Karac was born unto Bloodwolf, the ruler of a vast empire centralized around the sprawling citadel of Wolfden. Sir Bloodwolf who happened unknowingly upon a Love Spring, drank deeply from the spring, feeling refreshed. The effects were almost immediate. He noticed a female wolf drinking from the spring as well. they both immediately fell under the spell and got caught into an unorthodox love affair, the offspring, was Karac. He was raised by the pack, being neither man, nor wolf. He was raised savagely, learning that to get along in the world, you needed force, and cunning. He quickly advanced to the Alpha Male. Soon thereafter, Bloodwolf came into the wild to claim his son. Bloodwolf was forced to slay not only the she-wolf, but the entire pack. He snared his son and returned him to Wolfden. He tamed him, and taught him in the arts of weaponry, government, magic, diplomacy, science, and economy. He even managed to teach him to be generous at times. Only at times. Bloodwolf made his son into the leading General of his armies. He faced victory after victory against many of his late fathers foes. After the death of Bloodwolf, Karac took over the remaining empire. Never forgetting the brutal death of his father, he set out for revenge. There have recently been many towns burned to the ground by Karac's forces. The savage wolf had been reborn..........

It was night. The air was crisp with the scent of oncoming snow. The wind was blowing through the trees, creating the only audible sound. The moon was full, partially hidden behind a bed of clouds. Out of the forest, walked a wolf with piercing red eyes. He was caught in the madness of the hunt. The pack stalked behind him, the scent of their quarry still fresh in their flaring nostrils. Their teeth flashed in the moonlight. They moved gracefully, motions both quick and strong. Years of practice behind them, they moved into a hunting formation. Yet in all the years no prey had ever eluded them this easily, seemingly toying with them. The chase was on.
In the distance, a noise caught the attention of the alpha male. As a single unit they moved swiftly towards the object of their hatred, their breath emanating in swirling vapors that dissipated into the night sky. They ran past an icy lake that reflected a picture of the night sky, almost as if it were a portal into another world. They were gaining ground. They moved into a denser part of the forest. The trees were thick on either side of them, leading them straight to their possible prey. Their foe had stopped in the near distance, and the pack slowed to a mere trot.
They came upon a cliff face, so towering that it blocked out the moonlight. Their world thrown into darkness, they pulled to a stop. The alpha moved forward cautiously, stopping directly in front of the gaping maw of a cave. He could sense the object that lead them on this chase was inside. He glanced back at his pack before stepping inside. Through the darkness, sounds echoed of the fight within. Suddenly, a disquieting silence fell over the forest. The moon crested the rock face, bathing the scene below in an eerie light. Snow started to fall. Out of the cave walked a tall man, body naked in the moonlight. Red eyed wolf obediently at his side. The pack submitted to their new master. Karac looked up at the moon, his pack letting out a low moan into the night. Wolflord Karac has been reborn. Alive again to serve Drakos, and bring newfound glory to the Brotherhood of the Wolf. His pack with him, he set out into the forest. The age of the Wolf is born........
