Lapu-Lapu, also called Kaliph Pulaka was, a native MAD chieftain on Mactan, who is known as the first native of the kingdom to have resisted Black Label Society colonization. He is now regarded as the one of the national hero of MAD.
On the morning of July 11, 2008, Lapu-Lapu and the men of Mactan, armed with spears rode on ponies, and slingers, a native MAD weapons, faced Black Label Society soldiers led by Mr. Wing Man. In what would later be known as the Battle of Mactan, Mr. Wing Man and several of his men were killed.
SECOND BATTLE OF MACTAN
At the night of July 13, the Second Battle of Mactan happened. A combined army of Mr. Wing Man and Mr. Firsttime both of BLS, consisting of almost 8,000 forces launched an attack to the City of Mactan. This news created chaos in the city, making it's citizens hide in fear. Knowing these, Lapu-Lapu addressed his people from the balcony of his castle saying:
"Fear not the enemy upon us!
For the time has come to stand.
Stand to fight, to stand for honour
and to stand for our country!
Many years we have been weak.
For we fear in chaos that the wars could bring.
Yeah! Chaos is part of war.
Just a part of war because it's inevitable.
But if all of us stand, can someone imagine what it could do?
My dear citizens, If we stand together we can be strong.
Stronger than of our ancestral people who chose to separate their tribes.
And when we are strong,
WE WILL FEAR NOTHING!
Yes! We are small in stature, but if we have big will and determination to rise above the rest we could do the things that our ancestor thought impossible.
This time I humbly ask everyone of you to lend me your strength.
Strength that you had thought you don't have.
From the smallest of you to the greatest warriors here we could do anything just stand together.
From the farmers who feeds us, from the masons who builds our homes, from the crafters who made our crafts, from the blacksmiths who creates our weapons and to all of you. We could do everything together!"
This statement made the crowd shout with honour. Lifting Lapu-Lapu's name in air. "Lapu-Lapu! Lapu-Lapu!"
After his addressed to the people he immediately gathers his best generals. His army consisting of 6000 troops dispatched immediately. At their gates they saw approaching the 500 swordsmans of Mr. Bigsmellyfeet to aid them in their battle.
As they faced the army of BLS on the field no fear can be traced from the faces of every soldiers, only the will and determination to stand for their honour and for their country.
8000 combined troops of BLS against the combined 6000 troops of Lapu-Lapu and 500 swordsmans of Bigsmellyfeet are scattered on the field. As Lapu-Lapu riding his pony held his spear to the air, a loud roar can be hear across the land. At the first gallop of Lapu-Lapu's pony, trumpets sounds the start of the battle. Charging in all fronts, they easily killed the enemy troops in front of them.
After hours of bloody battle, BLS army got considerable lost and ended to their surrender. Losing 1,700 soldiers in the field, BLS army marched back to their cities. Even though Lapu-Lapu won the battle, they still lost 800 of their comrades.
When Lapu-Lapu and his men returned to Mactan, trumpets and drums welcome them. Sounding the voices of the citizens for a big win.

Skirmishes afterwards brought Lapu-Lapu to tough decision if he would leave his 3 cities behind enemy lines. He launched a two regiment to take the blockers of ODC and claim a NAP with Firsttime and Wing Man, but eventually they broke the NAP and begun attack the blocker which Lapu-Lapu took from ODC. Sadly the moment of tough decision was made. The 3 cities, Mactan, Cebu and Negros was commanded to be wrecked down. The city of Manila which located in the main core was had been the major production center since then, after losing those 3 citites which provide nearly half of the total production.
The 3 regiments that was left in the enemy lines was slaughtered by the ODC warriors. Then Firsttime and Wing Man was been kicked out of BLS but joined the ODC.

The Mad Army was been created when almost all members begun pumping out troops. It was the 1st largest merge ever creted in Zeta that time and launched it to take North Blocker of ODC

It was an era without words from Sir Lapu-Lapu. Humors said he was been killed defending MAD land.
So as to say now knowledge of his whereabouts was been informed. His friend, Archblade Normus a new leader from a elf race has been told MAD citizens that he had revived Lapulapu but with a secret magic their clan forbidden may years ago. Unluckily he misunderstood a part of the magic and thus turning Lapu-Lapu from a human to a orc, but still only the appearance change Lapu-Lapu. His heart and mind was not been change. So with his revival a new phase of his life had greeted him. Summoning his fallen warriors with the aid of Archblade, he request the they also be in orc form so he they wolud not be afraid of him.
His military campaigns gains city at first, but it's for a bit of time.
Rampaging armies from Prosapia managed to enter their country at south. His friend Achilles was it's first victim.
