people try to make excuses for authoritarianism, killing, and greed."

"That was the very reason why Malachi created you in the first place. You are savage so you would not fall victim to any society, especially when it becomes corrupt. You are exceptionally cute so you don't have to kill. You are entirely self sufficient so money means very little to you."

"I see. So, did you talk to Sir Gabriel at all?"

John Adams laughed. "If I was the one who instructed Sir Gabriel, he would look like an 18th century pirate and not a Dark Age knight. He would be called Captain Gabriel."

"Oh. So who did instruct Sir Gabriel?"

"The British founding father, King Arthur. He had very similar virtues that we had, only he was more heavily persecuted for such because he lived in the 5th century in the Dark Ages, when people actually believed that governments deserve all the glory. That was what the Round Table was all about."

"What about Camelot?"

"Camelot never existed. That was a legend based on a settlement on the wall between England and Scotland where the Round Table was at. Because of his heavy persecution, he organized the Order of the Paladin after his death."

"Why did it have to be Arthur that was called to Gabriel and not you?"

"Because no one would listen to us anymore. His more aggressive and primitive tactics were needed more because there was too much mercy on the planet. Anyways, Arthur called many people which had the right type of desire to take on tyrants for the benefit of everyone else to become paladins. These paladins included Sir Robin Longshanks and Mademoiselle Joan de Arc, which were some of the most notable paladins that made history in the very England that was an abomination in his sight. Those people, along with all of the friends of Arthur and those other people, all trained Sir Gabriel to be what he is today, the spirit of the traditional divinity of the Lunar Republic."

"What about me? Why am I visited many times by people like yourself, Christopher Columbus, and Nephi?"

"When you meet Sir Gabriel, you would notice that he is a bit more mechanical and technical than you are. You are a body of pure flesh and blood and not aided by fancy gadgets other than your own mask and tight pants. You are the spirit of the spiritual divinity of the Lunar Republic."

"Oh, I see. When would I be making that awesome cape?"

"You may not even have to. Your belly button already has those capabilities."

"Interesting. So I am entirely organic?"

"Yes."

"Awesome. I might have to think about this someday, but I am still not sure if I would be able to handle this position."

Chapter 14: The Swim North

You wake up back at the ocean floor. When you decided to swim northward, a submarine was approaching. This time you wanted people to let you in so you can comfort them with good luck so the aliens don't kill them this time. So, you decided to swim to a window of the submarine and decided to tap on the hatch door. You tried to find a way to enter the hatch without flooding the whole submarine, but the submarine actually had a hatch for people in armored aqua suits. Opening such hatches would let you in.

As you enter the submarine, you were soaking wet, so people adored you and decided to take you for a ride south back to Antarctica. You said no because you knew that you had to flee from Antarctica and head straight for Falkland Islands before the aliens would attack you.

You seem a bit honest, so they had to make a U turn and immediately believed in aliens and the fact that it is this year that Earth would be destroyed. They wanted to do more exploration with you, knowing that you would be the best companion monkey they would ever hope to have. Surprisingly, they had the right type of superstition of aliens to protect themselves, which was the reason why they were quick to listen to you. You forgot that you had your father's thumb drive the entire time so you can show it to me. You plugged in the thumb drive and showed the submarine the video you and your father made. As you may have guessed, the entire crew was shocked to see it and decided to precede onward north. You requested that the people must call for a squadron's support in case the aliens started attacking.

You came back out of the submarine to swim a bit further. While they love seeing your underwater stunts, you got more of a glimpse of the surrounding ocean. Many of the aliens ignored you because of your belly button and the divine intervention protecting the submarine. You knew that these are going to be where the War of the Mind shall truly begin, where people begin to actually get what they actually deserved instead what Cifor thinks they deserved, which is exactly what Cifor is afraid. He knew that if people start judging righteously, because if his wicked reign, he would get the worst of punishments, maybe even the Hun Dai of the Egyptians! Between you and that video, they witnessed the sure difference between good and evil and had that desire to stand up for everything the Order of the Paladin fought for.

They also questioned the society's laws because they seem so contradictive of what is really true that they were only philosophies of the Martians. People say that anger is evil, but it was actually made to protect humanity with guilt. In other words the reason to fear anger is the same way to fear flunking a class in school. People say that assassins kill everybody, but that was the government's words of escaping such attempts because assassins only kill governments. People say that rebellion is a sin but sometimes when tyranny gets out of hand, rebellion is entirely necessary. People say that having self confidence allows progression, but humility allows more progression because it is only confidence that it is possible to get better than last time, and not confidence that one is already there. People say that stealing has to be illegal, but stealing includes any form of not getting what is earned, which could even be legal. It is only illegal if you get caught, but just because it is legal doesn't mean it is morally right. People say that God could only support one kingdom, but his kingdom is not of this Earth.

Many of such nature of life can be observed through the beauty of the ocean. The ocean with yourself provides morale for the entire crew to allow them to be recruited. It was mainly because of your outstanding charisma and presence that reintroduced the natural laws. It appears that you found out how you are supposed to free human souls. You remind people of what is really important in life and therefore, make them remember to remain free of absolutely everything except their own souls, meaning that they would take an order from a true prophet and apply their most treasured interests and talents to execute the order anyway they can from such. that is what they should be using money for.

Psychology seemed to be a powerful weapon and the ultimate proof that what goes around comes around. This meant that the end of Cifor would consist of the amount of dishonor equal to the amount of dishonor of the entire humanity put together.

After watching the video, the humans immediately wanted the best of weaponry to only fight Martians and no one else. Total chivalry was offered to the entire human race regardless of race and ethics. All wanted freedom, but Cifor distorted the definition thereof entirely. Therefore, it was certain that the world would end with the ultimate battle between humans and Martians where natural appearances became uniforms.

You decided to swim back into the submarine to contact Saber. You called Saber, "Attention Saber, this is Saber XDVI. Can anyone read me? I repeat: this is Saber XDVI."

"Loud and clear, kid. What is your status?"

"I am on board a submarine. I will give you the exact coordinates."

"We will send your squadron there immediately."

"Great, just don't be too long. Many of these people are in danger of the aliens that chased me all the way to my current position."

"Seems like a good idea. How is my owlgle mount?"

"You still want that mount?"

"It would be nice to be able to fly, you know, and to have the strength of an eagle."

"Yeah, but I would have to admit that the Owlgle is the proof of Sir Gabriel's inperfection."

"What do you mean?"

"Well, Sir Gabriel was given a series of clues to find Lunar Universe. One of these clues was to make a hybrid of the noble bird and the creature of wisdom."

"One is the eagle and the other is the owl."

"At least that was what he thought. But the reality was that the penguin was the noble bird because of the fact that penguins have supreme endurance humility and honor, while eagles only are on the top of the food chain, which doesn't make them any better than any other creatures since the prey are more independent than the predators. The monkey usually has the best wisdom of most species, even if they are not the smartest. They may not develop an actual language, but they can find ways of rough communication. The only thing that make the owl the symbol of wisdom is his big eyes. It is part of Greek mythology, and is not natural enough."

"But why did the Lunar Republic gave Sir Gabriel a riddle instead of something straight forward?"

"Because the Lunar Republic knew that he had to be the symbol of the traditional divinity. He is only perfect in that sense."

"Get your squadrons over here so we can form an effective resistance."

The squadron arrived just in time when you and the submarine reached the end of the Drake Passage, the shortest distance between the Antarctic continent and any of the other continents.

It appears to be clear that above all, with the crisis that has been going on in the world, the only thing that is going to save humanity forever is your own presence, which is the reason why you may be a human before this life, but preferred to exist as something entirely different.

Chapter 15: Falkland Islands

You arrive at what is left of Great Britain, the Falkland Islands. When you arrive at the place, it seems that the British are lowering the modern-day flags to raise the Anglo-Saxon flags to honor Arthur and his hard work. You noticed that by chance that I might be at the Falkland Islands to establish a different kind of a constitutional monarchy. A kind that would be combined by not the US Constitution, but by the direct predecessor, the Articles of Confederation. This was because of the wickedness of humanity and the constant neglecting of the Constitution. It was the reason why Arthur had to instruct me and not the American Founding Fathers. It was like what would be called a constitutional apostasy, where the US Constitution would be taken from the people due to rejection just like the power of the spiritual divinity would be taken from the people after they would reject the prophets. Like I said before, I am the spirit of the traditional divinity.

As you would swim upward, you would realize right away that the entire place resembles much of Great Britain before the Middle Ages, only you would have penguins instead of polar bears, and would be highly more technologically advanced. This was what Britain decided after the islands on the other side of the world that they had for centuries encountered an alien invasion exactly like that in War of the Worlds. The British also resembled much like the privateers that were legally hired to become pirates, from the British point of view. It was still considered illegal to the Spanish when they started attacking. In situations like this, the nations would have no chance but to go to war. This sparked another dark truth about societies' laws. They even contradict with each other and they are not the same wherever you go. The more you see conflicting nations like this, the more you became thankful of your own lifestyle because being self reliant and self sufficient so you don't have to follow societies' laws. It was also a cool thing to be able to climb walls and see many of these developing cities for yourself. They were not yet prepared to have flying cars because they were still a bit authoritarian so they had some extremely creative city planners that always tried to find the best ways to pave roads and handle public transportation. They even established a city called Camelot, hoping that I would come in and inspect their city, which I did.

You saw me for the first time, but only at a long distance. At your eyes, you saw that I actually gained interest in the place for some reason. Could it be the fact that this could be the new guild headquarters for the Order of the Paladin?

Little that you knew, however, it could also be the fact that I would love the place for medical issues. It is cold. It is moist. Plenty of damp clouds and beautiful starlight fill the skies which my body seem to be naturally used to. I'm allergic to the sun as it would give me headaches, make me itch and sneeze, and sedate me. I love the cold winter nights, especially when they are damp. This would also explain my love of snow. This probably was all because I was born in December 4th, 1990 at midnight in Seattle. As you came to the traditional round table, you saw a parliament consisting of one minister for every providence with powers granted by the Articles of Confederation. The Federal government, however, was of the traditional Anglo-Saxon constitution that inspired the Arthurian Legend in the first place. There was also a pulpit where they could hear me speak because I had the opportunity since my Japanese friend and competitor is now a supreme leader.

Here, you would notice a great deal of difference between you and me. I wear a full suit of armor consisting of very similar layers to that of the Owlgle trooper, but was designed to make me look like a knight along with a gorgeous cape like what your father wore in the last few hours of his life. You were entirely organic as been explained before. While I make speeches bisecting any important topic to every logical detail and citing it, your presence is all that you needed to get your message across. I have no fear of stage fright, as I am willing to literally stand for what I understood perfectly what is right, while you visit people personally and comfort them. I usually fight my enemies to scare them and eventually torture the one responsible for the crime while all you have to do is disarm. I was visited once by people of the Dark Ages while you were visited nearly daily by people that made important history in the New World.

Your witness of the Falkland Islands gave you a brief history of the human race and you knew right away that the first thing that came to the British heads was that they have to join the Owlgle Squadron. They have no other choice. Now every human is a member of the Owlgle Squadron and all of them are gathered in the New World because that was where the Owlgle Squadron was at. This gave the Martians the entire Old World that included Oceana, Eurasia, and Africa. Every society was needed to support each other's strengths and weaknesses. Thus, the Owlgle Squadron became strong all round and therefore became the revolutionary new organization of the humans to counter off the common threat for the winning of both peace and freedom. The only problem was the fact that the technology has always been a bit inferior to that of the Martians.

The only society that had a problem with the Owlgle Squadron was the United Nations, but even those guys were attacked by my brute squad, consisting of those pistol shotguns I explained earlier, EMP grenades, torture daggers that transfer their stress to the enemy, and armor consisting of exoskeletons, space suits, breastplates, helmets and visors, and decent-sized capes for their own divine protection. Just after the beginning of the attack, the UN immediately surrendered to the brute squad because of their extreme fear of both them and the Martians, so it was appeased. Under my influence, it would be the end of the world as we know it.

Several rich people on the island had flying cars, though. You wondered how I got across such wonderful technology. It had to be divine intervention like the creation of monguins like you because no human could naturally be smart enough to perform such inventions.

After my inspection of the city, I flew back to the mainland to reach the headquarters which appeared to be somewhere in South America. You decided to finish the swim to Buenos Aires, Argentina to make your first interaction with the civilized humans, which is exactly what they needed.

You are learning your calling. There is a catch, though. Many are called, but few are chosen. And why they are not chosen? Because their hearts are set so much upon the laws of society and forgot who truly is in charge, which in this case, may have to be Ilam, our rescuer.

This would be a good conclusion to this act, hoping you remembered how you were introduced to humanity in the first place.

More of that abstract of my writing. Hope you would enjoy.
