The Stunted Lord, Dhul'Qarnayn, is the adopted son of the failed general Hamza 'The Saracen'. Dhul'Qarnayn would rule the southern pass at Derbent and part of a confederacy who would war and successfully defeat the Leeroynite Confederacy. Dhul'Qarnayn would wage a successful war throughout Death Valley.
